As a child, my family and I would travel at least once a year to either the U.S. or a different country in Asia. Those trips sparked my curiosity to explore more countries and discover new cultures. I'm always eager to try new things that enable me to truly connect with the destination, its people, and most of all its food! After moving to Peru and learning a new language, I co-founded a travel company for tailor-made experiences in Peru. I personally curated, checked, and organized all the factors to ensure a stress-free trip. Managing and understanding the different areas of a trip made me appreciate travel more and the joy it brings to people.

"In 2015, I visited Panama, flying from the Philippines. The main purpose of my trip was to visit my husband, who was based temporarily in the Central American nation. After a 42-hour combination of flights, I arrived in Panama having conservative expectations about it as I had read mixed reviews from the other travelers.
To my surprise, Panama surpassed any expectations I had before traveling. Strolling around Casco Viejo was incredibly enriching, and the contrast between old and new was something to be admired. The incredible diversity of the country was one of the highlights of my trip: I experienced incredible gastronomy, history, and nightlife in Panama City, visited beautiful islands and beaches in Bocas del Toro, went water rafting in the highlands of Boquete and went on a spelunking excursion with an indigenous guide in a small and almost uninhabited island in the Caribbean. In the end, Panama was an unforgettable trip for me because it not only offered me so much more than I expected, but it also taught me that every destination is worth visiting. "
