KimKim did an AMAZING job at helping us plan our trip to Portugal. The team was thoughtful, communicative and attentive to all our needs. We even had on of our tours get cancelled due to vehicle malfunction but we had a blast at the Zoo. I've recommend KimKim to all my friends and family planning trips!

The Tuk TuK tour was so fun! Our guide, Bruno, was great! We were able to get know the city quickly and he recommended a great lunch spot.

We just got back from a 9-day self-drive family adventure through Iceland, and it was hands-down one of the best trips we've ever taken. From the moment we landed at Keflavík to our final night back in Reykjavík, every single detail was thoughtfully planned out, and we owe that entirely to our guide, Gumi.
From the Blue Lagoon to the black sand beaches of Reynisfjara, the basalt cliffs of Snæfellsnes, the waterfalls of the Golden Circle, whale watching in Faxaflói Bay, exploring Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon by amphibian boat, and even a lava cave tour, the itinerary hit every iconic spot without ever feeling rushed. Each day flowed perfectly into the next, with driving times, hotel check-ins, and activities all lined up seamlessly.
What really made this trip special was how much care Gumi put into planning. Nothing was left to chance, from picking family-friendly accommodations with the right room setups for the three of us, to building in flexibility for weather and long summer daylight hours, to making sure meals and breakfasts were included where it mattered. Whenever we had a question or needed help along the way, Gumi was right there, making sure everything ran smoothly.
Traveling with a child can make logistics tricky, but Gumi thought of everything. The pacing was perfect for our family, and we never felt overwhelmed or rushed. It's clear this wasn't just a cookie-cutter itinerary; it was crafted specifically with our family in mind.
We left Iceland with incredible memories, and we know none of it would have come together so beautifully without Gumi's expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care. If you're planning a trip to Iceland, do yourself a favor and work with Gumi. You won't regret it!

Robert was determined to get to know us and our travel wishes and needs as we were planning this trip. He helped me put together exactly the trip we wanted for the limited time that we had. Additionally, he found excellent accommodations that matched our expectations. We stayed in Split for 3 nights in a tiny hotel inside the walls of the palace. It was so comfortable, and the hosts were most accommodating. I felt like I was staying with friends. Our city guide in Split, Petar (or Pero) was most informative, amusing and well able to roll with the bored teenager. Our city guide in Dubrovnik, Marko, was also very interesting and engaging, and this time we let the teenager stay at the pool.
We had very friendly and knowledgeable drivers who showed up right on time, and Robi made sure we had the tickets we needed for the ferries and for the National Park, When I found I had left behind an important ticket, Robi took care of the problem somehow.
I feel that we were very fortunate to find such a caring and capable local specialist for our trip. We highly recommend working with Robi.

Our trip to southern Spain was an incredible experience, and we’re so glad we decided to give KimKim a try. It was absolutely worth it! We visited several UNESCO World Heritage sites, including the Alhambra and the Alcázar, and every part of the trip was thoughtfully planned.

Our accommodations were spectacular and perfectly located in the historic areas of all four cities we visited, allowing us to truly experience the unique atmosphere, culture, and charm of each destination. The private transfers arranged for us made transitioning from one city to the next effortless and stress-free.

A special thank-you to Coraima and Chinh for helping us plan such a memorable and enjoyable trip. We will definitely be using KimKim again!

Overall, we had very nice trip to Japan although we had terrible start because of delayed arrival.

Let me summarize key points:
- Planning part was quick and effortless. It was good that we specified pretty clearly what we would like to see, so Shona was able to put together attractive plan in just few iterations. Shona was always promptly responding to our questions and suggestions in preparation phase, and she was also actively “taking care” of us during our trip in Japan.

- We were satisfied with our accommodations. It was quite smart that hotels in Kyoto and Osaka were just walking distance from railway stations; this proved convenient also when we were exploring towns on our own.

- All the commuting went smoothly. We were slightly worried about traveling with Shinkansen trains, but it was perfect.

- All our activities were executed professionally and correctly timewise. In general, we hoped that knowledge of English language would be even better, but we have been in Japan before and we know that this is a general problem. Let me repeat that all the guiding was done well, but as we are also not native English speakers, we sometimes had minor problems communicating.

At the end let me add one “friendly warning” to both Kimkim and Odynovo:
- Nowadays most of travelers know very well how to use ChatGPT, booking.com, Viator…, so it is a fair question what are the “added value reasons” for traveling with Kimkim/Odynovo. It is definitely not price or paying terms; in many cases free cancelation till last day is now part of standard conditions if you book directly. From our perspective main reasons are therefore security (to have somebody local to call in case of a need) and flexibility in case that you must or would like to change something.
o In our trip to Japan security part was perfect: Shona was always available and we had WhatApp numbers of all involved persons.
o Regarding flexibility it could be better: unfortunately, we had one serious problem at the beginning and one minor problem with cancelation of one activity. In both cases Shona was trying hard, but because even Odynovo is mostly just a “middleman”, the results were not optimal.
- I hope my friendly warning is clear: we (travellers) are more and more demanding, so you as organizers might need to be involved more than just as middlemans.

Our family trip was a wonderful experience, and booking was incredibly easy with the help of our specialist, Winnie! We especially loved the Kyoto Zen Meditation & Garden Tour, the Gyeongbokgung Palace tour, and our excursion to Sokcho and Seoraksan National Park.

Huge shoutout to our guide, Mr. Sebastian Eom, who accompanied us for the final four days of our trip. I really cannot recommend him enough for any travelers to Seoul looking for an English-language tour!

