Ever since my first travels, I wanted not just to see, but to experience. That is the approach I have towards tourists coming to our region. I want them to feel even for a moment like they understand our way of life. Sometimes a day with local is all you need.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"I specialize in tours in Croatia. From sightseeing tours, festival tours, gastro tours to experiencing local customs. We as a Roundabout brand are always looking for a new and exciting way to please our customers."
How did you get involved in travel?
"Being a professional athlete included a lot of travel. After my career, I just couldn't get enough. After a few travels with a youth travel agency, I started working as a tourist guide. Not long after I wanted to get involved in the organization of travels and festivals. There I got my first experience. After four years in mass tourism, I wanted a more personal approach to the guests arriving at the region. About that time Roundabout travel brand started operating in Croatia. After cooperating with my colleagues from Slovenia as a destination manager in Zagreb I fell in love with their approach towards the customer. That is when I decided to put my effort
in development of what Croatia has to offer and to bring our culture closer to travelers passing through our region. "
