Beautiful hotel, and landscaping , friendly and accommodating staff, wonderful breakfast and many places outside to relax and unwind. The pizza and ice cream were delicious too!

We really enjoyed the Hilton. The staff was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We had an afternoon pickup for the airport and they allowed a late checkout and let us stay on property to relax until our driver arrived. The restaurant served excellent breakfast and dinner and everyone was so very welcoming.

This was a fun hotel right in Aguas Calientes, excellent dinner and breakfast, located right in the middle of everything, The staff was so friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Beautiful and unique little garden with many different hummingbirds! Very quiet and peaceful.

Nataly walked us around Cusco beginning at Sacsayhuamán, then continuing down through the San Pedro market and a couple of other shops. We did a chocolate tasting and finished up at Qoricancha. She even walked us back up the hill to our hotel. She was so sweet! It was wonderful getting to spend 2 days of tours with her!

Visiting Machu Picchu has been on my bucket list for many years. It was unreal, spiritual, fascinating, and just perfect! We were on circuit 1 to see the top view, then circuit 3 with our tour guide, Javier, to walk through the ruins. He was so knowledgeable and fun!! So very happy we were able to take this trip.

We did not do the self guided Ollantaytambo piece. We chose to relax that morning. But we did go to the Pachamanca lunch which was a demonstration of how our lunch was prepared on hot stones buried underground, along with a brief tour of their coffee production and distillery. We had a tasting too!! Loved that! When lunch was ready, it was family style and so delicious! After lunch, we headed right down the path to catch the train to Aguas Calientes. So easy! Seating on the train was a bit tight but overall was a comfortable ride.

Nataly took us on this tour and she was awesome! We climbed and shopped and she was so knowledgeable. We later grabbed a very nice lunch at a restaurant she recommended. We then were able you tour a hummingbird sanctuary which was very cool! So many different hummingbirds all around us!

Such a wonderful day. The tours were so much fun, our guide, Natali, was excellent, and lunch was delicious!

We walked to the market after check-in to our hotel. It was an easy walk from our hotel. Market was clean and had everything you could want. Great food options, local gifts, fruits and vegetables. We ended up bought some local treats and took it back to our hotel for dinner that night as it started to rain and we didn't want to walk in the rain that night for dinner.

We actually didn't have the Harry Potter legends walk as my husband and daughter said they weren't big on HP. However, our local guide was flexible enough to give us a tour of the city instead which was great. Afterward, we did get into the famous bookstore which was worth seeing.

While the Fado dinner performance was great, the guide experience was not for us. We booked a private dinner but somehow, another couple joined us for dinner. The guide did not know where we stayed to pick us up nor he was aware of the number of people in our group so all of us didn't fit in the car. We ended up had to walk to the restaurant which we didn't have a change to explore the Alfama neighborhood. Also, we arrived late so the show already started. Because the group is larger than expected, we all share a table in a corner which then was very hot. Then after dinner, the guide told the group that we had to decide which group will leave first as his car doesn't fit everyone.

This was our favorite activity of the trip! We started the day with a little car trouble but our guide used her personal car to take us on the trip so we don't get stuck in traffic. The fishing village was where she grew up so the tour was very intimate. We had an amazing seafood lunch in the local market. Everything was fresh and delicious! We were able to pick out our own fish from the market and the restaurant grilled it for us. We enjoyed this experience very much!

It was a good exposure to everything Lisbon on our second day. Marta, our local guide, drove us to places that we would not know or be able to explore on our own. Since she was born and raised in Lisbon, her perspective and knowledge was greatly valuable.

It was one of our favorite days seeing Obidoas and Nazare on our way to Porto. Obidos was a charming medieval village and worth a stop to see. Nazare was a little busier and a surfing city so it was nice to see but we didn't spend much time there. Our driver was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the areas.

The private trip to Sintra & Cascais Day trip was fabulous. We were able to bypass the long line and get in to the park as soon as we get there. It made the visit more enjoyable. Pena Palace was amazing and worth the visit. Our local guide, Louis, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We enjoyed his company and learned much about Portugal culture and history from this trip.

The view was exceptional. No air conditioning which meant leaving the door with no screens open all night, resulting in bugs coming in and crawling all over us all night. The staff gave us a can of bug spray which seemed to help. This hotel hosts bus groups of 40 coming and going at all times, so busy. We liked the restaurant quite a bit! Staff was very helpful

AMAZING view of Mt Matterhorn! Excellent restaurant downstairs for authentic and local food. The staff ranged from inattentive to rude, with one exception Coco who was extremely helpful.

Amazing view. Restaurant was ridiculously expensive. No air conditioning, hot sweaty nights. Bathroom rather inconvenient, a lovely garden area in the back yard: we had several evenings there relaxing. Right on the walking promenade which takes you into the center of town, as well as to the Castle.

