This was my first time using KimKim and I am impressed by how customizable and personal my experience was. After I got my first itinerary from Roy, I responded with the parts I liked and didn’t like and Roy just kept adjusting until the itinerary for a week in Norway was ideal for me and my sister. I was really appreciative when after the initial trip’s estimate was more expensive than I could afford, accommodations were changed so that we didn’t have to cut any of our activities. And the accommodations we ended up with were fantastic! I would definitely use kimkim again.

Nothing but great things to day about the KimKim experience. Erica helped us curate a full 11 day Italy honeymoon plan and had lots of suggestions and advice for us as we worked through some iterative trip options to figure out what we wanted to experience. The excursions she booked for us were lots of fun and the best part was the private car transfers from every hotel, day trip, airport, etc. Never had to touch a steering wheel once. It really felt like a 5 star experience (both the booking process and the trip itself) and made our honeymoon stress free and simple. Everything just "worked".

Eirini and her team did an amazing job planning our trip to Greece. The hotels in all of our locations were very nice. The rooms were great and the locations were outstanding with easy access to everything we wanted to see. Our hotel in Santorini (Ilioperato) was in a great location with "postcard" views of the Caldera from our front porch. We loved that it was in quiet location away from the tourist crowds, but still close to great shopping and restaurants. Our hotel in Heraklion (Dimargio) was a hidden gem. We were surprised how new and modern it was, yet still in the heart of the city near all of the attractions and restaurants. Also, our drivers were great, especially Costantinos in Athens. Also, a special shout out to George (think that was his name) in Santorini who picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the port. Both of the gentlemen we so nice and informative. They felt like old friends after driving us a few times. My wife gave them hugs when we left them the last time! The tours and excursions were also wonderful. Eirini will find something for everyone - food, culture, history and adventure. Loved our farm tour and cooking class in Santorini. Great to see something on the non-Caldera side of the island and learn more about the island. Our host and driver were locals and passionate about life, culture, and the history of Santorini. The Kim Kim App was fantastic and easy to use. It was great having all of our trip details at our fingertips. Eirini was always responsive. We recommend Kim Kim and Eirini if you are traveling to Greece. We will use Kim Kim for our future trips.

We had an amazing experience working with Tiago on our trip to Portugal! He made the entire planning process smooth, seamless, and completely stress-free. Every detail of our trip ran like clockwork, from getting picked up from the airport to the hotel accommodations and tours. Tiago was incredibly responsive (even with daily questions we asked him over whatsapp during our vacation), listened to exactly what we wanted, and delivered a perfect vacation. This trip epitomizes why we use KimKim.
First idea, go to Barcelona to see some of the 2026 Tour de France and continue on. Second idea go early and end the trip in Barcelona, start somewhere else. Hmmm Verona looks interesting.

In comes Leslie, a KimKIm Italy travel expert based in Bologna who puts together an amazing itinerary. Stops, tours, things to see, with a few tweaks (for us no wine tours) and then we get to hotel selection. This is where Leslie and team excelled, we stayed at some wonderful places that we would never have found on our own no matter how long we scraped the internet.
Select the hotels, confirm the flights, add one more stop to break up a long driving day and we are good to go.
It all worked. The hotels were amazing, the tours and tour guides (Julien in Avignon was a stand out) were excellent. Working with Annalisa, our daily What’sApp contact, each afternoon we confirmed all the next days activity. We made a last minute change to a pickup point in Barcelona that was handled perfectly.
Memorable stops, Isola Bella ( just go), Avignon, Aigues-Mortes, Girona, cycling heaven. The history is amazing.
This was our 5th KimKim trip and was probably the best and definitely will not be the last.

We w ere disappointed that in Nakuru there were no flamingos, while the impression had been created. It was a situation going on for some time, based on the extreme high water level nd lack of shallow levels for the flamingos.

