A special shoutout must be made to Hien, our agent. We cannot say enough about her! She organized a beautiful trip for us in Vietnam with drivers and guides starting in Hanoi and ending in Ho Chi Min City. Various activities were organized in every destination which really gave us the feel of local culture and customs such as cooking activities, bicycle riding and meeting local people. It added immeasurably to the experience. Everything worked like clockwork. The hotels were 5 star all the way. Hien was available at all times to answer all our questions. When we had to leave early due to a family emergency she changed all the flights immediately and made the process very smooth. We cannot say enough about her excellent planning, efficiency and personal attention. She made our trip a memorable one in every way! Thank you Hien!

Absolutely glorious hotel! 10 star!
Beautiful modern hotel in old Hanoi. Nguyen Ha at the front desk was extremely helpful which was much appreciated. Christina, a waitress in the restaurant, was charming and sweet, and the staff in general were wonderful.
Wow, what to say about this place? Fabulous location in a gorgeous garden setting with bungalows set in the property. Everything was 5 star including the wonderful staff.
Gorgeous hotel in a fabulous garden setting. Excellent services, wonderful staff, particularly Nguyen Thanh, one of the managers, and Claudia the Maître D’hôtel. A big commendation to them for their warmth and kindness during a family emergency.
