The trip organised by Steve and the team was brilliant. Every step of the way was seamless and communicated perfectly. Our guides were great (Ms Vouchlay is Phnom Penh and Arn is Siem Reap). Very informative a lovely. Our driver was also great. So nice, friendly and accommodating. All facets of our week in Cambodia were perfectly put together and Steve did a great job of adding in our requests to combine with the highlights along the way. Highly recommend.

While weather interrupted our travel plans, Hien did a fantastic job to reroute us, set-up new events, and keep us safe along the way. Han and Ha Long Bay were highlights, and we rolled with the changes. Everyone we came in contact along the way (guides, drivers, etc.) was professional, well informed, and a pleasure to work with. TYVM and we will come again! Amazing!

The trip was amazing it was everything I asked for and more. All hotels were beautiful and top notch. All the excursions were exercised with out any issues. All transportation was on time. All excursions were definitely hand selected and all of the guides were knowledgeable and service oriented. We went to the La Fortuna waterfall, whitewater, hanging bridges, zip lining, night tour, coffee sugar cane chocolate tour, national Park tour and Damas boat tour. The animals were incredible. The monkeys at our hotel and the wildlife was amazing to watch as you walked around your hotel. Loved the trip. Yuliana did a wonderful job planning for us, so we could just enjoy the trip with no worries!

This was our first time using KimKim and it went great. The tapas tour (sorry I can't remember our guide's name) was amazing and we highly recommend!! The tours in Granada and Sevilla were wonderful and our guides were great! They were very knowledgeable. Everyone we met was very welcoming and great sharing local recommendations. I'm very happy we found Kimkim and it made the trip go so much smoother.

Liz and the KimKim team did a fabulous job planning our first trip to France. Liz worked with me through several iterations and connected my phone to ensure she was providing the experience we were looking for. She helped develop a very diverse 10-day trip throughout France, ensuring the places we wanted to hit - Nice, Paris, Normandy - where included and then some! Liz was always so responsive - even after our return when I had a question! She even sent some goodies - stickers and a water bottle, after I booked as the trip was a gift. She even sent a hand written thank you card upon our return, such a nice touch especially when things feel so automated or less personalized.
The trip was wonderful. We especially enjoyed Champagne country, Giverny and seeing Monet's breathtaking gardens, paying our respect and learning more about history on the Normandy trip/tour, and really enjoyed the dinner cruise on the Seine. Southern France was great and so different than the north and Paris. We especially enjoyed the private tour guide we had with Lucy to see Antibes, Cannes and more. We're glad one of our day excursions also included Monaco - although that day felt more rushed and more checking in quickly to Ez, Monaco, etc - it was very brief in each area - 1 hour is all. The hotel in Nice as nice as well as Paris; however in hindsight, given where our meeting locations were in Paris for the various excursions, we wish we had a hotel that was closer to the meeting locations - especially when several days called for 6:30/6:45 am meet ups. With our hotel not being near the metro and such early times, we ended up using cabs and probably added another $250 to our trip in all the cab rides - including from the Paris hotel to the airport , which wasn't included in our other transportation. The cost for the Versailles and Giverny excursion was very expensive and wouldn't do it again, but glad we got to see the area. Our favorite excursions was the Champagne country, Normandy, private tour guide in Nice, Antibes and Cannes and the Seine dinner cruise. We were disappointed in the Notre Dame tour - the tour guide was lovely and we learned a lot, but for the money and time, all we did was walk around the exterior....it noted a tour and we were so happy given that Notre Dame had just reopened , then to find out that if we wanted to go inside we'd have to get in line which was wrapping around and a few miles long.
We enjoyed France and found everyone very kind and welcoming. Thank you for helping to create such a memorable experience!

Monika was able to get me an appointment in less than an hour at a location within a couple of blocks of where we were and make last minute adjustments to our itinerary for accessibility and one cancellation with an alternative option. We still had an amazing trip. We are already discussing another to catch what we missed! She was always friendly, available, personable, and full of good tips and advice on making the most of our time while not over doing it.

we had an amazing time in the galapagos & Quito unfortunately we had some weather issues affecting our flights from home causing us to reschedule flights & lost luggage our kim kim specialist Majo was able to get our luggage to the galapagos & although we missed a day & half in San Cristobal we had a wonderful time in Santa cruz for 3 days & when we returned to the city in quito a most delicious dinner arranged & paid for by kim kim . Plus a birthday party for our friend doug who this whole trip was planned for his 60th also arranged by kim kim . Great tour guides & drivers in both places & transfers went well . Majo & her team went up & above to help us & was reachable easily . This is my third Kim Kim trip & each one has been a great experience.

