We never would have been able to plan this trip without Roy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the country, and worked with us through a few iterations of our itinerary to ensure that it was just right and would allow us to do everything that we wanted.

Our trip to Ireland was absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t have been happier. Every stop was thoughtfully planned and our family made memories that will last a lifetime.

Working with Claire at kimkim was a lovely experience. She was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process.

One of our favorite experiences was the sheepdog demonstration. It was such a fun, engaging activity for the whole family! We also absolutely loved the falconry experience. The falconer was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and made the experience unforgettable.

Every place we stayed was wonderful, but Cahernane House Hotel truly stood out. The property is stunning, the service was exceptional and the food and beverages were outstanding.

Another highlight was Afternoon Tea at Adare Manor. It was simply exceptional.

Our visit to Inis Mór was another unforgettable day. Thomas Faherty’s Pony & Trap Tour was fantastic. Thomas was friendly and kind to our children. He made the island come alive with his stories and local knowledge and it was one of our family’s favorite excursions.

The only suggestion we would offer for future travelers is to double-check tour reservations before arrival. We discovered that one of our tours had accidentally been double-booked. It wasn’t a major issue and everything ultimately worked out but it’s something worth verifying to help future guests avoid any extra expenses.

Thank you for helping us experience such a beautiful country. From the breathtaking scenery to the wonderful accommodations and unforgettable activities, this was fabulous trip.

The two week trip to Spain was well planned and managed. The price was reasonable, and included many museum entrance fee's. The hotels were well chosen and always followed our preferences. All of our guides were outstanding and knowledgable. Kim Kim kept in daily contact to ensure smooth transitions and transfers. Isa changed our eating habits forever. Miriam, Gabriel, and Jose taught us so much history and culture that I will be eternally grateful. Miguel drove us to/from Caminito del Rey and was a joy to be acquainted with.
This was our honeymoon, and was the best adventure of our lives.

Planning our Norway trip with our Kimkim team was so smooth. They designed a vacation for us that allowed us to take in many points of interest and enjoy the culture of the area. To have all of our vouchers and days’ plans in one place on the app relieved any stress. Our hotel booking locations were close to popular areas and other transportation transfers. This was so convenient!

At first the planning went well. As we got closer to trip time and our agent went on leave, we had no responses to messages and had to call the emergency line for someone to be assigned to us.

We did like the Bergen lodging, though the washer dryer wasn’t in room, as promised. The Fjærland stay was excellent, but it would be great to know there were only three restaurants in town.

Some of the trip planning made no sense. We were originally scheduled to be in a town two hours from the airport which needed ferries that stopped at 11 pm.

It wasn’t the same as my other kimkim trips.

Pompeii Guide Natalia was brilliant. HIGHLY recommend- she was a wealth of knowledge.
Amalfi Coast tour guide Alejandro was high energy, brought us on a super comfortable boat, and made us spectacular sandwiches and sweet treats just because he was super sweet- another excellent tour.
Sorrento- we took a cooking class with maybe Julia? I can't remember her name, but that was another awesome experience. Her home was amazing, and her lessons were something we will never forget.
Capri tour guide Marcella- so much fun! She called us family immediately upon pick up and we had a blast the whole day with her.
Everyone you booked for us was excellent. We loved our trip to Italy.

Our trip to the Éire was nothing short of incredible and one that we will never forget. Hospitality was impeccable everywhere we stayed. Our specialists- Kayleigh and Brandon- were so thoughtful with planning a well rounded experience for us and we could not be more grateful to their team. From city nightlife and exploration to the beautiful coasts, Cliffs and national parks we experienced a wide swath of the gracious and welcoming Irish Culture across the country. We are already looking forward for our next trip back. We cannot recommend kimkim enough!

Our stay at Gregan's was truly magical. The estate is absolutely stunning and we enjoyed walking the grounds and spending time enjoying the views. We especially loved bonding with some of the castle cats- Lady and Smudge- who are delightful. The hospitality we experienced was amazing - everyone we encountered made us feel very welcome. Everything we ate was delicious. Our stay at Gregan's was one of the best we have ever had and will hold a special place for us forever. Douro Valley Day Trip with Wine Tastings & River Cruise

This was one of our favorite trips. The guide was so knowledgeable about wine, the area and the history. There was one other couple and they were delightful. The boat ride up the river was a nice break from driving and the operator was a hoot! One place we stopped at the young lady touring us had just bottled her own wine. While we did not get to taste it, it was fun to see her excitement.

