Hello KimKim - a brief note and thank you for your key role in what was a such a memorable and wonderful experience in Norway - your staff was super responsive from start to finish, the accomodations and transfers booked for us worked beautifully throughout, the events were well paced, everything came together as well as we could have hoped for. It was, as labeled, an "Amazing Hiking Trip in the Hardangerfjord Region" and Norway, its physical beauty and welcoming people, will be cherished memories.

Our trip to Morocco was amazing! We loved that we had the same driver, Mustapha, for the entire week. We were picked up on time from all starting points and enjoyed taking to about all things Morocco. Mustapha was very careful to give accurate information and often would follow up with questions we had after he researched it. We appreciated his attention to detail. Our first hotel was not ready for us so rather than drop us early to store our luggage, Mustapha took us to Akchour, popular hiking area. He even borrowed clothing from a guide so he could hike with us. We did not yet get cash but he arranged for us to have a tagine lunch (we felt like the locals!) and KimKim included this lunch with our tour. It was a very nice treat and welcome to Morocco.

We loved Chefchouen! I was expecting it to be crowded with Instagram posers but streets were very quiet when we headed out for our morning walk there. The houses were so blue! We learned they paint the walls 4x per year! Our guide was so amazing. He was patient with our pictures and even invited us in to see his family home. Our hotel, Lina Ryad was beautiful. They were able to get two of us in for a hammam when we arrived. Breakfast was excellent. Our dinner was just okay. We especially love the rooftop terrace where you could get spectacular views of the blue city below. We had the rooftop to ourselves and enjoyed day, evening and night views. Rooms were spacious. They provided robes and had an extra bed for our daughter made up.

Next we moved to Fes. We loved that the tour that took us to the top of the city so we could see down into the areas we would explore. We also really enjoyed the tour of the ceramics shop. It was informative and interesting to see how the crafts are still made by hand. We each bought something in the gift shop after. The streets were a bit overwhelming, evne for seasoned travelers. We saw the tanneries, and the wool dying. Our guide took us to get carpets but they were way out of our budget. We also explored the world's oldest University. We were not able to see the school but could walk through the now abandoned dorms. Our hotel, Riad Braya was tucked away but so beautiful. We felt like we were the only guests there. We had personal service. The riad was beautiful, comfortable beds and another amazing rooftop. We had to leave super early to catch our train to Marrakech and they packed a breakfast for us to take with.

Our last stop was Marrakech. Our hotel, Riad Atrium was one of our favorites. It was quiet and intimate. We ate dinner and breakfast on the rooftop and enjoyed more views. Food was very good, especially the breakfast. We also enjoyed a tagine chicken our first night that was lovely. We really enjoyed the markets in Marrakech but our guide moved very fast through them. We did a day tour of the market, toured the gardens, a palace, and did a night food tour. All were informative and engaging. Most of our group tried escargot and sampled other foods we may not have had we not had a guide. We felt safe at all times and even managed to got out on our own a couple times after doing it with our guide. We found the people at the markets (and all of Morocco) to be friendly and helpful. For example, we were trying to cross a busy street and a local man said follow me and helped us to just walk around some cars. While bartering is a big part of buying, we didn't find the merchants to be overly pushy. We did try to buy a carpet here too and again, found them to be way out of our budget ($1000 for even a small rug).

Our last day we hiked the High Atlas mountains and had dinner with a Berber family. This was one of my favorite days in Morocco. The scenery was so beautiful and it was a nice change from the crowded cities. We ended up buying rugs from locals here and found the prices much more reasonable and felt better about the money going directly to the women who make the rugs. I also bought a leather ottoman for a good price. The meal with the family was so good and appreciated after hiking a few miles.

Overall, we were very impressed by Morocco. From the time we were picked up from the airport to the time were dropped off, Mustapha took very good care of us. People were welcoming, food was amazing, the riads are unsuspecting from the outside but inside they are grand, intricate, but also cozy and welcoming. We felt safe at all times and

They provided robes and had an extra bed for our daughter made up. They stored our luggage for us while we did a tour of the city.

Marrakech Evening Food Tour

So much food! We definitely left full. We stopped for prickly pear as we were walking to the market. Next, we sampled Harira, and a street sandwich with tomatoes and onions grilled in a pita. We also got to sample escargot which most in our group tried for the first time. It was interesting and salty. Not the worst I have eaten! We also went to a restaurant and tried beef tagine. We ended with sugar donuts and smoothies. It was fun to have someone point us to safe eating places. We ended up getting smoothies and donuts on our own from the same vendors. Markets at night are very busy and it was hard to keep up with our guide. We wanted to do some last minute shopping but that was stressful with so many people everywhere and trying to keep our group together.

