Our stay at Hotel Residence in Amalfi was absolutely exceptional. Waking up to panoramic vistas of the sparkling coastline and enjoying sunset from the terrace made this trip truly unforgettable. A particular highlight was the incredible Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel. The dining experience was outstanding, with exquisite cuisine, impeccable service, and a stunning setting that perfectly complemented our stay.

Hotel Keti is located over 115 stair below the main walk way and shops. Be prepared to get your steps in. Beautifully located on the side of the cliff, they have amazing views. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were the most wonderful people we had ever met. Friendly and knowledgeable. They were always happy to help us from restaurant recommendations , to how to get on the bus and go to Oia. We really appreciated their customer service and graciousness. They made us feel at home. We hope to return back .

This hotel is in the perfect spot in Athens, Greece. Located below the Parthenon, in Plaka, you are close to near by shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was very nice. The rooftop bar has amazing food and beverages, and at sunset you can see the Parthenon and all of its glory. We look forward to staying here again.

Our transport driver was amazing. She told us about the land and how Greece uses it agriculture. She was wonderful at explaining the ski resort that we went through into Delphi. At the end of our tour in Delphi she took us to a wonderful restaurant for my birthday. Oh my it was so good. The staff was amazing. Best birthday experience. Our Tour Guide in Delphi was very nice. He was very knowledgeable of the landmarks and how they came to be.

Katerina was our tour guide and she is awesome. My husband and found how she told the stories of the tour to be amazing. She was so detailed and made you feel like as you walked that you were getting a once in a life time experience. She took us on a little hike that showed the Parthenon in the background, to tasting delicious ice cream and sorbet. Along the trip we stopped at a local cafe, where we tasted Greek coffee, which my husband loves, and I tried another type of coffee and love it as well. Out of the whole trip this was our favorite excursion. We hope to do the food tour with her when we go back.

We had the best time at the cooking class. We learned how to make Greek Street food. From Gyros, to Greek cheese cake, to making spice feta cheese it was an experience that we would not forget. The family was so welcoming. We all laughed, and had wonderful experience with food and wine. Learning how to make homemade pita bread was great. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. We hope to return and learn something new.

LOVED this experience! You can never have too much food in Tokyo - Plus we got the added bonus of great views and experiences along the way since it was a walking tour. Our Guide was amazing and we were her last tour ever! The food selection was wonderful and very different at each location so we got to experience a little bit of everything!

Zumi was absolutely wonderful!!!! He was super friendly and knowledgeable! He was great at taking pics as well! he made the day seem effortless and he knew all the best spots to see the Cherry Blossoms! 10/10 would recommend Zumi to anyone going to Kyoto!!!

This was such a fun experience! I got to wear a traditional Kimono and the Tea Ceremony was fully immersive!

We were not there in the tourist season and often felt like the only guests which affected the service. It was adequate. The restaurant menu was very limited and the site remote enough to make easy access of other restaurants difficult. The bar did make a really good mojito.

This was our favorite site as we were right on the beach, had great service and a good restaurant and bar. The layout is very tropical making fun for each of us. We enjoyed both pool and hot tub. Our last day there was a huge rain which ended up causing our cabin to be surronded by about 2 feet of water. So they moved us to the Tree House for our last night which was fun. For the move staff carried our luggage out of the cabin keeping everything dry. We missed the shower of the cabin and enjoyed the adventure of the event.

We loved this hotel. It was our favorite of the places we stayed in Japan because the room was the most comfortable and more spacious. The breakfast buffets were very good (they do get crowded) and just what we needed to start our day. Great views of the city from our room on the 23rd floor. Easy to walk to all types of food, shopping and gaming.

This hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and shopping. It was a great location for us to do our day trips during our time in Kyoto. The beds were firm but comfortable. The room was nice and had everything that we needed during our stay. The breakfasts were very good. The concierge was very helpful for a couple of things that we needed during our stay. This is a more modern place to stay but we were right at home here.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. It was very comfortable and they treated us very nicely upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was one of our favorites during our trip to Japan. I wish we had more time at this location but this was just a one night stay that allowed us to get settled before our transfer to Kyoto.

Our sushi‑making class with Nobu was a wonderful experience. He taught us about the different types of sushi and guided us step‑by‑step as we made several varieties ourselves. Nobu was funny, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, and his expertise made the class both educational and fun. Best of all, we got to enjoy the delicious sushi we created. This was a highlight of our trip, and we highly recommend it.

Our guided tour of Tokyo with Masa was excellent. He asked what we were most interested in and tailored the day perfectly. After enjoying beautiful city views from a high‑rise observation deck, he took us shopping for Harry Potter, Pokémon, and Star Wars merchandise — a big hit for our family. We had a delicious lunch at a shopping center, where we enjoyed ramen and dumplings, and then spent the afternoon walking through the Emperor’s grounds, taking in the peaceful scenery and learning about the history of the area.