You won't believe the views. Wonderful breakfast, fitness center, perfect location.

Great job managing such an old building. The air conditioning was wonky, loud. Great location, kind and thoughtful staff.

Not great, only due to our guide not being a skilled communicator. We were glad to see the sights we saw, but couldn't hear him very well (there were only 2 of us) and we had to continually ask questions to get him to talk.

Wow! Cog wheel train, gondola, chairlift, AND restaurants at the top! A singing group was performing when we arrived and we felt like we were in a movie. We hiked at the top for a couple of hours: strenuous and wonderful. Also fun to watch the paragliders take off up close.

Way more interesting than we thought it would be!! We got the audio tour receivers and this made all the difference (6 ch).

We loved our guide Marceau and the other travelers who were on this tour (8 of us in all). The cycling was through forests and small villages and delightful! (about 22 miles). This is NOT a beginner bike ride, as some of the gravel paths are very steep and have sharp turns. The lunch our guide prepared was absolutely delightful, and the waterfalls were amazing. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable views, very crowded. We chose to hike down and leave from another train station, which really gave us a feel for the area.

The views on this ride were life-changing. We wished we could have had more time mainly because we wanted more bike time to actually work out. Yves' knowledge of the history and geology of the vineyards and of the wine was amazing. The wine tasting was personal and fun! We learned a lot!!

Awe inspiring, everything worked like clockwork. For some reason we had a hard time finding the train station for this particular train, but locals helped us out! We hiked up toward the top as well and this was literally breathtaking!

Rafaella was a fantastic guide for us, gave us so many ideas and suggestions. She was a delight and we wished we had more time with her!

We loved our guide Louie for this private bike and winery tour. Lunch was okay, not much choice. The wine tasting at Cattin was fantastic!

Vanessa was amazing! We had a rainy day walk with her and we were sad when the tour was over. She recommended local restaurants.

Our guide was heartfelt & passionate about the Sagrada & Catalonia. He added many details and was perfectly relaxed about touring us through the Gothic District with a personal touch! The Sagrada was a favorite of many in our group! Our guide accessed tickets and we skipped right through the line! Learning the rich history and story made this extra memorable.

Lovely experience ….some of the best dishes we ate! The class is held in a gorgeous authentic old building that adds to the charm.

Staff was responsive and helpful. Room and bath were comfortable if a bit small. Location near historic Grand Place was very convenient and special. Breakfast offered a broad range of options.

Glad we did it as it give you a feel for Antwerp.

Interesting park. Sorry to see the main pavilions are not open generally. Understand it would be a significant expense to keep it up and renovated, but hope Brussels has the opportunity to do that in the future...it would be wonderful.

Nice museum that had views of the city from different directions at every level. That was cool. Top floor offered panoramic views! Exhihibits were fine but not stellar. Still, we enjoyed it.

Beautiful location. Interesting exhibit and nice audio tour where at a press of a button you could listen to most of the instruments. I was thankful I wasn't with my musician brother has he would have spent 8 hours there!

Significantly better than anticipated...truly wonderful. The virtual reality tour before viewing the painting was informative and fun. Well done!

A must see and very enjoyable. However, would be elevated with the availability of an audio tour rather than just a brief description of each space in a booklet. Still, an amazing place.

Guide was wonderful. It was drizzling or lightly raining the whole time, but with umbrellas in hand, we all made the best of it and the guide was as enthusiastic as one could hope. Very knowledgeable and engaging.

Gorgeous! Worth seeing for sure. Tour aspect was not particularly good. Staff were a bit late openning so we all entered together with everyone needing to get booties and check packpacks. We were told we were told we had 40 minutes to view the house, which for us, since we didn't push to the front meant closer to 30. There was no audio tour and guides seemed to be stationed not to provide information but to be sure we all moved along, didn't take pictures until the prescribed time, and didn't touch anything. Staff were not welcoming. It felt like we were gifted with the opportunity and should be thankful we had any entrance at all. Thankfully, we know quite a bit about Art Nouveau and had seen the outside a couple days before with our Art Nouveau guide so she had given us a great deal of history and information.

Having the Brussels card worked out well. We started at the Comic Museum which was in a cool Victor Horta building, and we enjoyed it more than we expected. We went to the BOZAR next but there were no current exhibits. Thankfully, the Magritte Museum is very close by so we headed there. It was very enjoyable. We enjoyed the Museum of Instruments as well. The trek to the Park Cinquantenaire was a bit long but worth it. And we figured out the metro back to the hotel since it was included on the card. Quite convenient.

Train was easy to manage especially with train tickets purchased ahead and a click away. Starting at the central station...wow. We walked and walked and saw a great deal. A wonderful day trip from Brussels.

