Wow! Beautiful scenery and the meal the crew cooked was delicious.

The wineries made the experience. Food was fantastic. Aldo was a great tour guide.

Our guide gave a very good history of everything he showed us and made it much more impressive and I could appreciate it better.

This hotel was close to the Old Town with a variety of restaurants near by.

The Masseria Grieco was a beautiful spot that unfortunately we only had one night at. The staff were very nice and the restaurant for dinner was outside with a unique menu each night.

Staying in a hotel built into a cave was a highlight of our trip! The staff here were very helpful and the included breakfast, very tasty, was presented to our table in small plates of a variety of foods. Such fun! A great location with many restaurants within easy walking distance. A unique experience!

Hotel La Bussola was in a good location, a little bit away from the main shopping area but close enough to easily walk to. The hotel restaurant had a beautiful view and was good quality.

Hotel Continental was very nice and in a good location. Breakfast had a wide variety of food available.

A small boutique hotel, the Palazzo Venere was perfect. It is well located, within easy walking distance to sights and restaurants. All of the people we met were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, particularly for such a small hotel, had a wide variety of foods and held something for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel Astoria is in the heart of Old Town Kotor. Our room looked over the bay and outer wall. The room was large and well furnished with a lovely modern amenity bathroom. We had to leave early the next morning; so they provided us with a box breakfast the night before. Quite nice.

This is a family run hotel and winery. Each villa is a self sustained home. We had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and covered front porch. At 6pm, the husband provides a wine tasting event in his winery. They also provide you with a complimentary bottle of their wine at checkin. The villa is very comfortable. We decided to hit the market and make our own dinner that night and eat on the porch. It was lovely. The breakfast is made to order and delivered to your front porch (which has a dining table). There is a menu and you let them know the night before what you would like and when. Super nice family.

The Panorama Kruje is the most modern of our stays. The room is HUGE - we could have a dance party in it. The bathroom is also large as the balcony. Our room looked over the old bazaar and castle. The view is stunning! Location also 5 star.

Another centrally located hotel, makes walking a breeze. Thank goodness for the parking permit provided with the room. You park at a private lot about 5 minutes walk away; but honestly if you didn't have this there would be nowhere to park. I appreciated that lot! The room was less than desirable. Ours had a tiny high window that looked at a wall- thus it was dark. Even with all the lights turned on; it is a dark room. The walls are stone, which gives it the authentic flavor; but, it also provided spots for cobwebs and little critters. However - the breakfast was the best we had! And it just coming. This is a sit down breakfast where they just serve you platter after platter of items. We felt guilty that we simply could not eat it all. The reason to book this hotel is 1 - BREAKFAST and 2 - parking lot provided.

Another hotel with an amazing view + onsite parking. The rooms was very comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly. The restarant here is very good and quite popular. Reservations are a must - the first night we couldn't get it. But made sure to enjoy it our 2nd night. It is a special occasion place; most everyone dressed up for dinner here. The only down side - laundry service. Upon check in. I asked if they had laundry service which they confirmed and advised me to bring my laundry down. When I did, they escourted me into their laundry area and showed me how to use the machines. Obviously, a miscommunication. I thought I would pay for the service and have that time to explore town. Instead, I spent a couple of hours doing my own. Oh well - got clean laundry.

This hotel is located right at the base of the Castle - you can walk out the back gate by the pool, take a left and you are at the entrance. Take a right and follow it down the hill directly into the Old Bazaar area. The location couldn't be more perfect PLUS they have on site parking. The staff is super friendly and the view from the terrace overlooks the entire city and valley. We were lucky enough to have a double rainbow spanning the sky. The only reason it is not 5 star; is because the minisplit struggled to keep up. Thus it was a little warm.

This was such a personal, fun, and memorable experience! We were the only people booked that day, so it felt very special and personalized. Our teachers were two wonderful young men who made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. We baked bread, made stuffed peppers, Berati beef, and a delicious custard dessert—all while joking, laughing, and listening to music. It felt less like a formal cooking class and more like spending time with friends who were sharing their food, culture, and traditions with us. Afterward, we enjoyed the fruits of our labor. And let me tell you—there was TOO MUCH food! Everything was delicious, and the whole experience was relaxed, authentic, and full of fun. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip, and an experience we will remember for a long time!

