Hien was fantastic from start to finish. My wife and I did a 10 day trip to Vietnam and did not have the expertise or time to plan it well. I worked with Hien and she was great about working with me to plan the trip we wanted. She then booked everything so that we really didn’t have to worry about anything while in Vietnam. Our guide, Nam, was amazing and gave great advice, knowledge, and assistance throughout our trip. Our driver was professional, helpful, and safe. I will definitely be using KimKim in the future for trips. Many of the reviews I saw prior to booking focused on the cost being higher than if you book things yourself. It is significantly more expensive than painstakingly booking every detail yourself, and you will not get a cost breakdown, but we felt that it was worth every penny to have the expertise and assistance every step of the way. Having this service made the trip more relaxing and enjoyable. It was definitely worth it. Thank you to KimKim, Hien, Nam, and others who made this memorable trip happen.