Mix-up on reservation and time meant it started 40 minutes late, but having the actual phone number of the guide meant we were able to reach him directly and he came immediately. Guide was local and generally knowledgeable. Like to have a bit more knowledge of the history of city and perspective this brings.

Just fabulous! A bit of a hiccup meant that the guide was not highly comfortable with English, so we ended up with 2 guides! Both were not completely fluent in English but together we understood each other perfectly. Both were charming and highly knowledgeable. A great experience.

Having the Ghent card made seeing sites easy. Ghent is lovely and would highly recommend. Enjoyed the castle and the boat trip. We were not sure the special tout to see the Mystic Lamb would be worth it and it definitely was!

Danny was great and extremely knowledgeable. Great place to see lots of birds and Danny knew them all very well, just buy sound. It was a beautiful walk.

Great place to get a fantastic zip line experience with highly trained professionals. Best zip lines with amazing views. The bridges were lots of fun and a great way to see the jungle.

Great hike for experienced hikers. Amazing jungle experience. The food at the families house at the end was amazing. Best food I had on the entire trip.

Such a fun day and a wonderful way to experience the beauty of the Amalfi Coast! We only wish we’d had more time to slow down and really take it all in, but we truly enjoyed every minute. Our driver and guide, Michele, was fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day so enjoyable. The scenery was breathtaking, and the wine tasting and lunch were a lovely addition. A memorable day and a great way to see so much of this beautiful area!

This was such a great way to experience Rome, especially when you only have a short amount of time. Our guide, Marco, was so sweet, knowledgeable, and made the experience really enjoyable. He showed us so many of Rome’s highlights and gave us a wonderful introduction to the city. Since our time in Rome was limited, the golf cart tour allowed us to see so much more than we ever could have on our own. A fun, relaxing, and memorable way to see this incredible city!

This was such a special way to end our holiday in Italy. Our guide, Deborah, had an incredible wealth of knowledge, and the tour was extraordinarily rich in history, art, and detail. There was honestly so much to take in that at times we felt we could barely absorb everything she was sharing, especially at the end of such a full journey, but we were in complete awe. Our only disappointment was that we hadn’t realized we should arrive earlier if we wanted time to visit the Sistine Chapel, so unfortunately we missed that experience. We wish we had known in advance. That said, the tour itself was absolutely spectacular. Seeing the Vatican in the evening made it feel even more special, and Deborah made the experience truly memorable. A beautiful and unforgettable way to end our Italian adventure.

Such a fun and memorable experience! The family made the entire day so special. They were funny, warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. We learned so much, including some wonderful cooking tips that we’ll take home with us and treasure for years to come. It felt personal, authentic, and full of laughter from beginning to end. An absolutely amazing experience and one of the highlights of our time in Sorrento!

This was truly one of our favorite days of the entire trip. Spending time with the family and being welcomed into their world made the experience feel incredibly personal and special. Learning to make authentic pasta together was so much fun and something we will always remember. The food, wine, setting, and hospitality were all wonderful, but it was the warmth of the people that made the day unforgettable. Our driver was also exceptional. He was warm, accommodating, and such a pleasure to spend time with, making an already amazing day even more enjoyable. This was so much more than a cooking class or wine tour. It felt like a genuine taste of Italian life, and it is a memory we will treasure for years to come. Absolutely five stars!

This was an incredible and very full day. Our guide in Siena was simply remarkable, and her knowledge was extraordinary. The winery lunch was another wonderful highlight and made the day even more special. There was so much to see, learn, and experience that we only wished we had more time. If our schedule had allowed, two days would have been even better so we could slow down and really soak it all in. Our driver was also incredibly kind and accommodating when one of our friends became ill, which we appreciated more than we can say. A truly memorable experience.

One of the highlights of our trip! The boat tour to Capri was absolutely beautiful and such a special experience for the six of us. The scenery was breathtaking, the day felt relaxed and personal, and our captain and crew were wonderful. Truly unforgettable and absolutely five stars.

The staff were very helpful and sweet. They had interesting entertainment in the evenings, Restaurant had great food. The spa was wonderful as well. I enjoyed their pool. The one drawback was issues with humidity in the bedrooms and low water pressure in the showers. The hotel staff were very eager to help and remedy the situation.

This hotel had the most incredible brunch I have ever had. They had dishes of Indian, Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, continental, American. Each breakfast was like a trip around the world. This was also a block away from a great mall that had a lot of interesting Indonesian handcrafts, a food court, and multiple restaurants. The hotel was clean and convenient. The Japanese restaurant there was amazing also.

Catherine was very knowledgeable and her English is very good. She took us through the highlights, the moss was really large and unusual. This was a new experience for us having to wear a scarf and cover-up. We really enjoyed the dioramas in the national Museum, which explained the heritage of Jakarta.