Our bar‑hopping evening in Tokyo with Tadashi was outstanding. He took us to three very different local restaurants, each with its own style and specialties. We started with incredible Wagyu beef and sake — both seared and served in a bowl of noodles — and Tadashi, being a sushi chef, explained every dish and drink in wonderful detail. The second stop focused on fresh seafood, sushi‑style, and the final restaurant featured Okinawan cuisine with delicious pork dishes. The beer at the last stop was pretty good, especially mixed with the fruit juices. We ended the night with Blue Seal sugar cane ice cream, which was absolutely heavenly. Tadashi was warm, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun and memorable. We highly recommend this tour.

Our Akihabara tour with Yuuki was fantastic. He took the time to learn what our son likes and brought us to shops that carried merchandise from his favorite games. He even helped our son track down a specific Pokémon card he wanted for his collection, which made the day extra special. Yuuki also took us through several arcades and played games with us, which made the experience fun and interactive. For lunch, he brought us to a revolving sushi restaurant that was a hit with all of us. Yuuki was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour feel personalized and enjoyable. We highly recommend this experience.

We had a fantastic day in Nara with Peco, even with the rain. She guided us through the beautiful temple grounds and gardens, and we loved getting to see — and feed — the famous Nara deer. Peco shared great stories and history throughout the day, making each stop feel meaningful. She took us to a cozy local restaurant for lunch, where we enjoyed delicious food, and later introduced us to a sake tasting that was a fun surprise. We ended the day riding the bullet train back, which was a great experience in itself. On the ride to Nara, we experienced the special train that was very comfortable and relaxing. Peco was warm, knowledgeable, and made the entire day enjoyable despite the weather. We highly recommend this tour.

We had a great time visiting the Samurai Ninja Museum. This was a very informative experience. We were guided from the 3rd floor down to the 2nd floor to see different information on the history of the Samurai and Ninjas. We had the opportunity to participate in a ninja star throwing contest and get our photos taken as we dressed like a Samurai. Full tour that didn't take too long.

Our hidden‑route hike at Fushimi Inari with Ryoma was outstanding. He guided us through a quiet bamboo forest used for harvesting, then led us up a much less crowded path to the mountaintop — steep steps, but beautiful and peaceful. Along the way, we even met a carpenter who helps maintain the shrines, which made the experience feel truly special. The carpenter even allowed us to try our hand at planing a board using a hand tool. At the summit, Ryoma helped us make an offering at the shrine, explaining each step clearly. After the hike, he took us to a family‑owned restaurant that’s been in business for over 116 years, where we enjoyed a traditional Japanese meal sitting on the floor. We ended the day with delicious matcha ice cream.

Our private tour of Arashiyama with Peco was fantastic. She guided us on a beautiful hike up the mountain to see the monkeys, and the views over Kyoto were incredible. We visited several shrines along the way, each with its own story that Peco explained so well. One of our favorite moments was walking through the peaceful garden of a home once owned by a famous Japanese movie star — a spot we never would have found on our own. Peco was warm, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel effortless. We loved every part of this tour and highly recommend it.

This was an outstanding hotel for us to end our trip. Its location is perfect for exploring Marrakesh.

Just when you think the hotels can't get any better, you stay here and are treated by the kindest people. The garden area was beautifully kept, the breakfasts were so yummy, and the rooms were spacious and clean.

I half expected to see something from my Boy Scouting days, but boy was I blown away at these accommodations. I'd never heard the term 'glamping' before ... now I understand.

Best staff by far. Very welcoming and accommodating.

Breakfasts .... oh my!!!

The lunch was perhaps some of the best food we had. I'd like to think my family contributed a lot to that, but all the accolades go to the professionals who made the lunch incredibly special.

This was clearly the nicest facility that we stayed in. It was located just off one the main streets in the Medina and the alleys we walked through were cleaner and wider than the prior Riad. Rooms were large and clean with elegant bathrooms and efficient AC. Staff was readily accessible. On 1 occasion, we asked for directions and a staff member actually walked us out to the street in the manner of a Ritz Carlton. When we received the itinerary, I was actually indifferent about the spa and massage. However, it was well appreciated after the trek through the desert and a nice conclusion to our trip.

I feel like we should rate this an incomplete. It just felt very eerie as we were the only people staying in this facility and it was hard to tell "the vibe". The grounds, including the pool, spectacular view and chaises outside of each room were luxurious. Not unexpectedly, we had great service. There was a gentlemen who was our server at dinner who had very limited English and seemed so worried that he would get something wrong. Everything he served was perfect and he warranted a 100% tip on our dinner drinks.

We enjoyed the facility as it was the first time we encountered other travelers that we could socialize with in the desert and enjoyed chatting it up around the pool and dining room. Refreshing is an understatement when describing the feeling jumping in the pool after the previous day's camel root and tent stay.

I think by desert camp experiences, this probably rates highly but you need to be prepared for the overnight desert experience. We stayed in very early June and it never cooled adequately at night despite the attempts with fans.

The place was charming and well situated by a small creek. The location in Dades Valley was provided a relief from the otherwise sweltering temperatures and we were able to sleep with the windows open. The owner Mohammed was always available and attentive. Clearly obsessed with the operation as we would hear him barking instructions in the kitchen, then serving our meal, escorting us back to the hotel situated in the next building and then running back to the restaurant.