This was our first time working with kimkim, and I would not hesitate working with them for future trips. They made our time in Norway seamless and stress-free, without the constraints of a guided tour. The hotels that they chose for us were spot on, with great locations, amazing breakfasts and helpful staff. Transfers and activities were all great. We really enjoyed all of our guides: Nathan on the RIB Safari in Flom, Knut on the Food and Culture tour, and Cado on the Geiranger fjord tour. Geirangerfjord Cruise & Day Trip

This trip exceeded expectations. I really enjoyed the stories that Cado shared regarding the history and life on the fjord. This fjord is exceptionally beautiful.

My family and I are truly grateful for the partnership and support of Leny and her team.

From the very beginning of the planning process I felt at ease and excited about receiving the best care and advice from Leny. I had already talked to two different planners at independent companies and neither of them could provide the service that Leny did. She offered great recommendations, and coordinated the best hotels and guides and could give true feedback being a local and speaking the language.

Our memorable excursions were the samurai experience, ramen making and the open air museum. Thank goodness for all the Shinkansen help- she told us the platform and all the information beforehand- otherwise it would have been overwhelming to navigate . I changed my plans when we were nearly done with our planning and Leny worked through all the changes and stayed positive and professional ☺️

I especially want to point out the help she provided my husband when he lost his passport- she connected with the uber driver/taxi company and helped work out the return of his lost bag. She stayed calm, worked late and really went above and beyond to help us come up with a plan. We are forever grateful.

Thank you Leny and team- and we plan to use KimKim for future trips- and have already mentioned the company to our friends.

Wow! What a trip! This is our third KimKim trip and it lived up to and exceeded our expectations. Marisa was so easy to work with and crafted the best itinerary! It was perfect from start to end. We are a family of 5 which makes things difficult with hotels and Marisa found us outstanding accommodations that fit our family needs. Once in Portugal, Marisa and Joao were great at communicating daily plans and responded quickly to my questions. All the tours, drivers and hotels were perfect. I was very sad to leave and already want to start planning my next trip to Portugal. My only regret is having to return home. ;)

The shower head was broken in both our rooms but we weren't there long enough to be super bothered by it. Can I give this 6 stars?! Because I would. OMG. What a hotel. We had the family suite and it was perfect. I usually don't love huge hotels but this one was so amazing. Rooftop pool and family pool were great. Workout room and spa were also amazing. Food was great. Included breakfast might be the best "free" breakfast we've had. Outside the included breakfast, the restaurant menus were on the pricey side but that's expected from restaurants on the premise. We ate outside the hotel for the other meals and explored the local restaurants and had some of our best meals ever. We loved Madeira and will definitely be returning.

It was fun, glad we did it. Shorter than we thought - you literally just climb up for 10 minutes, take some photos and climb back down. But, I am glad we did it. Just a little underwhelmed on the length of time. We had budgeted 4 hours with our driver and really only needed an hour. We had just done a walking tour in the morning so we didn't need the driver to also give us a tour as well.

We didn't need 4 hours of time allotted for this activity. We had already done a walking tour so just transport to and from this activity would have been better. We drove around in circles for an hour before it because we were going to be early. Ricardo (driver) was great - not his fault - he didn't realize we had done a walking tour. We would have rather had extra time to ourselves in the hotel/exploring on our own instead of driving around city blocks we already saw.

Ah, Pena Palace. Loved it. We had an amazing driver, Eduardo, who gave us a ton of history on the way there and back. He was easily the best driver we've ever had on these trips (and we've done quite a few). Pena Palace skip the line was perfect because the line was quite long and we got to skip it so it saved us time. I loved seeing this beautiful palace. Definitely recommend. Eduardo took us to this wonderful restaurant too and it was such a good meal. He added on some other stops so we could see more of the coastline. It was a great day.

