Anahi Diaz

I worked as a tour guide for many years and what I enjoy the most, was informing the local places to go or visit, or what the locals prefer to do. And I realize that's what travelers actually wanted. So this is what I love the most about my job, sharing my experience as a local guide and traveler.

What places and activities do you specialize in?

"We are destination specialists with insider knowledge of each country. We specialize in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Brazil, and Uruguay. We offer integration of travel services to provide a complete, consistent experience - particularly useful for multi-country itineraries featuring the main highlights of South America's most southern regions."

How did you get involved in travel?

"The first time I traveled to Patagonia I was 15 years old. I visited Las Grutas, Bariloche, San Martin de los Andes and I had such a wonderful time that I decided back then I want to live in Patagonia. In my twenties I had the chance to move to one of the most beautiful places in Patagonia, El Calafate, where I lived for a little more than 10 years."

Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.

"The first time I went to Buenos Aires I fell in love with the city. There are so many things to do and know, it is such a vibrant city. I remember when I so Casa Rosada I cry of excitement, there is so much history in that place, the history I had read in books. I also see the dancers doing the tango in Florida street and it is difficult to explain what I feel, but it was awesome."
