I've saved money from part-time jobs to fund my travels, and each journey has left me with unforgettable experiences and valuable life lessons, especially from the people I've met and the places I've visited. How did you get involved in travel?
"After a wonderful trip to Ninh Binh with my best friend, I was inspired to help tourists, especially foreigners, when they visit my country. During a boat trip in Tam Coc, we met two foreigners who were exploring Vietnam on their own. They shared that they faced some challenges such as getting lost, language barriers, and hotels that weren't so great because they didn't have much information about the location. So, I gave them advice on the best places to go, good restaurants and hotels. It was a random encounter but by the end of the trip, they were truly grateful. They even gave me a special gift and we've kept in touch ever since. This experience sparked my passion to become a Travel Expert, with the hope that every traveller enjoys a wonderful and hassle-free experience during their explorations."

"For a wanderer like me, choosing the most unforgettable travel moments isn't easy. But when I think about it, my mind immediately goes back to my journey exploring Thanh Hoa province, right in the heart of Vietnam. It was a month-long visit to my friend's hometown, where I received an incredibly warm welcome from their family and the local community. Even though the village faced some tough conditions, the locals shared their hospitality and introduced me to unique dishes like "củ ấu," a local delicacy. They also guided me to untouched and secluded spots like Bai Dong Beach, which was a hidden paradise.
What struck me most was the genuine sincerity and warmth of the people, even in the face of life's challenges. Living like a local and immersing myself in their daily routines provided me with a deep understanding of their way of life. It was an eye-opening experience that I'll always cherish.

Bangkok - Hotel - Very nice with a great location close to the river and sights.

He had a family emergency which he had to attend to. Our Driver Hung did above what was expected taking us to our cruise and back without a guide.

My trip to Chiang Mai and Laos went exactly as planned by Doris! Someone was waiting for me as I arrived in Chiang Mai, Luang Prabang, Paske, and Vientiane. All of my guides were courteous, spoke clear English, were knowledgeable, and friendly. My drivers all drove very safely in clean, well maintained vehicles. My favorites were 1) visiting the Elephant Sanctuary outside of Chiang Mai; 2) the Plain of Jars; 3) the scenic yet bumpy drive to/from the PoJ; 4) swimming & zipline at Xangvieng; 5) the many beautiful waterfalls near Paske.

Doris was really wonderful. The overall planning and attention to detail was just amazing. She also checked in on us along the way to make sure everything was running smoothly (which it always was). There were so many things along the way that were so efficient that you might not even notice them. Getting picked up and driven all over Vietnam and Thailand, on time over a period of 30 days is really incredible.

She coordinated the tours, guides, drivers, hotels and flights to our liking and made changes when we asked. she helped with a couple restaurant reservations. she responded to our inquiries with no delays. she was also very personable and friendly which made the interaction that much more pleasant. I give Doris the highest remarks and recommendation as a travel consultant.
We had good guides in Bangkok, Central and South Vietnam . all showed enthusiasm and willingness to give us the best experience. Our guide in Ho CHi Minh city, Mr. Hung Ha was exceptional. The 3 guides in Hoi An city who covered different aspects of our stay were very good , friendly and enthusiastic. I would have all these guides again .
we had memorable moments in every place we visited. Hoi An stands out as well as the nature in Mai Chau and the trip to Mekong Delta. The ending at Phu Quoc island was so lovely ( this was Doris's idea and plan) that we could have stayed there two more days. so perhaps next time. we will not forget the time we spent there

All our guides were knowledgeable but they were all also sometimes hard to understand as their pronunciation was often challenging to us. None of them really understood our questions when we strayed from the subject.
Our final excursion to the floating market was interesting to see but I’m not sure it was worth the long drive and it was one we would have skipped, especially given how bad our driver was.

Cabin was good and food basic except for lunch the first day. One day trip and we did not go very far. Activities were basic and a little too crammed together. The bay is full of other tourist boats and the water is filthy although the landscape is pretty.

We loved our stay at the Raffles in Phnom Penh. The whole place is so elegant and full of history—the valets in traditional dress were such a wonderful touch. The Elephant Bar was a highlight, and the pool area was stunning. I especially loved that every lounge chair had its own fan and a local flower. It was a lovely, thoughtful, and classic experience.