The location was very deep in the Medina as opposed to the last Riad and we had to navigate some questionable alleyways to get to the location. . The facility itself was very clean and food was excellent. We had a problem with the cold water faucet and were left with scalding water which prevented us from showering on the last day. I probably would have given this a 4 initially but downgraded it after our last Riad which was far superior.

Not much to say. It was a long drive with frequent scenic stops as were most of the drive. Full disclosure, drives are not something I would ever rate as a 5. However, I am going to make an exception here as there is no place to rate our driver Mohammed. The most important criteria for both of us is safety and that was one of my concerns. We never felt unsafe on the roads. It is easy to become impatient behind slow cars on single lane roads but Mohammed always waited for safe distance and visibility for passing. There only white knuckle experiences we saw were when other drivers tried to pass without adequate room and we would see cars in the opposite direction veering to the shoulder. Mohammed never attempted this. We also learned a great deal from Mohammed about daily life in Morocco and especially the small desert towns. Would definitely recommend him to other clients.

We've never done his before and not something I was looking forward to at the beginning of the trip. It was a very cleansing and refreshing experience after 5 days of heat, sand and saddle sores.

A short ride, glad to be done!

Prior to the tour, we were exhausted and it was incredibly hot. I was not looking forward to this but glad we acquiesced. The climb to the top was difficult on such a hot day. Our guide was excellent and we were also pleasantly surprised to learn about the Jewish-Berber coexistence in AB from our guide.

It was a drive, not much else

I wouldn't do it again but could not leave Morocco without the experience. The guide (Abdul) was incredible. I was in awe watching him walk up the dunes in 100 degree temps and in flip-flops. Yes, it was physically uncomfortable. However, the overall experience, particularly watching the desert sunset was a once in a lifetime bucket list item.

This was a long drive!

I wouldn't have been disappointed if we missed this. Traveling outside of large cities is dotted with roadside stands and this wasn't much different.

Whenever, we travel to a new location, we like to begin with a history introduction. The Bahia palace was a perfect first stop and introduced us to Morocco, but he was also knowledgeable on colonial and post-colonial Morocco. . There were several planned stops (Bahia palace and gardens). After that we wondered through the Medina and our guide showed flexibility in gauging our interest in various sites, markets, shops, etc. We are Jewish, did not inform the guide but were very appreciative of him pointing out the Jewish merchants and quarter. My only recommendation is to shorten the 4.5 hours. Maybe this is more manageable in the winter and early spring but we actually excused him and said goodbye after about 4 hours as we needed to sit, eat and rehydrate. Also, we wanted to go back to the Jewish quarter and he provided us directions from the square as we departed.

This hotel is very close to the airport and provides a shuttle to and from the airport. Yet it doesn’t provide air conditioning so the room was very warm.

The hotel is right across the street from Lake Brienz. The bed is comfortable and the restaurant offers many delicious meals with beautiful ambiance. I would definitely stay there again!

Our chef at the steakhouse, Mohamed, was great!

Great hotel. Only complaint was breakfast wasn't staffed well. Always had to ask for cups, glasses, silverware and items not replenished.

Mohamed was excellent, his focus on customer service was amazing.

This hotel was excellent, from the pool, to the drinks to the dinner. Abdul was excellent.

Hands down, one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The location was great and was close to a ton of restaurants and local interests. Having a washer/dryer in the suite was perfect. Free coffee, water, beer, sake - what more could you ask for to both start and end your day! This hotel is 5-stars!

A very moving experience, definitely recommend spending the day in Hiroshima. We saw a lot during this tour and our guide was super knowledgeable and was very fluent in English. Be sure to give yourself time to get from the bullet train to the meeting location of the tour.

Our driver was wonderful! The various stops to catch great views of Mt. Fuji were perfect.

This place is like magical and majestic. You come here and you just feel like you're in some type of movie or dream. If everyone here is very nice and very hospitable.

Oliver!!!!!!! What can I not say about this guy? He was very funny and he knows everything about the of history of TIKAL and the whole entire region. Very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience, very unique opportunity to go 450 feet below the surface. And they finished the trip off with a great bowl of lamb stew. The guides were very entertaining and knowledgeable.

We got really lucky and saw three humpback whale. They were up close only 30 feet away at most

Was raining the day we went and overrun with tourists. Also the guide was disappointing and didn't provide much detail or commentary.

Very unique place and worth the trip, especially the house showing how they replace the original thatch roof. The guide helped make this a good experience.

As noted below, all of our Kyoto experiences with the guide were below average. He didn't have much personality or seem to be an expert on anything. He asked us each day what the plan was and what we wanted to do. He didn't take a leadership role or seem to be excited about showing off his city.

We didn't realize how touristy this market is. Would have preferred to go to the inner fish market where they auction the tuna.

We loved the private sushi making experience. The chef was excellent.

Excellent day and our guide was really good. What a beautiful small town away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.

Top activity of the trip. Didn't realize how unique this experience would be. Having the translator made this an amazing expereince.
