Great 1st-time Italy vacation

Kim Kim made it easy to crystallize our vacation plans and implement them. The lodgings they chose for us all exceeded expectations. Giulia did a great job arranging the details. She always responded quickly, and she always incorporated the changes we wanted. The tours and tour guides she picked for us were all first-rate. We especially appreciated her flexibility for us in Rome, when our visit coincided with very high hotel prices.
We would recommend Kimkim to anyone, and especially Giulia for anyone traveling to Italy. We had an amazing 2 weeks thanks to Kimkim.

Great location, respectful and efficient hotel staff, with very comfortable accommodations. They charge a heckuva lot for laundry, but they all probably do that! I recommend to all.
Simply a beautifully-kept and located place. A very convenient shuttle helped us up and down the hill. Very nice swimming pool too. The numerous, annoying flies (outside, NOT inside) weren’t their fault!
The location, super close to the bus & train terminals, was perfect for us. It was more clean, modern and spacious than we expected, too. Staff was great too.
