Giulia was easy to work with and responded to our messages in a timely manner. On the trip, someone was always available to answer our messages or calls if we had a question. The tour guides were all excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. The transfers to and from the airport and hotel and sights were punctual and the vehicles were all clean and comfortable. We had a great experience and would use KimKim again.

The staff was helpful and informative, the breakfast was amazing, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was a few steps from the closest water bus station.
This was our favorite hotel of the trip. The lobby, bar/restaurant and room were all clean, comfortable and modern. The breakfast was delicious and had a large variety. Especially loved the bloody mary and mimosa bar at breakfast. Very close to the sights and many restaurants and shops.
