This was a beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms and an incredibly welcoming, helpful staff. The breakfast selection was wonderful. The only frustration was the slow elevator, but we don't think that could be helped.

The rooms were a bit small, but they had a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean! The staff of the hotel was attentive, and the laundry service was swift. We had a poor experience eating in the hotel restaurant (the meal took hours, and everyone in the restaurant went large portions of the night unattended). I believe this was because of low staffing, and we took it in stride in the moment, but something for the management to consider moving forward.

This was our family's favorite hotel! Between the comfort of the rooms, the quality of breakfast, and the history behind the building's construction it was an incredibly special stay. It is also conveniently located diagonally from the Cathedral of St. James---we loved hearing the pilgrims finish their walk in the square, especially with singing.

The staff was very attentive at this hotel and the rooms were pristine.

The guide Geza was phenomenal! The tour was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the history of Madrid, as well as information about current life in the city.

The train journey to Toledo was easy, especially with the transport arranged by the team. The guide was again very knowledgeable and enjoyable to listen to.

The food was delicious, and came with very generous portions. There was also plenty of variety on the menu, and the waiter was attentive. The musicians were absolute showstoppers, and we felt like everyone who visits Lisbon must experience fado live.

Our guide to Fatima was so eloquent, respectful of the spirituality of the experience and knowledgeable. Transport to and from Lisbon was also incredibly smooth.

The most beautiful spot for a hotel! Gorgeous views from every window. Would go again in a heartbeat!

My wife had fractured her foot. The guide and driver were excellent in tailoring the trip so we got to see the critical sites while limiting the walk. Sagrada Familia tour was outstanding. The old city was fascinating.

Montserrat is an amazing place. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and was excellent at sharing his knowledge. Given my wife's mobility issue he gave us options and recommended the cable car which limited the walking and turned out avoided traffic delays due to a pilgrimage group. He was tremendous. the winery tour took us to a beautiful winery where the tour was just the right amount of time and provided us a insight into the regions winery trade. A very pleasant morning.

Our excursion to Sintra and Pena Palace was made exceptional by our guide, Miguel. He was like a walking encyclopedia and had an impressive depth of knowledge about everything we saw. He answered all our questions and was so informative. It was a pleasure to be guided by someone so well-versed and intelligent.

The Flamenco night was a lot of fun. We had front row seats, which was fantastic, as it felt like we were right in the middle of all the action. It was an entertaining and captivating experience.

The guided Tuk-Tuk tour in Lisbon was a great choice, especially with all the hills in the city. It gave us a wonderful overview and made navigating the city on foot later much easier. The Tuk-Tuk took us to all the must-see places, and it was convenient to know how to revisit them afterward.

The Barcelona Highlights tour was fantastic! Our guide, Ramon, was incredibly enthusiastic and made the experience so special. He had so much energy and excitement, it was contagious. He truly loved what he was doing and it showed in the way he guided us.
