We had a great trip, my third this year with KimKim. My ONLY feedback is about Naples. Having never been to the area, I did not know how crazy it is!!! I wish we had some advice from our agent to explain what it was like. We might have been better suited closer to Sorento or the coast. Our family of four (kids, ages 10, 12) had a wonderful time in Rome and Florence. Melanie planned a trip that was well suited for our children--they were not bored once and thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class, tours and day tours. We could not have asked for a better trip.
