My assigned local Specialist, Hilda, was amazing! She responded to questions and requests for adjustments to the itinerary right away on the front end. And then throughout the trip, she reached out and checked in to make sure all was going well and that I knew the next contact/scheduled item.
All of our guides were great. In particular, Lid, our guide for Ayutthaya, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and worked hard to make sure that a vegetarian member of our party had good options for lunch.
The hotel transfers were even more helpful than I expected as the guides went in with us to the airport to make sure we could figure out the process quickly and had a translator available.