This was so interesting to go through the process of applying the wax and painting. I love the experience and the ladies were very helpful.

Hated getting up so early, but definitely the pictures were worth it. The guide was an excellent photographer and knew how to take the long exposure photos to get the great shots. The sites were amazing.

Kecak traditional dance was interesting, we had overstay our time at the beach so we didn’t get to see the temple

Beautiful falls, monkey forest was a lot of fun and the monkeys came up to us and it was fun watching them. The Liu coffee plantation was also great and the flights of coffee and tea were amazing.

My daughter loved this experience. The reefs were relatively close to shore so she didn’t have to spend much time on the boat to get to the reef. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I liked the location (away from the cruise crowds, but still very walkable to the main city area). Nothing special, but clean. Good breakfast.

Clean rooms. We liked and used the common lounge several times. Handy to have a grocery close. But the restaurant in the building is closed. And it's in a bit of an odd part of town.

Quirky, funky, but perfect for the setting, and we liked it. Clean and comfortable.

The setting is spectacular -- the views amazing. Big, modern, and it has a washing machine! Free kayaks -- we used these and they were great. Walking distance to some great trails. The cabin is a 4-plex, so if others are out late on their deck, you will hear them (we did).

A historic gem in a charming tiny town with a terrific restaurant. The expansive lobby lounge and wrap around deck were really nice. This was a favorite for sure.

Top floor room of old building had a tiny triangle-shaped shower with no shower door, and angled (roofline) ceiling in the bathroom (I hit my head twice). We ate at the restaurant on the night they were serving crab and shrimp buffet -- we did not care for it.

Great location in Voss. Big nice breakfast.

Our guide modified our original hike to accommodate us with a less strenuous hike -- funicular up, then hiking above the city, and back down to our hotel.

Informative, and away from the cruise crowds -- our guide timed it so the bulk of the crowd had cleared once we arrived at the fish market area. Enjoyed walking the narrow streets and seeing the historic homes.

I liked getting away from the tourist center to see other parts of the city -- a more "real world" look at Oslo. We had a few bites of local food along the way (cinnamon bun, Syverkiosken) -- a nice walk!

The day was cloudy & misty. Our guide was fine but not particularly exciting. We had arrived via ferry from Hellesylt (due to a road closure), so we had already seen most of it. On a clear day with a more entertaining guide, it would be better.

This is a quick stop (you can do a hike from the hotel, or drive there and step out). We drove (and did a separate hike around the city).

Steep, and tree-root covered along much of the way, but very doable. The hike above the viewpoint to the top is the steepest and most exposed along the side of the mountain.

Great cheese, and hands-down the best brown cheese of the trip. An informative hour.

The view is very nice. The drive up is insane.

The gondol ride was nice and the view up top is nice. Unfortunately the trails at the top are shared by mountain bikes, and though we didn't see/meet any mountain bikers on the trail, the trails themselves were torn up from bicycle ruts & very muddy -- a disappointment. Loved the swing at the top of the mountain.

Fun and hot (sauna) and freezing (jumping into the fjord). A must do. And the scenery -- fantastic!

We had a beautiful day -- the scenery was terrific, and we even ate a few blueberries (though the season had passed). Our guide was a life-long local, very knowledgeable -- and enjoyable.

Beautiful suites in a beautiful location. Staff went above and beyond to help make sure our breakfast had no animal products. They even surprised my husband with a special note and gift on his birthday. The attention to detail was very sweet and really made you feel the warm character of the region.

Upgraded room was spacious. Room was nice and clean. There was plenty of green space for our dogs and the hotel was dog friendly. Location was good for family activities. It was not ideal for our trip needs.

See initial review of trip Rental car was very uncomfortable for th amount of driving that we ended up doing. We would have much rather been offered an upgrade had we known that we would be traveling hours everyday in the car.

Guide was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She spoke perfect English.

Great restaurant onsite. Room was nice, bathrooms very small. Most of the staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Our check-in experience was not very welcoming. The person checking us in seemed surprised we were there, as if we were a bother to her. It was not what we expected !

Very charming with wonderful staff, but too far away from town. Good breakfast but you really must have espresso options! The bartender made the best old fashions we had on the whole trip (and we had a lot!)

So many stairs and staircases that lead to different areas. Not easy to navigate. Some staff were very good, but most were reactive and not proactive, there was little anticipatory service. No one told us they had a lounge we could use while waiting for our room to be ready, we found it later on our own. And that there was a bar on the second floor with comfortable seating. We stayed here twice and the rooms were very different. Didn’t love the first one, it had a strange configuration, but the second one was spectacular. Beds weee very comfortable and large.