Gardens were nice but for us it was tucked in between a half day tour of Marrakech and a night food tour of Marrakech markets. It was hot, crowded and so many Instagram posers! Very well maintained. Loved the ponds, cacti, and various flowers.

A Drive from Chefchaouen to Fes via Volubilis, Moulay Idriss & Meknes

We enjoyed Volubilis but by the time we got there, it was mid day and very hot! We explored with a guide and enjoyed the sights of the ancient Roman city. We could have skipped Meknes. It was busy and we were not allowed in the mosque because we had on shorts.

Day Trip to Imlil Valley: High Atlas Mountains Adventure & Lunch with a Berber Family

Our last day we hiked the High Atlas mountains and had dinner with a Berber family. This was one of my favorite days in Morocco. The scenery was so beautiful and it was a nice change from the crowded cities. We ended up buying rugs from locals here and found the prices much more reasonable and felt better about the money going directly to the women who make the rugs. I also bought a leather ottoman for a good price. The meal with the family was so good and appreciated after hiking a few miles.

Half-Day Guided Tour of Marrakech

We really enjoyed the markets in Marrakech but our guide moved very fast through them. We had to stop him several times to make purchases. We also struggled to keep up with him as we had 5 of us and maneuvering through the crowds is a bit challenging! We toured a palace and the markets. We did try to buy a carpet here too and again, found them to be way out of our budget ($1000 for even a small rug). We also went to a Argon oil store. We were given a briefing on Argon oil. I had no idea the oil is made from seeds only grown in a small region of Morocco. The prices seemed reasonable and we purchased argon oil and some spices.

We loved that the tour that took us to the top of the city so we could see down into the areas we would explore. We also really enjoyed the tour of the ceramics shop. Our trip to Morocco was fantastic and just as advertised. The people, the sights, the smells, and that food all were so memorable. Our driver, Mustapha, was our favorite person we met the entire trip. His wonderful personality and his care for us was unmatched. He gave us inside tips on culture and the country, along with great conversation throughout. Whenever we stopped he took great care to make sure we knew where we were going and what was expected and was always on time for every pick up. When we had extra time to kill between pickup and the next check in, he made sure to find a great park to fill our time. Lastly, his excellent driving skills avoided an out of control car coming toward us that kept us from having a bad accident.

The guide and Lina Ryad in Chefchouen were great. The location of the Ryad was excellent and views from the roof were fantastic. The guide was very thorough and provided a very personalized view of the city. We enjoyed the tour very much.

The tour of Vloubilis was amazing and our guide there was top notch. He was extremely knowledgable and brought much of the place to life for us. We loved the ruins and the stories behind it and highly recommend this stop. The stop in Meknes was mostly unnecessary. The medina was small and underwhelming given we were seeing Fes and Marrakesh later. We didn't get into the mausoleum because of our clothing, which is our fault, but wasn't a big draw for us anyway.

The Ryad Braya in Fes was also excellent and the service great. We were the only people staying at the Ryad and the workers made sure we had everything we needed. The location is quiet and close to several easy places to eat and to be picked up. The rooftop seating area is perfect for relaxing with the entire group. This was our return trip to Iceland to experience the Eastern Fjords, the North, and the Northern West Fjords. Gummi planned our trip expertly, providing us with iconic and beautiful places to visit on our journey around some of the less-traveled places.

It was great to do city things in Oslo- jazz club, the opera and also see amazing scenery in the rest of Norway. Sailing through the fjords was a great way to relax while seeing unique landscape. It took a bit of digging to find things to do in Flam-- but the sauna on the fjord was great as was the nearby farm which served a delicious lunch. The mini bus tour to the outskirts of Flam was very worthwhile. Bergen is crowded with people off the cruise ships. Ausland is lovely - it doesn't take much time to see but is a worthwhile stop. The Gehringer fjord should not be missed. And we loved Trondheim- great historic sights and a lovely town. We were there in June and it was cool and rained everyday for a part of the day. Constant switching from sun to clouds and back again. Dress accordingly.

You can take this boat for more than a week but we just did one night as we are not cruise fans. The boat is lovely and there were many seating/view areas that were not crowded. The cabin was bigger than we expected. Food was fine but I wouldn't want to eat it for a week. The check in could be much improved. We were told to wait in line for half an hour to get our dinner seating assignment, only to find out there was no reserved seating for that night, which was our only night. We should have been told we did not need to go on the line. When we did go to dinner there was a wait but they don't put people on a list which is ridiculous.

Our trip to Iceland was an amazing experience for our family. Working with KimKim and especially Gummi made our trip so special and relaxing. I can’t imagine going on this trip without Gummi’s assistance.

