I was born and raised in Naples. I’ve been traveling and working around the world until I decided to put down roots in Val D’Orcia, Tuscany.
My mission is to discover all of Italy’s secret corners and share my knowledge with travelers from all around the world.
I deeply love Italy because is an attractive and inspiring combination of food, landscapes, history, wine and smiling people.
My perfect vacation day would be like waking up in a quiet and peaceful place, enjoying a lazy breakfast and after a strong double coffee jumping outside to explore the area; maybe enjoying a wine tasting, a Kayak tour, a cooking class? Then strolling through sightseeing and hidden places, ending the day by having an amazing dinner!
My advice, as there are so many things to do, is to plan every day to avoid an activity overload. My suggestion is to plan one activity per day enjoying than a well deserved relax time.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"Tuscany Countryside and Florence, Umbria, Amalfi Coast, Naples, Cinque Terre. Experiences as Luxury Trips, Food Experiences, boat trips, and many others to discover together with the traveler!"
How did you get involved in travel?
"It's been a natural consequence. I'm an enthusiastic traveler and life is too short to do a job you don't like."
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"One of my favorite travel memory is a trip to Procida, a little island close to Naples and Capri. It's a precious little diamond among all the Italian wonderful spots."

The kids really enjoyed the Florence city tours, the Artisan Workshop tour was great, and the hotel was good. All the restaurants throughout the trip that we used KimKim recommendations for were great!
Our Montepulciano driver was amazing, as was the winery and truffle hunt. I would not recommend the Dimora nel Corso hotel.
The hotel was good in Rome.
We would definitely book through Kim Kim again. Lorenzo is awesome. Thank you.

Hotel Il Guelfo Bianco was great. We didn't want any luxury as we needed to get three rooms for the kids, and this hotel met our expectations.

Cheese farm visit and tasting in Pienza area
Italy
The cheese farm visit and tasting was okay. It was interesting, but not as engaging as the other activities. The farm was crowded that day, and we didn't get to see the vegetable gardens. The tasting was great, but overall, it wasn't a highlight.

Truffle Hunt and Cooking Class in Tuscany Countryside
Italy
The truffle hunt and cooking class was a definite highlight. The family running the farm were warm and friendly. The dog was great, and the pasta we made was delicious. We had a beautiful lunch on the terrace with a stunning countryside view. It was a lot of fun.

She was able to get us a later entry. When we entered the Forum we came across a women who was in distress. MarioPaulo was very quick on her feet and was able to get emergency assistance. Last, she gave us great restaurant recommendations. All of our travel coordination, trains and drivers made the trip to easy. When we arrived in Pompeii we had a delicious lunch and again had a private tour by a very knowledgeable Alessandro. When we arrived in Amalfi it was a breeze. The Hotel Residenza Luce greeted us at the main square and provided assistance to get our bags up the hill and stairs to our rooms. Everyone at Residenza Luce was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend KimKim travel for your next adventure!!!

Indelible mental images of gondolas, canals and bridges; huge, beautiful churches including St. Peter's where we actually attended mass (mind blown)! The statue of David, lemons galore in lovely Positano, and new friends made on our wine tasting day in Tuscany.
All of our guides were knowledgeable and amazing. Vincenzo, Antonio, Simona, Alfonso and I know I'm missing a few names (sorry). They all went above and beyond (and brave, especially in Rome where the Easter crowds were quite overwhelming). Couldn't get enough of gelato, delicious! Trip of a lifetime - thank-you!
Hotel Reviews
Loved all the blue and white tile in our room and the balcony. Nice and clean. Walls a bit thin though. Could hear the family in the adjoining room. Staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.
Authenticity & Character
The décor was blue and white and very sunny. The dining room was very pretty.
Location
Right in the middle of town and lots of restaurants close by.
Staff
We had a Good Friday procession that went past our hotel and the front desk personnel were very knowledgeable about it and explained it's meaning.
Cleanliness & Comfort
Everything fresh and bright and appealing.
The elevator wasn't working and we had to change our room that was originally on the 4th floor to one on the 2nd floor which was still a bit of a hike up those stairs after walking 19,000 steps that day. But the room was nice and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Authenticity & Character
Loved the fabric wallpaper!
Location
Central to everything.
Cleanliness & Comfort
Liked that they had two suitcase luggage racks as we were living out of our suitcases and were able to open them up without having them on the floor.
Clean and comfy. Staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good.
Authenticity & Character
The fish market outside.
Location
Right by the canal and bridges.
Cleanliness & Comfort
Bed and pillows lovely and comfy.
Hotel Il Guelfo Bianco
Florence
Our room was nice and clean with lovely wooden, rosetted ceilings. Terracotta roofs from our window and the sound of bells ringing and pigeons cooing in the morning. Heaven. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A very nice stay!
Location
Close to restaurants.
Cleanliness & Comfort
Beds were comfy.

Fully day in The Amalfi Coast with driver assistance
Italy
Breathtaking views. Beautiful little towns. Positano was my favorite with it's cute shops and all those lemons! We had lunch at a waterside restaurant and watched the fishes swimming by.
Quality of Experience
To have someone else do the driving!
Guides, Drivers and Staff
Vincenzo was very patient and calm even though buses kept getting stuck along the route as the roads were so narrow. I was afraid we wouldn't have as much time in the 3 towns we were visiting due to the traffic jams but our guide assured us we would spend the time we needed even though we returned back over an hour late. I thought that was really kind of him.
Transport
A great driver considering the crazy road.
Pompeii ruin visit with a private guide

Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel - small group tour. Early entrance
Rome
An amazing day. But the crowds! It was Easter week. Our guide was so brave and we could not have gotten through and seen everything if we didn't have her. Highlight was attending Mass inside St. Peter's!
Quality of Experience
Mass in the biggest church in the world and part of my faith.
Guides, Drivers and Staff
Blown away with how our guide was able to maneuver her way through the hundreds of people in the Vatican museums and the Sistine Chapel. And none of our group got lost!
Colosseum and Roman Forum - small group guided tour
Rome
Great! We had a little rain but walked on undeterred. I had visited this site 55 years ago and was a bit disappointed that visitors were no longer able to go down to the bottom as I had done back then. Such an iconic building.
