Overall our trip to Iceland was superb! So many wonderful things to see. Weather is always an unknown and even though a couple of our scheduled events were affected , we were able to reschedule with minimal hassle. Hanna ( our kimkim planner) made this very easy and promptly communicated any updated itinerary.
I didn’t realize that we would be issued a mobile router device to take with us throughout the trip. That wifi access proved essential to guide us throughout the trip, especially while driving.

We planned a 16-day, self-driving trip to circle Iceland. Our travel rep did a great job with pacing, activities, things to see and do along the way, dining suggestions, as well as hotel selections. There were no surprises, our reservations were always there, and our rep was quick to answer any questions. This is our second big trip that we organized through KimKim, and we have been impressed with the personnel and agencies they have hooked us up with.

Hanna was so helpful pointing out the best things to do and planning a terrific itinerary customized to what we were looking to do.

She was responsive and able to make changes during planning when requested. She understood what would work best for us and provided great tips in the itinerary.

Guides who were especially good were Johnathan for the Silfra snorkel and Pawel for the ice cave.

Hanna was so responsive and truly met our travel needs. Everything was well documented and in a flowing fashion for easy travel. All of her suggestions were spot on! Loved it!

Hanna was sooo incredibly helpful in planning the perfect trip to Iceland. All of her recommendations were awesome. And the whole process was seamless, from car rental to hotels to each of our tours.

Hanna set up a great trip for us. Every hotel had our reservation and we were able to check in effortlessly. The details in the trip plan were thorough and we were able to see every sight we wanted to see. The organization of the trip plan was helpful so that we were able to know what was coming up and how long it would take to get there. We have never done a self-drive holiday before, but definitely will again. We don’t like being led around in a tour group, and the flexibility of self-drive gave us the convenience of a tour with the freedom of taking our own holiday.

Super fun. A bit physically challenging, but in a good way. You go right inside an ice cave on a glacier and then through it to come out on the other side to hike on the glacier a short way.

Hanna did an amazing job planning our Icelandic trip. She asked what type of family adventure we wanted and zoned in our family activity style with insight and great suggestions, which made our trip so memorable.
