This is the first time we used Kim Kim and would use them again. Jose Luis, Anderson and Eddie were the best tour guides in all of Colombia. The drivers were also great, arriving on time and staying close by so after our tours we would be ready for our next adventure. In Bogota we saw the Boltero museum, Gold Museum , Salt Cathedral and the City Center , all were interesting and would recommend when visiting Bogota. While traveling through Medellin we saw Communa 13, Flower Tour, Coffee Tour and the Lake Overlook/rock hike, it was great. Each experience was vastly different from the others and we all enjoyed of Medellin. We ended our trip in Cartagena with a food tour which was delicious. We went to the beach sunset drumming ritual which we all chose as one of our favorite experiences . Our last morning we did the city tour including the castle which was a great way to end our trip. I appreciated all the hotels chosen for us, they were clean, safe and had breakfast included in our stay. There were a couple of times I had to communicate with the trip organizers via WhatsApp and they were quick to respond. We needed two in country flights arranged for us and the boarding passes were sent to us and it was well organized. Michael and his team were attentive to all details which was appreciated. I could not have planned a trip like this on my own, their expertise was invaluable.

All our guides were wonderful. Hana in particular gave us such a wonderful and in depth tour in Asakusa, a market and introduction to Shibuya. Our favorite activities were tea ceremony, dinner with the Geico, and our night at the hot springs hotel in Hakone. All of our hotels were pleasant stays with easy access to stations for getting to activities. We appreciated the WhatsApp chat to ask questions and receive assistance along the way. It eased our planning to have someone take care of the train tickets and help us figure out how to navigate the Shinkansen system. We had a wonderful trip!

Luka planned our trip to Iceland to celebrate my son’s high school graduation and it was fabulous! We enjoyed the planned activities and stops, as well as the suggested extra stops. Our hotels were clean, cozy and comfortable. I did not know much about Iceland, but with the careful planning from Luka, we had no problems navigating and every activity was memorable and fun. My husband and I have three kids(11, 15, and 18) and we all had so much fun!

We completed a 12 day tour of Sri Lanka through the KimKim platform and can report an overwhelmingly positive experience. The booking process was easy and Dhanushka, the local specialist, was very attentive and helpful and provided many other options to craft a holiday that suited our group of 8 adults. He kept in touch throughout our time in Sri Lanka to ensure that things were going well.
We were met at the airport by our tour leader, Ajith, who was both our guide and driver throughout the trip. Ajith was a delightful person to spend the holiday with and provided many other options and experiences through the trip other than just the itinerary. He was helpful and pleasant at all times and provided use with a wealth of information about Sri Lankan culture, history, food and the plants and animals we saw. We appreciated his safe driving through the apparent chaos of the roads of Sri Lanka.
We highly recommend a holiday in Sri Lanka and feel after 12 days we have only just scratched the surface of all the country has to offer. We were met with kindness and a great sense of humour from all those we met. We are grateful for the experience that Dhanushka and Ajith provided and recommend them very highly.

Our tour guides and driver were very friendly and personal. We felt well taken care of, our guide Esmeralda in Cusco and Roy in Macchu Pichu were very knowledgeable, great for helping with family pictures. Our driver Ramiro was very helpful and friendly.

Our family just returned from an unforgettable 11-day trip through Provence, the French Riviera, and Paris, and I can't say enough good things about working with Liz and her team.

From the moment we landed until the day we flew home, every detail was thoughtfully planned. We traveled from Aix-en-Provence to Nice and then on to Paris, with a perfect mix of guided experiences, free time, and seamless transportation. Every day brought a new adventure, from exploring the stunning Calanques by boat, wandering through charming villages, and seeing the breathtaking lavender fields in Provence, to snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters off the Lérins Islands, visiting Monaco and Èze, touring the Louvre, and ending with an evening cruise on the Seine.

The lavender fields were every bit as beautiful as I had imagined, but if I had to choose a favorite destination, it would absolutely be **Nice**. The colorful Old Town, the Mediterranean coastline, the beach clubs, and the relaxed Riviera atmosphere was amazing!

One of the things I appreciated most was having the **Team France** support while we were traveling. Their app made communication incredibly easy, and it was so reassuring to know that if we had a question or needed assistance, someone was just a message away. They responded quickly and handled every little detail, allowing us to simply enjoy our vacation.

Planning a trip for five adults with trains, private transfers, hotels, and multiple tours could have been overwhelming, but Liz made it feel effortless. Everything flowed beautifully, and we were able to focus on making memories instead of worrying about logistics.

If you're considering a trip to France, I highly recommend working with Liz. She created a vacation that was full of unforgettable experiences, beautiful scenery, and just the right balance of adventure and relaxation. It truly was a trip we'll remember for a lifetime.

This trip was by far one of the best I've ever been on. Audrey was the reason why. We took our grandson on a trip for his graduation and we're looking for things that he would enjoy and she help in every part possible.

Excellent trip through four stops in Croatia. All of the transportation and guides provided were excellent. The hotels were also exactly what we were looking for. Nikola was very responsive, answered all of our questions and provided us with a detailed plan for the next day each evening. I would highly recommend.

Private Day Trip to Krka National Park & Šibenik

The national park was great and Ivana was also excellent. The lunch at the winery was ok. It was very hot out and the food was very hot soup and risotto and not much else and it took a long time and Ivana ended up having to serve lunch because the waitress became ill. Overall it was a very nice day and we really liked Ivana.

What impressed me most was how effortless the entire trip felt. Even after an unexpected travel delay getting to Italy, everything continued to run smoothly. Martina did an excellent job listening to my needs (I have trouble walking) and guiding me on what cities would work/be difficult. She made sure I had transfers and rooms without stairs as best she could before she went on maternity leave. When/if she is back, I highly recommend her! Just be careful once you are on the trip as different people help you and are not as understanding/accommodating as Martina

The best meal we ate in all of Italy was the cooking class meal we had here! Such a fun experience as well as delicious. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what to say about the restaurant though as our first night’s dinner was so salty neither of us could finish our meals. It made me want to cancel the second night’s meal , but I’m glad we didn’t as the second night’s dinner was delicious. Comfortable rooms and a lovely swimming pool was very relaxing. Gravel walkways to some of the rooms, so if you have trouble walking, select a room carefully

Meeting Venice: boat cruise along the canals

It was nice to have a private boat tour, but we were in one of the taxi boats which are partially enclosed. It’s tricky for those with physical problems to get to the opened back or it’s a little crowded to stay up front with driver. But we did get a very knowledgeable tour guide who went out of the way to make sure we went by something that is special to me.

The Dominican was really good stay, Located at very centre and prime spot. The room was spacious and well occupied with all the facilities. Staff were really helpful and friendly. I felt really comfortable and safe staying here. On top of it, the interior and history of the hotel was also very interesting and as an Art nerd, I found it really fascinating. I never had breakfast or any food from the hotel though, so no comment on that.

By the time of this event, I have been in Brussels for almost 4 days and have been to majority of the tourist places and experiences. And as somenone who is interested in history and general politics, he was able to answer many of my queries regarding Belgium and many things related to it, which made a really interesting evening.
