We moved this activity to the afternoon and it was a great introduction to our neighborhood.

The ambiance is peaceful and artistic with classical beauty. The clientele looked to be over 40 with an appreciation for finer details. We walked to everything within 20 minutes. They have the most luxurious hotel gym I've ever been in. The restaurant and breakfast were the best on our trip. 5 stars for everything!

I can't imagine a better location for staying in Sevilla. We were greeted with wine at check-in and given a quick guide for places to see. The rooftop restaurant/bar has delightful tapas and cocktails. Go at sunset for a picturesque evening. The pool is absolutely beautiful.

This is in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything you might want to see. It's a little noisy outside at night and one of the smaller rooms we had in Madrid but a good value with a nice breakfast.

We loved the small size of the class (7 of us). We went to the market early so there weren't any crowds which was nice. Our chef was very knowledgeable, interesting and funny. I would recommend this for anyone who doesn't necessarily feel they are an experimental cook but would like to try. Hands on, easy and entertaining!

Juan, our guide, was the best! Triana has a more laid-back energy which we loved exploring along with the history and food

This is an easy day trip to the coast. I had no idea that Cadiz has such a rich history. Add the Andalusian Horse show just to witness something you may never see again. I learned a lot about Sherry but didn't personally care for it. It is an interesting tour though. Prepare for lots of traffic on the way back. Our driver made the most of it and gave us extra history lessons. We returned around 6pm.

The hotel was very comfortable and in an excellent location. We looked out at one of the iconic intersections in Barcelona and from this starting point, we were able to walk easily to our scheduled tours. Service in the hotel was also excellent. We would be happy to return again in the future.

Our tour guide, Ivan, from Runner Bean tours was absolutely excellent. We learned so much from him and he was a delight to be with.

Our guide, Diana, from Runner Bean tours was amazing! She knew so much about Gaudi's life and architecture and she was so enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge. I give tours in Chicago and I learned some good tips about being a guide from her excellent presentations. She was a delight to be with, from start to finish!

One of the wishes that we communicated to Adam was our wish to hike uphill to the Montserrat Natural Park above the Monastery. Our guide, Anthony, provided excellent transportation to the Monastery, arriving just before sunrise, so that we could see the sun rise as we hiked. Anthony had no problem hiking with us up a very steep trail, which was well maintained but totally quiet at this time of day. The tour of the Monastery and brunch afterwards made for a perfect morning!

The tapas at two restaurants and the flamenco performance were a great way to spend the evening!

This was a beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms and an incredibly welcoming, helpful staff. The breakfast selection was wonderful. The only frustration was the slow elevator, but we don't think that could be helped.

The rooms were a bit small, but they had a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean! The staff of the hotel was attentive, and the laundry service was swift. We had a poor experience eating in the hotel restaurant (the meal took hours, and everyone in the restaurant went large portions of the night unattended). I believe this was because of low staffing, and we took it in stride in the moment, but something for the management to consider moving forward.

This was our family's favorite hotel! Between the comfort of the rooms, the quality of breakfast, and the history behind the building's construction it was an incredibly special stay. It is also conveniently located diagonally from the Cathedral of St. James---we loved hearing the pilgrims finish their walk in the square, especially with singing.

The staff was very attentive at this hotel and the rooms were pristine.

The guide Geza was phenomenal! The tour was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the history of Madrid, as well as information about current life in the city.

The train journey to Toledo was easy, especially with the transport arranged by the team. The guide was again very knowledgeable and enjoyable to listen to.

The food was delicious, and came with very generous portions. There was also plenty of variety on the menu, and the waiter was attentive. The musicians were absolute showstoppers, and we felt like everyone who visits Lisbon must experience fado live.

Our guide to Fatima was so eloquent, respectful of the spirituality of the experience and knowledgeable. Transport to and from Lisbon was also incredibly smooth.
