I am a Sr. Content Manager with kimkim, helping ensure all of the content we put into the world helps our travelers plan and take the best trips they can with us! I started with kimkim in May of 2023 and in that short time have already seen why people love both working with and for us. We truly are doing something unique in this space and it's exciting to see more and more people take advantage of the resources, knowledge, and expertise we have.
I put every project or initiative I work on through the lens of "how would I feel about this as a customer" to ensure we're providing the best experience for old and new customers alike.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"No specialties yet, but always looking forward to strengthening that muscle during my time at kimkim. "
How did you get involved in travel?
"I grew up on a 200-acre homestead in middle-of-nowhere Vermont, so traveling was never something my family prioritized. It wasn't until 2015 that my Grandpa took me and my cousin on a 4-week trip to Bali. That trip was the catalyst for every other trip I've taken."
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"At Syracuse University, I was a duel major in Advertising and European History with an emphasis on Nazi Germany and the Third Reich. That period in time, while heartbreaking and hard to fathom, is also fascinating to learn about and try to understand. My university sponsored a trip to Stuttgart for a Digital Media Convention and I was able to extend my trip a week to visit Berlin. Seeing the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe in Berlin is an experience that will forever live in my mind and heart. "
