I have been passionate about travel from a young age, naturally from Madeira Island, a small hidden gem in the middle of the Atlantic, I always wondered what was beyond that blue sea!
I started to discover my country while traveling with my sports team, and will always remember those first trips, the thrill of getting into a plane and discovering new places. Before the internet, GPS and Google maps… I would see tourist with a map in their hands looking lost, and I remember feeling that urge to help, and that smile and thank you at the end was everything!
My initial studies were far from being connected to hospitality, I later traveled and lived in Belfast, Northern Ireland and completed my degree in Tourism & Event Management.
My passion for service and hospitality combined with my personal wide travel experience, allows me to understand and manage guest’s needs and expectations providing them with a Splendid and unforgettable experience!
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"I specialize in all travel in Portugal, the Azores, and Madeira Islands, designing special and distinctive tours for each guest! Either a luxury retreat, a relaxed holiday or an adventure exploring the nooks and crannies of Portugal, or why not immerse yourself in unique workshops discovering and tasting the flavors of my country!"
How did you get involved in travel?
"It all started with a summer job helping out my sister in a Destination Management company in Madeira Island and that summer job turned into my passion!
After a few years, I wanted more and traveled to the UK where I lived, studied and worked within the travel and events industry in a luxury events company, Golf Tour Operator and International Events. I then returned to Portugal as I realized that the knowledge and love I have for my Country allows me to show how beautiful and unique it is!"

"Every trip will always have something that is unforgettable when you find the perfect combination of - a destination with who you are traveling with, is in itself something extraordinary!
However I can point out a few experiences, back in my home Island driving through the mountain in early dawn to watch the beautiful sunrise in Pico do Arieiro – how peaceful; Scuba Diving in Porto Santo Island and as a highlight my first trip to São Tomé e Principe, an archipelago just of the west coast of Africa was truly memorable; "