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. When we checked in, the staff member looked at our Teva sandals and told us they were appropriate for the tour. Shortly after starting, Sarah’s sandal broke, and our guide, Lionel, was clearly unhappy about it. We had already heard Lionel tell someone that he didn’t want to do this tour, and unfortunately, that attitude seemed to carry throughout our experience. He told us that our shoes were completely wrong, but we explained that the person who checked us in had specifically told us they were fine. How were we supposed to know otherwise? I asked if there was any possibility of pivoting to another activity, such as tubing, but he said no. To his credit, he did have an associate bring us river socks, but after that, he simply walked in front of the group. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of information or engagement. There was no explanation of the gorge, the surrounding environment, or anything else that would have made the experience interesting or educational. The entire tour felt boring, negative, and lacking in enthusiasm. Given the beautiful setting and potential for a great experience, we left feeling very disappointed.

The Great Chimera canceled our trip without notifying us, so we showed up at the dock all ready and excited for our adventure—only to find that no one was there. We were understandably confused and disappointed, especially since we had received no communication about the cancellation. A simple phone call, email, or message would have saved us the time and inconvenience of making the trip to the dock. Definitely not the way we expected the day to start. Hmmmm...

Staff friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee available 24 hrs in lobby. Comfortable rooms and good location.

This hotel is in a convenient location, comfortable and attended by accommodating staff. It was easy to get to bus for our return home. My husband found the room to be a little small (our luggage took up a fair amount of room) but I was fine with the size.

Our room looked out at the glacier, and had trails directly from our deck where we sat for aurora viewing, as were stars in that dark sky! Staff, restaurant, breakfast and location were excellent. Waking up to sunrise on the glacier was the cherry on top!

Charming, welcoming and excellent location for our travels and the breakfast was superb!!

Great location in the old city and it has a lovely pool for relaxing . However the room we had overlooked a venue that played loud music into the night. When I raised this matter the next day we were immediately moved to another quieter room.

I had not expected to enjoy this as much as I did. We were taken by minibus and we boarded a boat at Kekova. The day was spent viewing the underwater and above water ruins of Kekova Island and 5 swims in the aquamarine waters of the area. We also stopped at Simena Castle where people could climb to the top for spectacular views. We were also given a lovely lunch . All in all a great day!

Loved the fact that the hotel was a little bit away from the harbor. The extra space made it feel like a small apartment which was nice to be able to spread out. It’s close to a small farm with a restaurant which was very nice.

I was overwhelmed with the beauty of the hotel as soon as we arrived. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. We enjoyed having a glass of wine in the afternoon and taking in the incredible scenery from the deck!

tour guide was fabulous. She pointed out historical monuments along the way and gave us extra time with her.

This was awesome. The lunch was top notch as were the crew. The water is so crystal clear and we went to the island early when the crowds were less.

We were only here a very short time but it was close to the park, which was nice.

This hotel feels a little more like a hostel and we were a little worried when we first checked in. The first room they put my son and I in there wasn't even room to walk with the suitcases. They did move us to a slightly bigger room and we were comfortable enough. My mom had a room at the end of a hall that was much bigger. In short, the rooms are very basic. All that being said, I get why we stayed there. The location was walkable from the train station and it was situated near many good restaurants and places of interest. The staff was VERY helpful, kind, and accommodating. Overall it was a good experience once we learned more about Inverness being the main jumping off point to the Highlands with lots of tourists. I saw nicer places but they were far from all of the action. We had no car so this was a pretty good option.

This hotel was so cute and comfy!

The best part about this hotel is its location. We were able to walk to many restaurants and nearby sights. Overall I'm glad we stayed here. Maybe there are other nicer hotels in Cardiff but I didn't see anything that looked better.

We loved this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and the decor was so cute! It was walkable to the town and had spectacular views. The fish and chips were hands down the best we had during the entire 2 weeks in the UK. The breakfast was also probably the best one we had. The only reason I'm not giving 4 stars is that we had to wait for our room for a couple of hours even though we arrived at the correct time for checking in.

This was our last day so we were a little tired. I think that if you are very interested in Scottish history and the battles, that Culloden would be a very important tour. I liked the mysterious Clava Cairns the best, though it was a very short part of our tour. I was happy to see Loch Ness, but we only experienced it as a drive by on the road and we only saw the Urquart castle from the distance. I felt a little misled as the title of the tour implied that the castle was very important but a decision was made to go to Cawdor Castle instead. It ended up being very interesting and had spectacular gardens that we enjoyed very much.