Even though the clouds were in the mountains and we couldn't see far. We roamed around the countryside stopping at different farms and villages. We especially enjoyed our Melosa (honey liquor) tasting and authentic Portuguese lunch.

We could not have been more pleased by the handcrafted Italian journey Melanie put together for our family! From a short list of destination choices around the country and our travel dates, she created a trip that included our entire wish list, including a town of our family's heritage, along with local excursions that showcased all the beauty and history Italy has to offer! The support provided by Melanie and Giovanna throughout the trip made each day's adventures flow with ease, allowing us to truly enjoy each experience rather than worry about constantly navigating logistics. Their hard work has left us memories for a lifetime!

This was a bucket list adventure and our bucket overflowed from beginning to end. Melvin and the Kimkim team put our safari together exactly as we requested. We were in very good hands with our driver, John, at the helm. He is knowledgeable, caring, funny and a master at spotting animals we could only have wished to see. Our first experience with KimKim has been very positive. We're just back from two weeks in Slovenia, doing a road trip. We wanted a mixture of pre-planning but with some independent travel which Nikola/KimKim gave us. Nikola used our budget to offer a selection of hotels which were then pre-booked along with a hire car and a couple of trips. Thereafter, our time/planning was our own. Nikola was on hand throughout the whole trip on What's App with daily summaries but also responsive when we wanted his advice ad hoc. We couldn't recommend Nikola highly enough - and Slovenia!! I think everything went pretty well overall. Our drivers were wonderful and always on time. The tour guide Tony for the Bath walking tour was great. Jamie who drove us from Stratford to Bath, touring through the Cotswolds was wonderful. The gentleman who drove to and from Henley was fantastic. We just had a little minor minor logistics issue with the Oxford tour.

The hotels were very nice. For me as part of a couple, our rooms were the right size for us. I felt for our friend staying in a room as one person, she should get the same size. I understand that maybe UK hotels work differently than my expectations. Maybe kimkim can take this as a suggestion.

Our coordinator Liam was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed some things adjusted.

Our trip was incredible!

From the planning of specific planned activities, to our “own” time, as well as all of our service providers such as the private drivers and the assistance from Espiritu Team through online messaging via the Trip Plan app. Every driver was professional, safe and vehicles were exceptional. Each of our guides from the food tours, wineries and olive oil estate were top notch. We loved the mix of small group events as well as the private guides we had on several of our experiences.

In Porto - we loved our guide’s (Joao) knowledge and the local establishments that we experienced; the Douro Wine & River Cruise was perfectly timed and our private guide’s (Tiago) personal winery experience was equally enjoyed.

In Lisbon - Our dinner with a local family was a unique experience that we will always remember. Our excursion to Sintra, Cascais was made special by our private guide (Nuno) was great. Also, our private guide (I no longer have his name) who took us on a walking tour of Alfama area of Lisbon was a joy to spend the morning walking the neighborhood.

In Lagos, Algarve the boat tour to the Benagil was a nice getaway for a few hours.

While our time in Seville was a bit compromised due to the excessive heat, the Flamenco event had a feel of real authenticity. The Olive Oil Estate also was a unique experience. Our day trip to Cordoba had beautiful sights but the heat caused us to shorten that day trip unfortunately.

Mallorca was amazing! From the accommodations at the Cala Fornells Hotel to the overall island. I think we’ll be back there in the future.

Lastly, Barcelona was so enjoyable. The Tapas tour was so much fun, the trip to Montserrat was nice as well. But the private tour of the Vins El CEP winery was a perfect end to our trip.

In summary, the timing of each stay, of each planned event mixed between our “own time” was simply perfect. The accommodations were wonderful - great locations and high quality. Without exception all of our guides and drivers made our experience a trip of a lifetime! Thank you so much for all your efforts in planning and assisting us throughout our trip.

