Memorable Trip to Japan

Fei organised a wonderful trip to Japan (5 nights Tokyo, 5 nights Kyoto) for our family of four. Our tour guides (Gaku, Marcus and Slash) were absolutely fantastic – very accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. The drivers were impeccable, always punctual and helpful, taking all the stress of out of travel. The excursions chosen by Fei were amazing – and we have taken home many happy memories! We would highly recommend KimKim and Fei.

Hotel Review
Hotel Kanra Kyoto

Absolutely best hotel to stay in in Kyoto. On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly and helpful staff and a refreshing cup of tea. The front of house staff were extremely helpful in organising a table in the restaurant as well as providing excellent recommendations for a nearby coffee shop and restaurant. Rooms were beautiful and thoughtfully prepared. Restaurant was absolutely amazing - as were the restaurant staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Our guide Gaku was super. She also had a great recommendation for lunch. Room for improvement? Perhaps only 2 out of the three activities would have been enough on this days.

Marcus was very attentive and found the quietest corners of the very busy Grove and allowed us lots of time in the Zen temple to stop and stare. He also had some great recommendations for trying local food. Again, our driver was superb - kind helpful and excellent driving.

Amazing! Slash was super friendly, very understanding and lots of fun to be with. He went the extra mile to help us find a restaurant at the end of our long day trip!