Taylor great to work with. She was always available and always responsive to our questions and requests. We had a fabulous itinerary with extraordinary hikes in Bergen, Geiranger, Aurland and Alesund . Our hotels were perfect. The one in Bergen was the least favorite but its location was perfect. The only improvement that could have been made was the weather but even in the rain, mist and clouds Norway’s landscape was breathtaking.

Our time in Switzerland was fantastic! We loved that everything was planned out for us so we could enjoy ever minute while we were there. The app was easy to use and we loved the detailed notes for each day. Especially directions to the hotels from the train stations, and other transportation notes. The accommodations were great (didn't love Hotel Derby in Montreux, but Eden Palace and Waldstatterhof were fantastic). The activities that were planned were great. We LOVED our private e-bike tour with Hannas in Lauterbrunnen! Definitely the highlight of our week. And of course, Mt. Pilatus was absolutely stunning!

Waterfalls Adventure tour: Guided E-bike tour

This was our favorite tour of our trip! The Lauterbrunnen valley was stunning! Our private guide, Hannas, was amazing and fun. He stopped every so often to tell us about the waterfalls, or capture photos in just the right spot. Lunch was great and the location was perfect. We would highly recommend this tour.

We enjoyed trying new wine varietals at this winery. However, the photos and description of this tour are a bit misleading. The photos show a patio with the view of the lake, however, the tasting room is built into the hillside and indoors. There were no views of the terraced vineyards or lake. I actually thought that we were at the wrong place because it wasn't anything like it was described on the app. There was no tour of cellars or explanation of the wine making process.

The trip to Barcelona was wonderful. The team planned a private guided architect tour of a home Antonio Gaudi designed and the finale was a tour of the Basilica of the La Sagrada Família. Our Guide Javier was superb. He was so enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. Another plus was we did not have to wait in line.

Accommodations at the Musik Boutique Hotel was a delightful experience. The room was very warm with a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the city of view. The hotel staff was very engaging and always there to answer questions

We had a truly incredible trip to France! It was my children's first trip abroad (7yrs and 4 yrs) and my first time taking them on such a big adventure as a parent. Lucie made sure the trip was a perfectly tailored balance of things the kids would enjoy, parents would enjoy, and inclusive of enough downtime to make sure we all weren't overtired. We made several hotel changes and location changes and always had fantastic, kind, drivers to bring us from place to place with all of our luggage. Our hotels were wonderful spaces for us to enjoy as a family, and the neighborhoods she found for us to stay in were walkable and right on the Metro lines. We loved Paris - we had a wonderful, kid friendly tour of the Louvre. We saw the Eiffel Tower (my 7 year old's big dream for the trip), explored Montmartre, took the Metro all over. We travelled my train to the charming town of Nantes and saw the old town and the Machines de l'Ile, rented a car to go to Puy du Fou, and then spent 3 perfect lazy days in Ile de Re. It was a magical trip - Lucie handled EVERYTHING. When our flights got severely delayed (to the next day) she rearranged our cars, informed the hotel, and moved around our Louvre tour to accommodate our new schedule. The next time my family goes to France we will absolutely reach out to Lucie.

We had the luck of being in Bali on a major holiday so got to see the people and temples dressed up!

We had a packed itinerary so be sure when planning you’re ok with long drives and bad traffic or just stay in one area. It’s all beautiful!

Dean did a good job of arranging accommodations for us, allowing us to have a stress free trip. He also booked a couple excursions for us, that were enjoyable. Overall, our trip was a success!

That being said, it seemed clear that Dean's focus was on hiking and biking. His company is literally called Ireland Hike Bike Walk. He would do better with younger people who want to hike or bike. He gave us routes to drive, but we couldn't or didn't follow them. They didn't always match where we were, or where we were going. He gave us instructions to return our rental in Dublin, even though we rented and returned the car in Shannon. On 2 occasions, the route started or ended in the wrong town 20-40 km from our target. Dean's associate, Katie, checked up on us multiple times during the trip, which was reassuring, and she helped us to cancel one of the excursions, and helped us find a confirmation number on another occasion.

In retrospect, I could have made the arrangements on my own. We would have probably missed out on Inis Mor and Achill Island. Those were both fun and memorable excursions, so I'm glad that we got to do those, but I'll do the leg work on my own next time.

The entire trip in Thailand was absolutely amazing and a once in a lifetime must! Kien from Kim Kim planned our trip perfectly. We flew into Bangkok spent a few days there, then flew into Chiang Mai and spent a few days there with our last destination in Phuket.

Our guides were phenomenal. "Ae" took special care of us in Bangkok and Lisa did the same in Phuket.

We stayed at the most amazing hotel in Phuket where we upgraded to a super luxury villa which made our trip more memorable! The Slate is the most beautiful hotel, ever!

Some of our most memorable activities include the elephant sanctuary and cooking dinner with the locals in Chiang Mai, eating out in Bangkok and checking out the floating and railroad market, getting tailored suits made and daily massages and of course Phi Phi Island in Phuket ! We enjoyed being picked up by our guide at each airport too!

Tossa de Mar was amazing. The hotel Noga booked for us had delicious breakfast, was less than 5 minute walk from the beach, and was very comfortable. We also took a guided kayak trip through Nicholau’s Kayak who worked with us and KimKim when there was scheduling problem. Raquel our guide was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to show us an activity we could do the next day on our own.

We loved our trip to Thailand. Sandi did an amazing job planning everything and patiently listening to our requests for a less-beaten track, helping us book memorable side excursions (the highlights for us: the ancient temples at Ayutthaya, and the Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai). Our guides, Ms. Leena in Bangkok and Mr. Marty in Chiang Mai, were very knowledgeable, sharing much insight into their country's history and local culture. Great choice of hotels, transport, and logistics. Overall, a great experience!