Cami did a great job at planning our trip and organizing rides/transfers from the airport and to our excursions! All we knew for sure we wanted to do was go to El Nido and go island hopping, and Cami did all of the legwork! The Belmont Hotel and Seda Lio were great to stay at, she set us up with special honeymoon suites. Overall, we felt much safer having help with booking and planning, would recommend.

We wanted to visit the country from North to South. Communication was absolutely amazing! 10 Stars! Matito's communication while we were in the Santiago, Valparaiso, Calama and San Pedro de Atacama was excellent. Jose Luis in Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales area was excellent as well. I never wondered if a driver would show up. Never worried that our accommodations were amazing and in great locations. I highly recommend KimKim for your travel planning. It was seamless travel with no worries and the recommended tours were all amazing. Chile is truly an unspoiled beauty and I wouldn't miss any of the regions as they are all so very unique. Our last location in Chile. Weskar was beautiful and just off the edge of town. Easily walked to town or 3000 Pesos for an Uber. Our view was incredible and we watched the sunset from our chairs in the room. We dined several times in the restaurant and breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful and considerate in filling water bottles and answering our many questions about the area with detailed maps and information.

What an absolute treasure! So creative with each room uniquely themed. We stayed in The Office! What a beautiful balcony overlooking the town and water. The staff was so friendly! Sebastian had only a short time to create an itinerary for our trip and he did an amazing job. Each hotel was unique and comfortable and in a good location. The guides he booked were friendly and knowledgeable and helped us know more about French culture and history. The wine tours gave us new appreciation for French wines and opened a new avenue for us to grow in our knowledge of their unique style.
We believe Sebastian did remarkable work and we look to working with him again on our next journey to France.

Our guide had years of experience in the area and she did a wonderful job of talking about the unique nature of the Loire Valley. Having lunch and a wine tasting on a river boat was so relaxing and informative. This is an experience not to be missed!

Kimkim in general (Erin in particular) were extremely helpful in developing our Argentina Patagonia itinerary. They were very responsive, friendly, and professional. We made LOTS of changes along the way and they were always accommodating.
El Calafate was a good starting point for some glacier excursions. Estancia Cristina was a nice combo including a boat trip across Lake Argentina (some ice bergs along the way), a nice easy hike to view Upsala Glacier, and an unexpectedly good lunch for such a seemingly remote place.
Perito Moreno glacier is almost indescribable, a must see as photos don’t do it justice. Private guide there really is not necessary as the boardwalks are well marked. If I had it to do over, I’d add an excursion ONTO the glacier as we could see people doing.
Laguna de Los tres was our one long hike. This hike requires you to be in decent shape (13-15 miles, steep at end, 9 hr day). You don’t really NEED a guide as the trails are well marked, but I really enjoyed the day with Nicolas from Walk Patagonia. The info he provided on the geology, fauna and flora enriched the experience.
Ushuaia was very interesting to see. Because of arrival times and excursions, we had to squeeze in and rush through the Prison Museum - I would budget more time for that if I could. The trip down the Beagle Channel is a must-do. Piratour is the one company that allows you to land and walk on Martillo Island with the penguins. That was pretty incredible to see.
While Tierra del Fuego national Park was pretty, I must say it paled in comparison to what we had already seen to this point farther north and I’m not sure I would book that again. The “train at the end of the world“ I most definitely would not recommend unless you have small children. It was a slow moving “choo-choo“ that really did not provide much in the way of views, just a very touristy experience with high-pressure sales of photos of yourself. If I did it over, I would’ve used that time to perhaps get farther up into the national park on a hike, get something other than a drive up viewpoint type of experience.
Overall, I was very happy with this itinerary and my experience with KimKim and I plan to use them again with an upcoming anniversary trip with my wife.
