Wonderful Stay at Palazzo Nainer – Excellent Service and Location We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Nainer during our family vacation in Italy and would highly recommend this hotel. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and made us feel very well taken care of. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The quality and taste of the food were excellent, with a great selection each morning, and the service was equally impressive. It was a wonderful way to start each day before heading out to explore Rome. The location was also ideal. We found it very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and experiencing the city, while still providing a comfortable place to return to after a full day of activities. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Palazzo Nainer. Between the outstanding service, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and fantastic location, it was a great choice for our family’s stay in Rome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Palazzo Nainer to anyone visiting Rome.

The Perfect Rome Experience for a Family with Kids! Our private Colosseum tour followed by Gladiator School was one of the most fun and memorable experiences of our family vacation in Italy. If you are visiting Rome with children, we highly recommend combining these two activities! Our Colosseum tour was excellent. Having a knowledgeable private guide made a huge difference, especially while traveling with kids. Our guide brought the history of the Colosseum and ancient Rome to life and helped us understand what it would have been like during the time of the gladiators. Seeing such an iconic historical site in person was incredible for our entire family. Following the Colosseum with Gladiator School was the perfect choice. After learning about gladiators and seeing where they actually fought, our kids had the opportunity to experience a little of that history themselves. They had an absolute blast! It was fun, interactive, and a great change of pace after sightseeing. What we loved most was how well the two experiences complemented each other. The Colosseum tour gave our children the history and context, while Gladiator School turned what they had just learned into a hands-on experience they could participate in and enjoy. For families traveling to Rome with children, this is a fantastic combination. It was educational without feeling like a history lesson, active and entertaining for the kids, and equally enjoyable for the adults. One of our favorite family experiences in Rome and a wonderful way to make ancient Roman history come alive for our children!

An Amazing Vatican and Sistine Chapel Experience with an Excellent Guide Our visit to the Vatican and Sistine Chapel was one of the highlights of our time in Rome and a truly memorable experience for our entire family. Our private guide was excellent—extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and engaging. There is so much history, art, and significance throughout the Vatican that it could easily feel overwhelming, but our guide did a wonderful job explaining everything in a way that was interesting and easy to understand. We were traveling with children, and we especially appreciated the guide's ability to keep the experience enjoyable and engaging for the whole family. Seeing the Vatican's incredible art, architecture, and history in person was remarkable, and entering the Sistine Chapel was an unforgettable experience. Having such a knowledgeable guide added so much context to what we were seeing and allowed us to appreciate the experience on a much deeper level. We highly recommend this tour, particularly for families visiting Rome. Having an excellent private guide made a tremendous difference and turned what could have simply been a sightseeing visit into a meaningful and memorable experience. A must-do while in Rome and an experience our family will remember for years to come!

