Lorenza did a wonderful job of understanding the kind of trip we wanted to have and made it happen! She chose wonderful, knowledgeable guides (Ricardo, Laura, Davide) and had clearly briefed them on our priorities. :) When we hit a bump they stepped in and made sure that it was JUST a bump and didn't derail our tight schedule. THANK YOU!!

Amazing location, well appointed. The staff was so helpful and kind. The only downside was a round bed, which for two very tall people was not very comfortable.
