We love the personalised recommended local tours - especially the ones in Rome and in Cinque Terre. We were a bit disappointed by the recommended tour in Florence because everything was rushed and we didn't have time to eat in between the packed tours. The team was very helpful in addressing any questions we had, and Eirini did a great job picking up after Ina has left the company midway of planning our trip. It's slightly dated, but location is amazing in the middle of the most important piazza in Florence. Really close to the Duomo and the train station! Very clean, but not the best in terms of service and friendliness of staff.