An Unforgettable Farm Experience in Sorrento This was easily one of the most memorable days of our entire family vacation in Italy. Combining a visit to the incredible ruins of Pompeii with an authentic farm experience near Sorrento was the perfect combination of history, culture, food, and family fun. We visited a beautiful local farm near Sorrento, and this ended up being one of our family's favorite experiences of the entire trip. We participated in a hands-on mozzarella-making class, which was both fun and educational. Our children especially enjoyed being involved in the process, and it gave all of us a much greater appreciation for how fresh mozzarella is traditionally made. The highlight, however, may have been the incredible farm-to-table lunch. The owners prepared a wonderful meal for us using fresh, local ingredients, and everything was absolutely delicious. Sitting together as a family, enjoying an authentic homemade Italian meal while overlooking the beautiful farm was one of those experiences that you simply don't forget. What made the visit especially memorable was how genuine and personal the entire experience felt. Rather than simply visiting another tourist attraction, we had an opportunity to experience a little piece of local Italian life, meet the people behind the food, learn something new together, and enjoy an amazing meal in a beautiful setting. For families traveling with children, we highly recommend this experience. The combination of exploring Pompeii, making fresh mozzarella, visiting the farm, and enjoying a delicious farm-to-table meal made for an exceptional day. One of Our Favorite Experiences in Naples — And the Best Pizza of Our Trip! Our pizza and gelato-making experience in Naples was one of the highlights of our entire family vacation in Italy. We were traveling with our children, and this was the perfect activity for the whole family—fun, interactive, educational, and, most importantly, absolutely delicious! The pizza-making experience was fantastic. We learned how to prepare authentic Neapolitan pizza and had a great time making our own pizzas from scratch. The experience was very hands-on, and the instructors made it enjoyable and engaging for both the adults and the kids. And the finished product was incredible! We ate a lot of pizza during our trip through Italy, but the pizza we made here was our favorite pizza of the entire vacation. There is something especially memorable about sitting down together and enjoying a delicious Neapolitan pizza that you just made yourself. The gelato-making experience was just as much fun. The kids especially enjoyed learning how gelato is made, and of course, getting to enjoy the finished product afterward was even better. The gelato was absolutely delicious! What we loved most was that this wasn't simply a meal—it was an experience our family could enjoy together. Our children were actively involved, everyone had fun, and we came away with a wonderful memory of our time in Naples. If you're visiting Naples, especially with children, we highly recommend this pizza and gelato-making experience. It was fun for the entire family, the food was amazing, and it gave us a chance to experience an important part of Neapolitan culture in a hands-on and memorable way. Definitely one of our favorite activities of the entire trip—and we are still talking about that pizza!

An Unforgettable Introduction to Venice with Giovanni! Our private walking tour and gondola ride with Giovanni was one of the highlights of our family vacation in Italy and the perfect way to experience Venice for the first time. Giovanni was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about Venice, its history, culture, and local life, but what made the experience truly special was his personality and the way he connected with our entire family. We were traveling with two children, and both of our kids absolutely adored him. He kept them interested and entertained throughout the tour, and they were still talking about Giovanni afterward. He became one of the most memorable people they met during our entire trip to Italy! The walking portion of the tour gave us a wonderful introduction to Venice and helped us appreciate the city beyond simply seeing the major sights. Having a private guide made the experience much more personal and enjoyable, especially as a family with children. Following the walking tour with a gondola ride through the canals was the perfect way to finish the experience. Seeing Venice from the water after exploring it on foot gave us two completely different perspectives of this beautiful and unique city. Giovanni helped make our first experience in Venice truly special. He was knowledgeable, personable, engaging, and wonderful with our children—the kind of guide who can turn a great tour into a lasting family memory.

Guide was nice but a little too odd. Made for a bit of an uncomfortable day.

Car ride to the dinner was way to long to be enjoyable. I imagine we were also jet lagged. After dinner, we went to a rooftop bar that was just sort of mid. I think we were tired but we would have much preferred to explore the city. Maybe we just chose the wrong place to go. Might have been better if we were just given the locations to go to and the reservations had been made for us. Felt like travelling with a babysitter. (Mark you're great!)

Not a great experience. Staff was very kind, but the areas were a little too rough and the actual biking too tricky to be fun.

Eco Village was a highlight of the trip. Our guide Poukie and the local guide were a great combo. The Tie-Dye thing was not really worth the trip in my opinion. I'd hesitate to send others there.

We had to go a different route because my wife was a afraid of getting sea sick, so I think that sort of messed with the plan. Either way though, a full day is wayyyy too long to be on a sail boat. Crew was very nice. I think it would have been best as a 3p-7p activity. Dinner and sunset.

Great little place tucked away and teeming with friendly animals. Our daughter loved spending time with the horses, dogs, and cats. It was a phenomenal no-fuss stop to relax for the nights we were in the area.

The resident cats are a must to cuddle 💕

What an amazing experience it was to stay in the desert! This hotel was truly wonderful, with delicious food, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding staff who made our stay even more special. The outdoor space was absolutely magical and created such a unique atmosphere. Most importantly, the live music during dinner was incredible. It added something truly unforgettable to the evening, and it is a memory I will always cherish. A beautiful hotel, exceptional hospitality, and a truly special desert experience. Unfortunately, this was not my favorite hotel experience. The hotel did not feel like a luxury property, and there were several issues that made the stay disappointing. There was loud construction noise outside, which made it difficult to relax. I also had to wait a long time for my room to be ready, and when I finally arrived, the room was still being cleaned. Unfortunately, the room was not fully stocked with the necessary items either. The food was also not very impressive and did not meet my expectations. The room was very stuffy and smelly. Overall, I expected a much higher level of service and comfort from a hotel presented as a luxury property. There is definitely room for improvement.