My two daughters and I loved our three days in Seoul with our Tour Guide Sebastian. Sebastian expertly guided us to the sites we had requested and advised us on the best views. He even took a bunch of photos for us so we have great family pics. Sebastian also gave us great restaurant suggestions. One day, we had outdoor plans, and we were discouraged because it was raining heavily. Sebastian suggested fabulous alternative options so we could make the best of our schedule. One of his ideas was a bird sanctuary. He’d been paying attention and knew we loved birds! He saved the day! Sebastian was fabulous!

Danny was a fabulous tour guide for my daughters and me in Gyeongyu and Busan, South Korea. Danny noticed our interest in some particular historical sites and guided us through a local museum so that we could fully understand the region. It was awesome. He ushered us into a fabulous beef soup restaurant that was both economical and delicious. On our final day in Busan, he made it possible for us to visit the three temples we wanted to see with appropriate pacing for all the hiking. Danny did a great job helping us focus our touring on what we really wanted to see. Danny was a kind, fabulous expert!

Jimmie was an excellent tour guide on Jeju Island. He grew up in Jeju, so he told us about both modern and historical Jeju! He got us addicted to Black Pork and helped us find fabulous restaurants to eat well. Each day, he remained flexible about our plans so that we could enjoy the best activities at the right times of day. Jimmie made us feel like we were his guests in his hometown.

We never would have been able to plan this trip without Roy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the country, and worked with us through a few iterations of our itinerary to ensure that it was just right and would allow us to do everything that we wanted.

Our trip to Ireland was absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t have been happier. Every stop was thoughtfully planned and our family made memories that will last a lifetime.

Working with Claire at kimkim was a lovely experience. She was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process.

One of our favorite experiences was the sheepdog demonstration. It was such a fun, engaging activity for the whole family! We also absolutely loved the falconry experience. The falconer was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and made the experience unforgettable.

Every place we stayed was wonderful, but Cahernane House Hotel truly stood out. The property is stunning, the service was exceptional and the food and beverages were outstanding.

Another highlight was Afternoon Tea at Adare Manor. It was simply exceptional.

Our visit to Inis Mór was another unforgettable day. Thomas Faherty’s Pony & Trap Tour was fantastic. Thomas was friendly and kind to our children. He made the island come alive with his stories and local knowledge and it was one of our family’s favorite excursions.

The only suggestion we would offer for future travelers is to double-check tour reservations before arrival. We discovered that one of our tours had accidentally been double-booked. It wasn’t a major issue and everything ultimately worked out but it’s something worth verifying to help future guests avoid any extra expenses.

Thank you for helping us experience such a beautiful country. From the breathtaking scenery to the wonderful accommodations and unforgettable activities, this was fabulous trip.

The two week trip to Spain was well planned and managed. The price was reasonable, and included many museum entrance fee's. The hotels were well chosen and always followed our preferences. All of our guides were outstanding and knowledgable. Kim Kim kept in daily contact to ensure smooth transitions and transfers. Isa changed our eating habits forever. Miriam, Gabriel, and Jose taught us so much history and culture that I will be eternally grateful. Miguel drove us to/from Caminito del Rey and was a joy to be acquainted with.
This was our honeymoon, and was the best adventure of our lives.

Planning our Norway trip with our Kimkim team was so smooth. They designed a vacation for us that allowed us to take in many points of interest and enjoy the culture of the area. To have all of our vouchers and days’ plans in one place on the app relieved any stress. Our hotel booking locations were close to popular areas and other transportation transfers. This was so convenient!

At first the planning went well. As we got closer to trip time and our agent went on leave, we had no responses to messages and had to call the emergency line for someone to be assigned to us.

We did like the Bergen lodging, though the washer dryer wasn’t in room, as promised. The Fjærland stay was excellent, but it would be great to know there were only three restaurants in town.

Some of the trip planning made no sense. We were originally scheduled to be in a town two hours from the airport which needed ferries that stopped at 11 pm.

It wasn’t the same as my other kimkim trips.
