4 girls in early thirties from Texas visiting Spain for girls trip. Pros: - good breakfast - great location, walking distance to a lot - we wanted early check in but our room wasn’t available so we were offered an upgrade and we took it. However, the room was extremely hot. Cons: - AC is NOT GOOD. This hotel is advertised to have AC however, the room stayed very warm and stuffy no matter how low we turned it down. The summer is hot so if AC is your priority, highly recommend looking elsewhere. - location in the city is loud, bring air plugs - rooms kinda small, but manageable!

Our favorite hotel we stayed at! Large, resort feel. Had all of the amenities we like. Rooms were big and AC was COLD (this is a priority for us) Loved the location, the people, the food as well. Our favorite hotel of our stay!!

Hotel is advertised to have AC, however the rooms were very very warm & slightly uncomfortable our whole stay. The rooms are TINY- had to play Tetris to get all of our belongings situated. The bathroom, shower, and sink all in the hallway was a little odd. However, we managed! Breakfast next door was the best breakfast we had. Very kind staff at hotel and the restaurant. Great hotel, just small and hot.

Great tour!! Marcel was great. The description said we needed to buy tickets to Montserrat, however, our tour guide had them so I’m glad we didn’t waste our money buying them in advance.

This boat party was rescheduled a day prior. Luckily we were still in town for our rescheduled day. Kimkim did not notify us of the change as I was notified via WhatsApp. I then notified Kimkim of the change. The departure port was not updated by KimKim in our app, resulting in us almost missing the boat due to this lack of communication.

Great tour!! We had to reschedule last minute and staff was incredibly accommodating. Really loved riding the electric bikes around the island.

Really enjoyed this boat day. Preferred the small group. Would’ve been nice upfront to know that the drinks were not included in the package.

Tour was great! Nina was excellent.

Guest services was apathetic. Pool and buffet were crowded. Not easy to have a lounger at the pool. Inflexible check out time. Definitely not a romantic, relaxing or peaceful getaway. Felt more like a cattle call.

Had the most wonderful experience. Small group with amazing hosts and food.

Fun to see more of the island away from the hustle of Palma. Breathtaking views and authentic Mallorcan culture.

We travel a lot and it is hard to find new experiences, but this one fit the mold. So fabulous.

Not only was Jordi so knowledgeable and a great chef and teacher, but the other participants from many different countries were so fun to visit and cook with. Would not miss and the food was EXCELLENT.

Don't miss the heart of Palma and old town. Great food, shopping, people watching. Wind through the alleys off the beaten path and explore as your heart desires.

Hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was delicious. Cezar at the front desk was extremely helpful and gave us some local suggestions for restaurants and activities

The hotel was very clean, but it was also stark there were no pictures on the wall to make it feel homey onePlus was the rooftop pool and bar to sit out at night and look at the beautiful views of Mallorca

The guide Javier was amazing and we did not wait in line

Beautiful and serene. The hike was a challenge so be prepared and in shape to climb 580 stairs and then walk a dirt trail. If you are athletic and like to move, you will enjoy this activity.