Absolutely incredible hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The property was exceptionally beautiful, luxurious, and well-maintained, with attention to every detail. The service was outstanding, and the entire experience felt truly first-class. This is definitely a hotel where luxury meets comfort and exceptional hospitality. I absolutely loved my stay and would 100% go back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience!

The hotel was clean and amazing We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special appreciation goes to the manager Ashmae ( sorry i spelling is wrong) who consistently checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. That level of personal attention really made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. The food was also excellent, with a great selection and delicious meals. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Morocco. We truly felt well taken care of from beginning to end!

I had to cancel this activity and return back to Marrakech because the hotel was not the greatest.

Beautiful, amazing, such easy access to Grindewald first and Pfingstegg, we loved spending 6 days here, easy to navigate to interlaken and surrounding areas! Breakfast was great, rooms were spacious. No AC but mountain winds and fans kept us comfortable!

This may need to be an all day activity as it is HEAVILY populated, 120 minute wait minimum for every activity except the cliff walk. Great playground for kids at first gondola stop but not much for them at the top!

10/10 worth the money! Gave us discounts for many other activities and allowed us to come and go without much thought!

Unfortunately this is a high volume tour, it’s a beautiful view and lots to do but queues for activities pushed 120 mins, and unfortunately when we got to the cog wheel train we discovered on site that we needed a reservation before 12 and that put a damper on our day.!

Hard to find but in a great location. The decor on the walls and ceiling were kind of odd as there were half naked 'ruben-esk" women with chubby cherbs on the walls and ceiling. The sink and shower are open to the room but luckily the toilet was in it's own room.

Had major issues with this hotel. We were placed on the 3rd floor where there was major construction happening. The construction made it uncomfortable as saw's, drills, hammers and workers were always on the floor making noise. The finally ended their day about 6:30 and started at 8am again. The AC was turned off when we arrived, and took all night to finally cool down. We did not have a good experience with the front desk staff either. Very rude and non-apologic about the situation. Cannot recommend.

Good location off the beaten path of all the tourists. Quite and an old heritage hotel. We did have issues with the elevator not working a lot of the time. We did enjoy our stay.

Friendly and great location.

We were thrilled to have tickets to see this incredible piece of history and art. The tour before the viewing included virtual reality (VR) glasses that provided background information on the painting, the artist, and the fascinating history behind the artwork. The VR tour was well executed. When we finally saw the painting, it was unbelievable. The vibrant colors, incredible details, and beautifully arranged panels were breathtaking. I had not expected it to be so clear, bright, and filled with extraordinary details. This is definitely a must-see in Ghent. It was very well displayed.

I had a wonderful walking tour of Antwerp's old district as well as the diamond district with Luc. He was excellent and met me at our hotel, which was located in the old district rather than near the train station. Luc thought it would be better to walk around and show me some historic sites, such as City Hall, the Cathedral, and Saint Carolus Borromeuskerk Church. Of course, we also made our way to the diamond district. It was fascinating to hear him explain how the diamond wholesale process works, and I learned that the diamond district is highly secure. Barricades with gates line both ends of the street, and a police station is nearby, with active military surveillance in the area. Luc was fantastic, and I am so grateful for the time he took to explain everything. It was very well done!

Another fun experience in Ghent. I recommend that everyone take one of these boat tours. We had a fun driver and good boatmates on our tour. It is a lovely way to see the city.

This place is super interesting and a lot of fun to visit. You have complete access to the entire castle. The audio tour is excellent, as it includes humor in the storytelling about the castle and the royals who lived there. I definitely recommend visiting! We had a very fun visit.