Jack was a terrific tour guide showing us around Old Town Edinburgh and bringing us to the castle. He had a great understanding of the history of the area and shared so much of it with us.

We loved Amanda and had a fun but short tour with her! After driving all day from Cardiff to Conwy, we appreciated that Amanda was very flexible with us needing to start the tour a little late. She was incredibly accommodating and kind and a really delightful person to spend time with. We enjoyed our tour and learning about the cute town of Conwy. She really brought the history to life with her amazing storytelling!

Absolutely amazing day with Niall! This was definitely the highlight of our trip to the Highlands mainly because of Niall's knowledge, enthusiasm, and kindness! He made it a very special and memorable day for us all. He made lots of extra arrangements so that my elderly mother could enjoy this experience, as well. The gardens of Balmoral were so breathtaking. We have to chuckle a little bit that with a basic entrance ticket you really don't get to see much of the castle, just a display room. The special part of the visit is to see the awesome gardens. We enjoyed a nice lunch in the cute town of Ballater and made some stops at special places of interest on the way back. Niall is a true Highlands Man and he has so much to share about his family and the history of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with him and learning from him!

Our guide, Emery was amazing! This tour was a lot of fun and the food and drink was delicious! I loved all of the little quaint restaurants she took us to. My son and I really enjoyed it!

Our driver was very nice but this was a little bit less of a personable tour than others. It was cool to see the Kelpies and we enjoyed the tour of Stirling castle by one of the guides there. I was expecting to actually see Loch Lomond but only saw a tiny beach and a small dock that we weren't allowed to enter, so I wouldn' t say by any stretch that this is a tour of Loch Lomond. It was just a quick stopover for a snack, I guess.

Phil was an excellent tour guide and fun to talk to. We covered a lot of ground in one day and saw some incredibly beautiful sights. He was also very flexible and kind and made a couple stops when needed.

We really enjoyed our day with Rikki and he took us to some really beautiful places. We especially loved the walk out toward the ocean beside the cliffs at Rhosili. The lunch spot he took us to was excellent and we enjoyed traveling on many of the backroads of the Gower Peninsula and seeing historic homes and gorgeous flowers and landscapes.

Gareth was a terrific guide and fun to talk to. He was so patient and answered all of our questions. We loved walking along the River Wye and exploring the cute towns. The Abbey and the castle were very interesting. My son got the best haircut of his life across from Caerphilly Castle thanks to Gareth's suggestion!

Beautiful hotel! We were here for less than 24 hours before we caught a very early flight out of Athens. We informed them we'd be checking out in the early morning so they packed us a breakfast! What an amazing and kind personal touch and was much appreciated.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location to walk to beach and numerous amazing restaurants. It was also very close to the bus stop which takes you almost anywhere on the island.

Perfect location in the heart of Milos to access everything! Taxis, bus, car & atv rental, restaurants, bars and shopping are right there. We encountered the same employees every day which felt very personal. This might sound weird but I LOVED the layout of the bathroom in our room; I'm a huge fan of the toilet being separate from the sink and shower. I also loved the interior design of the whole building. Breakfast was also delicious!

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL!!! Our hosts made us feel like family and our room was wonderful with amazing views. We were visiting other islands but I wish we could have stayed here the whole time, I was sad to leave.

Perfect location to walk almost anywhere and easy to access many restaurants. Every employee we encountered at the hotel was amazing! Breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from.

Stratos was an excellent guide and we enjoyed all the various experiences. My only suggestion is that it did feel a little long, and I think the honey tasting could be removed. The olive oil tasting lunch wine, tasting, and visiting the villages was spectacular.

Panos was an excellent guide & we thoroughly enjoyed all the historical knowledge and scenic places we visited. The only drawback was the end of night meal. We were the only people in the restaurant which was awkward and our main meal was just pasta with chicken.

We had already done quite a bit in previous tours and realized we did not need this tour. Hercules was great, he just didn’t have a lot to share with us.

Spiros was an excellent captain, very generous with his time & knowledge. He was also very flexible & showed consistent concern for our comfort & safety