From the moment we started to plan our trip Gummi was right there guiding us along, listening to our concerns and showing us the way to make our trip a success. He promptly answered our texts, showed up on time, made sure the people we needed to see were right there to help us. I feel like we really got to know and appreciate the parts of Iceland we saw and it was amazing. The lava fields and a lava cave, the fjords, the glaciers, a glacier cave, the highlands, the food and the people - such a beautiful country!!

We did this tour at the end of our 10 day trip and we thought we had tried a great variety of food during our stay. We were still surprised by a few new dishes during the food tour.

Our trip with KimKim was the trip of a lifetime! Jessica did an outstanding job and planned the best vacation for us in Korea and Japan. It could not have been any better! She listed to our needs and wants and worked to accommodate our every wish. She was extremely responsive and always eager to help us! Her details and follow through was fantastic. The trip itself was perfect for our family! We loved Seoul and Busan and wished we had planned more time in Korea. Our tour guide Jino in Busan was the best and by the time the day was done, we felt like he was a member of our family! We visited four cities in Japan and Jessica tailored our visits to each city perfectly. All of our tour guides and drivers were wonderful and so genuinely sweet and helpful. The transportation and transfers were smooth and flawless, and we appreciated not having to worry about a thing! The hotels that Jessica booked were top notch and she situated us in the best parts of town. We loved being able to walk around the areas and shop find food quickly for some late night snacks or early coffee runs. Jessica allocated the perfect amount of time at each site we visited and we were able to do so much during our trip, and we quickly realized we could not have planned such an amazing trip without her. I highly, highly recommend KimKim and our specialist Jessica. This was the most memorable trip and truly the trip of a lifetime.

KimKim did an AMAZING job at helping us plan our trip to Portugal. The team was thoughtful, communicative and attentive to all our needs. We even had on of our tours get cancelled due to vehicle malfunction but we had a blast at the Zoo. I've recommend KimKim to all my friends and family planning trips!

We just got back from a 9-day self-drive family adventure through Iceland, and it was hands-down one of the best trips we've ever taken. From the moment we landed at Keflavík to our final night back in Reykjavík, every single detail was thoughtfully planned out, and we owe that entirely to our guide, Gumi.
From the Blue Lagoon to the black sand beaches of Reynisfjara, the basalt cliffs of Snæfellsnes, the waterfalls of the Golden Circle, whale watching in Faxaflói Bay, exploring Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon by amphibian boat, and even a lava cave tour, the itinerary hit every iconic spot without ever feeling rushed. Each day flowed perfectly into the next, with driving times, hotel check-ins, and activities all lined up seamlessly.
What really made this trip special was how much care Gumi put into planning. Nothing was left to chance, from picking family-friendly accommodations with the right room setups for the three of us, to building in flexibility for weather and long summer daylight hours, to making sure meals and breakfasts were included where it mattered. Whenever we had a question or needed help along the way, Gumi was right there, making sure everything ran smoothly.
Traveling with a child can make logistics tricky, but Gumi thought of everything. The pacing was perfect for our family, and we never felt overwhelmed or rushed. It's clear this wasn't just a cookie-cutter itinerary; it was crafted specifically with our family in mind.
We left Iceland with incredible memories, and we know none of it would have come together so beautifully without Gumi's expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care. If you're planning a trip to Iceland, do yourself a favor and work with Gumi. You won't regret it!

Robert was determined to get to know us and our travel wishes and needs as we were planning this trip. He helped me put together exactly the trip we wanted for the limited time that we had. Additionally, he found excellent accommodations that matched our expectations. We stayed in Split for 3 nights in a tiny hotel inside the walls of the palace. It was so comfortable, and the hosts were most accommodating. I felt like I was staying with friends. Our city guide in Split, Petar (or Pero) was most informative, amusing and well able to roll with the bored teenager. Our city guide in Dubrovnik, Marko, was also very interesting and engaging, and this time we let the teenager stay at the pool.
We had very friendly and knowledgeable drivers who showed up right on time, and Robi made sure we had the tickets we needed for the ferries and for the National Park, When I found I had left behind an important ticket, Robi took care of the problem somehow.
I feel that we were very fortunate to find such a caring and capable local specialist for our trip. We highly recommend working with Robi.

Our trip to southern Spain was an incredible experience, and we’re so glad we decided to give KimKim a try. It was absolutely worth it! We visited several UNESCO World Heritage sites, including the Alhambra and the Alcázar, and every part of the trip was thoughtfully planned.

Our accommodations were spectacular and perfectly located in the historic areas of all four cities we visited, allowing us to truly experience the unique atmosphere, culture, and charm of each destination. The private transfers arranged for us made transitioning from one city to the next effortless and stress-free.