The museum was lovely, situated away from the crowded main streets, which made it a peaceful place to visit. The Flemish art was beautiful, and I enjoyed admiring the works of the old masters. Their ability to capture landscapes, family life, and religious history is truly spectacular.

The museum was quite interesting, although it was perhaps a bit outside my usual taste in art. The first exhibit featured a large mud hut that visitors could enter after removing their shoes. The second exhibit was created by artists who were denouncing the concept of 'beauty.' While I understand the message they were trying to convey, it felt as if the artists had a strong disdain for anything related to beauty. This exhibit might resonate with some people, but it wasn’t one of my favorites.

It was very interesting to learn about the history and the process that immigrants had to go through. I appreciated the ancestry information provided at the end, as I am currently trying to find out if my family passed through Antwerp during their immigration.

It was simple and so easy to use everywhere!

It was incredibly moving and sobering—one of those places that makes you stop and reflect on both the best and worst of humanity. The museum and annex were very well organized, and I appreciated the effective crowd control inside. In the annex, they showed great respect by pausing the audio guide, allowing visitors to reflect on the space and consider how the people lived during their captivity there.

The Van Gogh museum was quite crowded during my visit. While it was a bit overwhelming, one pleasant surprise was seeing the Almond Blossom painting, which was on temporary display. Years ago, my brother-in-law created a replica of the painting using a Virginia Dogwood flower, which I now own and display in my home.

I had a wonderful hands-on experience at the museum. While the museum itself was enjoyable, the highlight was watching the women who were making lace. They were patient, informative, and a joy to watch and learn from. I really appreciated their willingness to teach us how to lace weave and share stories about when and how they learned their craft. I hope they can keep this museum and their trade alive for the future. It showcases a beautiful and historic talent. Unfortunately, my phone battery died, so I don't have photos.

Enjoyed the retrospective of Rene's work. I especially enjoyed his later work. The museum is very informative of how he matured his art and philosophy of art.

Veronique was an excellent guide. She spent more time with us than necessary and was truly wonderful. Engaging, funny, easy to walk with, and very informative, she shared captivating stories about her time in the city and explained how Belgium is organized both politically and historically. Her insights provided a perfect foundation for the rest of our trip in Belgium. We found her to be incredibly helpful and enjoyable to have as our guide—a real gem!

I am at a loss for words to describe how wonderful this museum was. It was spectacular, filled with countless exhibits, old masters, and endless beautiful art. A true treasure! I loved it immensely!

As expected, the old master's artwork is stunning. I loved seeing all of these Flemish painters: Rubens and Van Dyck. Huge paintings with lots of religious and historical subjects. Magnificent. A real delight was the special exhibit of Gormley sculptures, which was very fun to see and experience. One of his pieces filled an entire 2-3 story room, and you could walk inside the sculpture to see a beautiful lighting of soft gray, white, and black. Very well done.

Our driver and tour guide, Lucas, was fantastic. He guided us through Flanders on a moving and educational tour. It was an exceptional experience, and we were very grateful for his personal stories and insights about the locations we visited. This turned out to be another highlight of our trip.

This was very interesting, especially the building itself, as they have maintained the interior architecture from the original period. The paintings are displayed beautifully, and the colors are brilliant.

Enjoyed the private tour and guide. He was able to bring the medieval world around Brugge to life.

The hotel is very nice. We stayed in a standard Bungalow. The room is on the smaller side. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning required frequent adjusting but kept the room cold once we finally figured out the right setting. We enjoyed the hot springs and large buffet breakfast every morning. All of our tour companies picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel . We had a really good stay and enjoyed all the adventure tours we had booked.

