The vast majority of the trip was absolutely amazing! We weren’t thrilled with the Olissippo hotel in Lisbon or the tuktuk tour in Lisbon but the rest of the trip was fantastic and an amazing experience. Other tours were super fun and immersive and the other hotels were very hospitable and felt like a nice vacation.

Our guide mostly took us to photo spots, we felt we missed seeing a lot of the city and actual sites people go to in Lisbon. Compared to walking tours in other cities we didn’t feel like we got a very personal /immersive tour just driving around. The streets in Lisbon are also very bumpy so it became very uncomfortable as the guide would zip through the streets of Lisbon.

Our trip was everything that we asked for and then some. We embarked on a multi-country trip, visiting cities, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, scenic drives, and immersive experiences. All the guides (John, Raquel, Rui Jesus, Hamid, Marta, and drivers, Rafa, Marta David- driver/guide, Ryad Mekouki) chosen were knowledgeable, personable, and exemplary in their duties. I decided to choose our hotels, and agreed on a couple that Beatriz recommended. The initial questionnaire helped us to define what we wanted out of our trip. The questionnaire was used to build the first version of our trip. The flexibility to continuously communicate with Beatriz and her peers was great. They drafted four custom versions of our trip before we settled on a specific one. Beatriz also made suggestions to help us stay within budget. The trip plan went live exceptionally well. We were treated with kid gloves from our arrival at the airport until we departed for home. I will be a repeat customer of Kim Kim, and throughout our entire trip, when travelling in a small group, we spoke highly of Kim Kim. Hopefully, new customers will have the opportunity to experience this affordable custom travel.

My wife and I had a great time in Italy, and we're already planning our next trip. Bea did a fantastic job planning every last detail of our trip. The travel app made it super easy and convenient. The guides that KimKim set up for our the coliseum, the Vatican, Amalfi, and Pompeii were amazing! We plan to return again next year to Italy with our friends and will absolutely use KimKim to plan our entire trip!

We were hesitant to let someone else plan our trip to Spain/Portugal, but Bea was amazing! She took what little info I gave her (not into wine tasting, love cooking classes, etc) and she absolutely gave us exactly what we wanted. The hotels were perfect (with the exception of Seville, the H10 Casa de la Plaza?) was not a good choice for us as we were unable to drive our rental car to the hotel and drop our many bags before parking...it took us over an hour to figure out the GPS wasn't accurate and we were not at our destination...the crowds, scooters, pedestrians were overwhelming for us senior citizens! Had we known we could not drive to the hotel and needed to just park and walk with all our bags over 10 minutes, we would have requested something easier. That was the only bad choice (just due to logistics's - the hotel was fine once we got there). The private drivers were amazing, the train travel was so easy and comfortable - thank you for arranging all that! Next time, we would not get a car, but have drivers and use the trains. It was so easy to have all our activities booked and paid for in advance...thank you for that as well!

We want to thank Bea, and the support team for helping us have the best trip to Spain we could have wanted...we will 100% use Bea and/or KimKim for any future travel...thank you again for making it so special!

Pretty view of the sea...the hotel experienced a power outage for hours one day and we were told no access to our rooms...we come to find out, there was access to our rooms the whole time. Staff was not well informed and rudely told us to just sit and wait.

We just got back from a two-week trip through Spain and Italy, and overall, it was an amazing experience. A few highlights that really stood out:

Barcelona was a great place to start—La Sagrada Familia absolutely lives up to the hype, and having a private tour made it even more meaningful. Park Güell was beautiful but very crowded, so just something to keep in mind.

Rome was, of course, incredible. The Colosseum and Roman Forum tour was intense in the best way—so much history packed into one day.

Tuscany was probably the highlight. Driving through the countryside, stopping in small towns like Civita di Bagnoregio, truffle hunting in the woods (which was way more fun than expected), and doing a hands-on pasta cooking class—it all felt very immersive and special. Pienza was quiet and peaceful a much different lifestyle than we are used to

The only minor downside was Florence—it was beautiful, but it felt a bit rushed compared to everywhere else. We would've loved an extra day there just to really soak it in.

Having the team was always available if we had questions or needed help during the trip, which gave us peace of mind and made everything go that much smoother. All in all, this trip was well-organized with a great mix of sightseeing, local culture, and downtime.

Working with KimKim is peace of mind - everything I’m always goes as planned- my favorite guide was Andre who walked us thru Porto markets and restaurants with some history and humor. I would recommend the walking food tour over the TukTuk tour in Lisboa- with the traffic and motorcycle noise we couldn’t hear our guide and you get so much more out of a walking tour. Always recommend the cooking class- liked our guide and the fact we learned new skills- I would take an evening class over lunch time and I think larger classes are more interesting . At the wine tasting we enjoyed unique wines and vermouths- that was unexpected - he was very personable and knowledgeable. Easy to understand and catered to his audience. Enjoyed all of our hotels- food at Bessa was amazing, service at all was outstanding. Editory hotel is a great central location- went to La Penada (spelling?) for dinner by the coast - owner was one to remember! Overall, the tours and classes are important and I would add more to my next visit to whatever country I visit next. Thank you Bea for always being there if we needed you and the gift left at my last nights stay says how much you appreciate your clients- Obrigada!!

I loved our cooking experience- the market was interesting. It was just the three of us- pros are you do more of the tasks involved with cooking the dishes. Cons were large classes are more lively and I would suggest evening over daytime- it’s a big meal and you can drink as you cook- rather have done this late in the day

I had a great time in Canary Islands. It was my first time using Trip Plan app. I liked it. It allows to plan without surprise. I visited Tenerife first. The accommodation was strategic between the south where are the beaches and the north where is the capital and the natural park. I liked the day at Anaga park with spectacular views and the visit of Santa Cruz. The guide Irma was nice and knowledgeable. There was a small bump with Barranco Del Inferno. I appreciated that you offer a reimbursement right away. Very professional. I liked also the day at Teide volcano.
I really liked the choice of Lanzarote as the second island. I didn't know what to expect. A very pleasant surprise with a different feel from Tenerife. All small white houses. I liked the scenery and the Timanfaya national park especially.
Everything was well planned to the details.
