João Paulo

Since an early age, I have been drawn to outdoor adventures and traveling. My free time growing up was spent hiking, camping in the woods or biking to the beach near my parents' house in Algarve, Portugal. In the last few years I had the chance to visit and to live in different countries and create memories and friendships around the world.

How did you get involved in travel?

"I started traveling abroad with my cousins and during my college year with some of my friends as well.
From then on, I got the taste of it and have been traveling every year to new destinations."

Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.

"I definitely will never forget my solo backpacking trip to Vietnam and Cambodia where I had so many adventures I could have never imagined. One of the most memorable moments of this journey was visiting a primary school in Can tho, Vietnam, playing with the kids and eventually being asked by the teacher to join her in their English class."
