Sara Pietrelli
I fell in love with travel early in life, growing up in Tuscany with friends from all over the world coming to visit and discovering the joy of proudly showing them around Italy. Being born and raised in Tuscany, spending many years in Milan, and now living along the Tuscan coast has given me a deep, well-rounded connection to the country—from its art cities and vibrant urban life to its relaxed seaside charm.
Those experiences taught me how powerful travel can be in creating genuine connections and unforgettable moments. Today, I bring that same passion into every itinerary I design, always aiming to create the kind of long-lasting memories that I cherish when I travel with my own family.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"I specialize in designing trips throughout Italy, with a focus on Tuscany, Puglia, Lake Como, Venice, Rome, and Italy’s many small, enchanting villages. Whether it’s a food-and-wine journey through Tuscany, discovering Puglia’s authentic traditions, exploring Venice’s hidden corners, or enjoying the elegance of Lake Como, I take pride in curating experiences that reveal the local beauty of Italy through its culture, cuisine, and warm-hearted people.
"
How did you get involved in travel?
"My path into travel came naturally from a deep curiosity to uncover Italy’s lesser-known corners and share them with those who might otherwise never discover them. I’m especially passionate about creating authentic experiences off the beaten path, from quiet villages to local traditions that truly define a place. I also genuinely love the planning process itself—carefully crafting every detail to ensure each journey flows seamlessly. Alongside this, my love for Italian wine and cuisine plays a central role in the experiences I design, as I believe food and wine are some of the most powerful ways to connect with a destination and its culture."
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"One unique travel experience I’ll never forget was journeying through Puglia from north to south. I was deeply touched by the warmth of the locals, the richness of their culture, and the incredible strength of their food traditions. From inland villages to the stunning coastline, every stop revealed beautiful beaches, authentic flavors, and a heartfelt sense of hospitality that made the entire journey truly unforgettable."