Tortuge Lodge is in a great location, it is directly across the river from the airport. Our Miss Evelyn Balcony Suite was spacious. Because our room was the last building of rooms we frequently had monkeys right outside of our room. The monkeys never came close and left anything we left on the balcony to dry alone. The hotel had one restaurant. It served all 3 meals. The food was good. We did wish that they rotated options on the menu by the end of our stay. The tours they offer and their excellent guides really make this place amazing. Tortuguero is amazing for wildlife! On the dusk hike at the hotel we say so many turtles, spider and bats. The laguna 4 tour was full of animals too. With Johnny we saw red macaws, clothes, crocodile, cayman, otter, butterflied, birds and lizards. All the guides were fantastic but Johnny was our favorite. He believed one or both of us were lucky because every tour we did was packed with animal sightings. Our main reason for traveling here was to see the sea turtles nesting. The standard nesting is great for actually seeing them lays eggs because the guide will make the chamber larger for better viewing. On our private playa 3 tour, we saw 6 turtles in 2 hours. We were able to help our guide study and tag 2 turtles that were nesting. We are very happy that we did both tours as they are very different experiences. We are looking forward to returning here with our kids in a couple of years

We had a great day but you don't need a guide for this if you have a car. The hike was pretty but the waterfall is a must see if in La Fortuna. The water was too strong to allow swimming in the pool around the waterfall but people were swimming down stream from it were the current was less intense.

Very informative and fun! it poured rain for most of our tour. They provided umbrellas which kept everything but our shoes dry. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. We had a great tour

I absolutely cannot recommend this enough!!! In the 2 hours on the beach we found 6 turtles. 2 were nesting and we were able to help study and tag them. We learned so much from our guide. On the hike out to the beach you can use a flash light to get to the beach. Once on the beach no light is used. the guides are amazing at locating the turtles in the dark. They taught us so much.

ZIp lining above the rainforest canopy was incredible! absolutely breathtaking! On the sky walk we got to see Howler moneys and an eyelash pit viper. The food at the restaurant was very good. Highly recommend this well oiled adventure.

You are taken to the beach and sat under a pavilion until your guide is notified of a turtle you are assigned to on the beach. once you get assigned a turtle, the guide goes back and forth until the turtle is actively laying eggs. Once they are actively laying you are moved to the turtle and groups of 10 rotate through. we had 4 total groups we shared a turtle with . the guide makes the laying chamber larger so that the laying is visible to the entire group once behind the turtle. Very cool to see and the reason we came to tortuguero

Perfect location with a wonderful pool! It was quiet yet you were only 10 minutes walking to all the action in the old town. Also loved Antonakis Souvlaki and Co. right across the street for a quick bite to eat without the crowds.

George was amazing! We loved being on the water and we loved snorkeling over the sunken city. I have to admit that I thought the sunken city was going to be huge, but it's not. You get up close and personal to the old jugs and walls of the city. George and Lucy (his dog who kayaks with you) made the whole day!

This hotel was the star of the vacation. The views are an absolute dream, the staff was friendly and helpful and fun! I am already fantasizing about the next time I get to come to this hotel

The location is perfection, the staff is so friendly, the breakfast is great. The bed was very comfortable, well appointed gym, nice pool area.

Hotel Mercier was great.The location is perfect for exploring central Amsterdam. The staff is very friendly and and helpful. My room was large by European standards. The mattress was way too soft and the topper moved during the night. The hotel itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated. I enjoyed the breakfast in the bright and airy restaurant. I would return to the Hotel Mercier.

Seeing this house and Anne Frank’s diary and letters was very moving.

I love Van Gogh’s work and really enjoyed touring the museum.

The cruise was a lovely way to see Amsterdam. The captain was really nice and welcoming and our waitress was great and shared interesting information about the city. The dinner was delicious and accompanied by good wine. I highly recommend this experience.

This was a very fun, interesting and informative experience. I enjoyed the guide very much and would highly recommend this experience. The food was excellent, especially the Indonesian satay.

The windmills are fasciitis see and learn about.i had no idea of the role they played in Dutch industry.

This museum is impressive, well laid out and has an excellent audio tour. The grand masters are worth seeing

The Fosshotel Nupar was the closest proximity to the glacier and waterfalls we were traveling to see on the southeast side of Iceland. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The rooms were a bit small but the views were spectacular. And the restaurant had a lovely bar and they were able to sit us when we needed for dinner. Would definitely stay here again if passing through Iceland.
