Our first trip to Italy

My wife and I had our first trip to Italy this fall and decided to use KimKim as our trip organizer. We could not have been more satisfied with the service provided and how smooth the process was. Andrea who was in charge of organizing the trip was always in communication, professional and on top of every detail. The hotel selections where perfect and in the right location, the reserved transportation always on time, the restaurant recommendation on point; and every single guide we interacted with was very knowledgeable, passionate about their city and very pleasant. Honorable mention to Mariapaola and Arianna in Rome and the Vatican. Even when one of the guides could not make it at the last minute while in Florence, Andrea was able to get a substitute guide that was amazing (Ruta). One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the beautiful city of Assisi. You can breathe "peace" as soon as you step into the city. There we met with Maura as our guide and she was a delight. She was in constant communication with us even before we arrived. We also loved the wine tour in the Chianti region, but what made it really special was our tour guide, Quentin. He was so charming, full of life, passionate about wine and a wealth of knowledge.
I will be using Kimkim travel for our next trip to any part of the world.