All of local guides were great in both Paris and Florence. Fashionista guide and food guide were wonderful Francesco on conquering trrra and San Gianni was great with knowledge and flrxinilitu given the heater had a great time in spite of done challenges both hotels not prepared for I room double bed and 2 rooms twin beds even though I was clear with agent. There were mix up’s with cars to add imports seems we were told 2 cars and then we would have a van with one driver which makes sense but did I pay for 2 cars each time. It took time to learn metro and we used it but going st night for stone river cruise directions said one hour needed and we left 9 minutes before and missed the boat by 46 minutes we do not know the traffic in Paris and I fett at l we should have been told more what to expect do we missed it yo the great disappointment got my oldest granddaughter and we were all dressed up I need an invoice with expenses for thst yo see if I can claim on my travel insurance and walking around looking for a place to eat. Is this new way of customers going to the guide which was an added stressor is that the way kimkim is moving to? Do I believe my family made the best of it and we had a great time but I believe the agent does not fo detail well. Even directions or referrals got restaurants web sites were not how reservations were made those are things we would not know. I would think twice about working either kimkim agdin

Our trip with KimKim was absolutely perfect. Marianna did an excellent job putting together our custom trip to Greece. Every detail was taken care of and well communicated to us. Marianna was available on Whatsapp if we needed her. All the guides and drivers were extraordinary in their knowledge, they were very professional, nice and polite. All the hotel were great - we could not have had a better trip to Greece.

We were amazed at the support we received from our specialist Kateryna. She took really good care of us and adapted our trip to meet our needs right up until we were ready to leave. She was very friendly and responded quickly to all our requests. We had a great time on our trip as well. The tours she planned for us were a blast. SoHo food tour, Jacobite train and the Caledonia Sleeper train were among the highlights. Only complaint was at least one of our rooms did not have working air conditioning at every hotel we stayed at except one. Unfortunately we planned our trip during one of the worst heat waves in British history. The hotel Lemonde in Edinburgh was an amazing place to stay. If I were to take this trip again I would definitely request more days at that hotel.

Lisa was so helpful in counseling us as to the best method to travel between cities and to stay in a central location and see other cities via train. That was very, very helpful. She was kind and responsive and arranging for the train tickets saved us a lot of time and struggle.

Antwerp - KMSKA Museum of Fine Arts

Antwerp is a wonderful, beautiful, interesting town. The KMSKA Museum is off the charts!! Such a great collection and a wonderful arrangement of work. We loved it!! and the cafe was good too.

it was a problem to do these two cities on the same day. The guide in Bruges instructed us on the interesting history of Bruges, but we did not have time to go into any of the buildings before we had to leave the city to make the ticketed activities of Ghent. more time needed to have been allowed between cities. we loved the canal cruise in Ghent and seeing the Ghent Altarpiece.

We are just coming back from an amazing family trip in Croatia. We could not be more thrilled with our experience. The guides, drivers and hosts were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and caring. From Zoran, Maria, Ivanna, Adrian, our experience was memorable. The balance between scheduled activities and free time was just right for our family.

The planning part was fine. The actual activities, guide, was the in some parts, unenjoyable.

My biggest disappointment was the confusion with Lotte world as I'm sure I got charged for the most expensive tickets but they were sold out of that level by the time they were able to locate my tickets. The park itself was also confusing, but I'm aware that wasn't Kimkim's fault. Also, Jones, the tour guide/driver for quite a few of our excursions was not enjoyable and made us uncomfortable to the point of us cutting short our days with him.

Jeju was our best part of the trip, thanks in part to our guide, Clover. She was interesting, knowledgeable and a joy to be with. She suggested activities to do on our free time, which we also enjoyed.

Overall, we enjoyed being in Korea, but I'm not sure I will use this company again.

We had the most memorable and unforgettable two weeks in Italy thanks to Luca! There is absolutely nothing we would change about the trip from beginning to end. When we needed to trouble shoot an issue while there (rare) KimKim ‘s representatives immediately took care of the problem. Luca was excellent to work and we thank him!

Kris of Go like a local was also fantastic . She was one-of the best and informative tour guides I’ve ever taken part in .You were never rushed and answered all questions !
