Working with KimKim was a wonderful experience

Working with KimKim was a wonderful experience. From the start, it felt very natural to describe what we were after, and then offer comments (thumbs up/thumbs down) on the suggestions offered us. In a short amount of time we had an itinerary that was just what we were after.

Our guide, Tricia, was excellent. She was very responsive, and completely understood our feedback. As our trip to Norway approached, she took some time off, and Tom filled in. There was no interruption of service, and Tom was as efficient and helpful as Tricia.

All of the places we visited were wonderful. Our focus was on small, fiord towns and hiking nearby. Everything exceeded expectations. During the trip, the encountered the usual array of small issues, but KimKim was right there when we needed them, responding to our questions and resolving issues very, very quickly. I don’t think we’ve ever had an a travel agent as efficient and helpful.

We will absolutely use KimKim again for other trips in the future.
