Tamara and the team at Why Jordan Tours were fabulous to deal with. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. The trip went off without a hitch. Zied our driver was great and took care of any needs we may have had along the way. Jordan is so beautiful and Petra is amazing. The arrangements at the airport were so simple it was by far the easiest entry into any of the countries visited. Tamara had all of our Visas prepared and she had a person meet us in the airport to move us quickly through the process in Amman.
I would definitely recommend kimkim and Tamara for any future travel needs in Jordan.

Overall, we were happy with the arrangements of our trip. Tamara was quick to respond and catered to our request. When we canceled our Petra by Night, Tamara immediately refunded the amount to us. In general, the guides hired at Petra and Jervash were knowledgeable and professional except our driver and guide at Wadi Rum. He just drove us to the destination and told us to just read the info and walk around ourselves. We stayed at night at a resort at the Dead Sea which wasn't necessary because we just wanted to see and touch the waters but not stay overnight at the location because there's nothing else to do and you are stuck at the hotel. We went for 3 full days and it's enough to see all the memorable sights.

Had a great trip, everything from planning, preparation and changes during the trip worked very well. We had a great driver who had a pleasant driving style and provided us with a lot of background info about Jordan.

Highly professional and extremely organized company. Tamara arranged a seamless 5 day trip with very short notice (last minute trip) and accommodated all my requests. I spent one night in Amman, a day in Jarash/Madaba/Mt Nebo, a day in Petra, and my final day visiting a crusader castle in Karak. My driver Mohamed Ali Hilalat was exceptional. He went out of his way to make sure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Always on time, a great conversationalist with a wealth of knowledge about the history, geography and culture of the region. Mohamed is a live embodiment of the famous Jordanian hospitality and kindness. Jordan is full of beautiful natural hiking trails, inter-twined with historically significant areas and natural reserves. If you’re interested in an authentic Jordanian experience and not just a cookie-cutter tourist attractions trip, Mohamed is your man. Went on a “backdoor” trail to see Petra and my Bedouin guide Mua’az did a phenomenal job showing me “off the beaten path” areas that made Petra more mesmerizing.
It’s obvious that this company’s owner takes great pride in his work and strives to show customers what’s special about Jordan.

Right from the booking of the trip, the ease of visa on arrival formalities at Amman airport, the hotel suggestions and till the time we were dropped at the Jordan - Israel land border, everything was excellent and well executed.

Our driver & guide Ismail was very courteous & professional. He definitely made our trip even better.

Tamara , our local specialist made sure that everything was perfectly planned and executed well.

The guides were very professional, careful and deeply in love with their country, which makes the real difference between a good service and a wondefrul experience.

Overall, the trip was great despite a few major hiccups in communication among the agency and the driver. There was a bit of a discrepancy in terms of what we would consider 5-star hotels and what Jordan considers 5-star, as we got got a few noisy, hot rooms without some of the amenities. We were told there would be no problems going to Israel for the day during our time, but it was actually a very big problem and we spend most of the day stressed and in immigration because of mistakes in paper work that Why Jordan didn’t seem to be familiar with. I would also recommend skipping the dinner inclusion option, as they were all buffets of cold/mediocre food even in the 5-stars. The country, guides and driver, and the overall itinerary was great! I would do it again. Just don’t expect ALL you pay for and expect to contact the agency with concerns on your trip.
