Be Jardin Escondido by Coppola, Buenos Aires

This is a truly charming boutique hotel. They provide free espresso via Lilly machine in the common area which we made use of. There is a small pool we did not use, but seemed it could be used, in a very nice courtyard (buggy in early evening). Our first room had a very poor shower spray and they could not fix it. They moved us to a second room (this was something they told us they would be doing upon check in, we don't know why). They told us they would move us for our last night but actually we moved for our last 2 nights. The second room was much larger and had a private balcony, which was very nice. Breakfast was very good.

This was one of the favorite hotels we have ever stayed at. It is absolutely charming and cozy - you really feel like you're visiting someone's gorgeous home in Palermo with your own private garden. The staff were some of the friendliest, most helpful and accommodating hosts we've ever had. Everyone spoke great English and were always willing to help us find great local spots, answer questions or just make us a needed afternoon cappuccino. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff.

The breakfast was always delicious and generous, it was always such a wonderful way to start our day. I appreciated the flexibility of time and ability to dine in our room - it felt so luxurious!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay.