A special thank-you to Coraima and Chinh for helping us plan such a memorable and enjoyable trip. We will definitely be using KimKim again!

Overall, we had very nice trip to Japan although we had terrible start because of delayed arrival.

Let me summarize key points:
- Planning part was quick and effortless. It was good that we specified pretty clearly what we would like to see, so Shona was able to put together attractive plan in just few iterations. Shona was always promptly responding to our questions and suggestions in preparation phase, and she was also actively “taking care” of us during our trip in Japan.

- We were satisfied with our accommodations. It was quite smart that hotels in Kyoto and Osaka were just walking distance from railway stations; this proved convenient also when we were exploring towns on our own.

- All the commuting went smoothly. We were slightly worried about traveling with Shinkansen trains, but it was perfect.

- All our activities were executed professionally and correctly timewise. In general, we hoped that knowledge of English language would be even better, but we have been in Japan before and we know that this is a general problem. Let me repeat that all the guiding was done well, but as we are also not native English speakers, we sometimes had minor problems communicating.

At the end let me add one “friendly warning” to both Kimkim and Odynovo:
- Nowadays most of travelers know very well how to use ChatGPT, booking.com, Viator…, so it is a fair question what are the “added value reasons” for traveling with Kimkim/Odynovo. It is definitely not price or paying terms; in many cases free cancelation till last day is now part of standard conditions if you book directly. From our perspective main reasons are therefore security (to have somebody local to call in case of a need) and flexibility in case that you must or would like to change something.
o In our trip to Japan security part was perfect: Shona was always available and we had WhatApp numbers of all involved persons.
o Regarding flexibility it could be better: unfortunately, we had one serious problem at the beginning and one minor problem with cancelation of one activity. In both cases Shona was trying hard, but because even Odynovo is mostly just a “middleman”, the results were not optimal.
- I hope my friendly warning is clear: we (travellers) are more and more demanding, so you as organizers might need to be involved more than just as middlemans.

Our family trip was a wonderful experience, and booking was incredibly easy with the help of our specialist, Winnie! We especially loved the Kyoto Zen Meditation & Garden Tour, the Gyeongbokgung Palace tour, and our excursion to Sokcho and Seoraksan National Park.

Huge shoutout to our guide, Mr. Sebastian Eom, who accompanied us for the final four days of our trip. I really cannot recommend him enough for any travelers to Seoul looking for an English-language tour!

Taylor great to work with. She was always available and always responsive to our questions and requests. We had a fabulous itinerary with extraordinary hikes in Bergen, Geiranger, Aurland and Alesund . Our hotels were perfect. The one in Bergen was the least favorite but its location was perfect. The only improvement that could have been made was the weather but even in the rain, mist and clouds Norway’s landscape was breathtaking.

Our time in Switzerland was fantastic! We loved that everything was planned out for us so we could enjoy ever minute while we were there. The app was easy to use and we loved the detailed notes for each day. Especially directions to the hotels from the train stations, and other transportation notes. The accommodations were great (didn't love Hotel Derby in Montreux, but Eden Palace and Waldstatterhof were fantastic). The activities that were planned were great. We LOVED our private e-bike tour with Hannas in Lauterbrunnen! Definitely the highlight of our week. And of course, Mt. Pilatus was absolutely stunning!

This hotel is beautiful, but the only downside it that it doesn't have air conditioning. That may be fine normally, but we happen to be there during a heat wave. I was very thankful that the staff found a second fan for the room that did help a little. Great breakfast!

Waterfalls Adventure tour: Guided E-bike tour

This was our favorite tour of our trip! The Lauterbrunnen valley was stunning! Our private guide, Hannas, was amazing and fun. He stopped every so often to tell us about the waterfalls, or capture photos in just the right spot. Lunch was great and the location was perfect. We would highly recommend this tour.

We enjoyed trying new wine varietals at this winery. However, the photos and description of this tour are a bit misleading. The photos show a patio with the view of the lake, however, the tasting room is built into the hillside and indoors. There were no views of the terraced vineyards or lake. I actually thought that we were at the wrong place because it wasn't anything like it was described on the app. There was no tour of cellars or explanation of the wine making process.

The trip to Barcelona was wonderful. The team planned a private guided architect tour of a home Antonio Gaudi designed and the finale was a tour of the Basilica of the La Sagrada Família. Our Guide Javier was superb. He was so enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. Another plus was we did not have to wait in line.

Accommodations at the Musik Boutique Hotel was a delightful experience. The room was very warm with a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the city of view. The hotel staff was very engaging and always there to answer questions

Our overall experience was excellent and I highly recommend the services has to offer.
