Boat Tour Through Kekova Bay

I had not expected to enjoy this as much as I did. We were taken by minibus and we boarded a boat at Kekova. The day was spent viewing the underwater and above water ruins of Kekova Island and 5 swims in the aquamarine waters of the area. We also stopped at Simena Castle where people could climb to the top for spectacular views. We were also given a lovely lunch . All in all a great day!

We recently returned from an unforgettable two-week journey through Morocco with Morocco Immersions, and we came home with so many wonderful memories.
Nihad worked with us to create an itinerary that allowed us to experience so many different sides of Morocco—from Rabat and Fes to the Sahara Desert, the Dades Valley, Marrakech and Essaouira. We really appreciated the ability to personalize our trip and make adjustments so that the itinerary reflected what was most important to us.
A very special thank you goes to our driver, Rachid, who was with us throughout our journey. After spending nearly two weeks traveling together, Rachid became much more than simply our driver. He was kind, patient, dependable and always looking out for us. There were some very long driving days, yet he always made us feel comfortable and safe and never made us feel rushed. He answered our many questions, helped us along the way and shared pieces of everyday Moroccan life that we would never have experienced traveling on our own.
Some of our favorite memories happened along those drives—the changing landscapes, seeing the monkeys in the cedar forest, little stops along the way, conversations and even the music in the car. Those moments became part of the experience itself.
And what an experience it was! Walking through beautiful Fes, riding camels across the Sahara at sunset and spending the night in the desert, traveling through the mountains and valleys, cooking and sharing a meal with a local family, experiencing the energy of Marrakech, and ending our journey by the ocean in Essaouira. Morocco gave us so many moments we will never forget.
What we appreciated most was that this trip allowed us to experience more than just the sights. We learned about Morocco's history and culture, met wonderful people and had opportunities to experience everyday life and traditions along the way.
Thank you, Nihad, for putting together such a memorable journey, and a very heartfelt thank you to Rachid for taking such good care of us from beginning to end. Saying goodbye after traveling together for nearly two weeks was bittersweet.
Morocco is a beautiful and fascinating country, and we are very grateful to Morocco Immersions for helping us experience it. We returned home with wonderful stories, beautiful memories and a much deeper appreciation for Morocco and its people.

We had an incredible holiday in Vietnam, made even more special by the amazing people who looked after us along the way.

A huge thank you to Hien for the trip planning and ongoing support. Everything was so well organised and made the whole experience effortless.

Our Hanoi tours with Que were fantastic. We loved exploring the history, food and culture of the city with such a knowledgeable and passionate guide.

The e-bike tour was definitely a highlight! So much fun, and a huge thank you to Kevin, who came to our rescue at the last minute and helped us navigate the traffic! We loved the egg coffee experience, banana plantation and learning about the history of the B-52 Café.

Finally, our time on Orchid Cruises in Ha Long Bay was incredible. The scenery was breathtaking, but the crew really made the experience. Everyone was so attentive and welcoming, with a special mention to Steve, who was such a wonderful server.

A truly memorable trip from start to finish. Thank you to everyone who helped make our Vietnam holiday so special!

Our guides were amazing and tours just the right group size. Lorenza was our tour guide at The Vatican, Lorenzo, Marco provides some amazing insights at The Colosseum in Rome, Lorenzo was our food tour guide in Florence, and Luca guided us through tue streets of Pompeii. We also enjoyed a boat tour of the Amalfi coast, led by Captain Antonio. I mention all their names because they were memorable and enthusiastic about their subjects.

Our hotels were perfect. Well-located to enjoy the sights and sounds of each city and within walking distance of major attractions and historic landmarks.

All transfers were easy and the drivers and livery were first class. Response to our questions via WhatsApp were promptly and professionally answered.The most impressive thing is that we opted for a budget-conscious getaway!

We would definitely recommend KimKim to others seeking a worry-free vacation!

Our driver/guide Youssef made it such an incredible experience. He was so wonderful about sharing his local expertise and went well out of his way to make our trip special. He was very professional and friendly and nicely matched our pace and interests. We would highly recommend him to other people taking a trip to Morocco!
Our favourite part of the trip was our days in the Sahara desert, where we had wonderful accommodations and great local and unique experiences with the communities there.

I'm providing this feedback on behalf of the whole group, not just mine.
Bruno was very responsive, and always responded to any inquiries/questions in a timely manner. He also quickly addressed some of the issues we brought up. We are grateful for every positive thing he did.
People in the group felt that the trip was a little too pricey. This thinking is based on information available on Kimkim website and feedback from other friends who had done similar trips to Brazil with Kimkim.
Philipe and the crew at the Amazon lodge did an excellent job for us (gave us great food). Fabion, our guide at Amazon did a great job, too. The initial vehicle going to the lodge was not that good (AC wasn't working for people in the back), but Philipe got that addressed for the remaining trips.
Edson at Iguazu was an excellent guide. However, members of the group were not happy when they realized that everyone was charged a lot more than the listed price for the Argentina side boat ride.
There were some flight delays that made people tired. I think members of the group expected a little more for the price (hotel choices, drinks. meals, etc.)
Overall the trip was great, weather was nice, and everyone thought it was a successful trip. Because of the few hiccups and the cost, members of the group didn't want to give 5 out of 5 rating - but, it was a positive experience overall!

Nadia and Salty travel did an amazing job of organizing our time in South Africa. Our time was well balanced between distinctly different African experiences that made the trip a true adventure. We will be back and we will certainly use Nadia for future travel needs.

Our guide in Oslo was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. She provided a very good overview of the history and places to visit. This was helpful when we spent our last full day there.
The hike outside of Stavanger was beautiful but too difficult for me. Unfortunately I held up the other people on the hike. The guide was very nice but not as helpful for me.
The food walking tour in Bergen was great! The guide was knowledgeable and a lot of fun!
We really enjoyed the cider tasting in Balestrand!! The ciders were great along with the food, and the guide was very quirky in an amusing sort of way. The orchard was so beautiful. Great fun!!
We loved the ferry ride up the fjord to the glacier. The guide was great!!
We particularly loved everything about Flam!! The hotel was a nice spacious break from smaller hotel rooms. Our guide for the kayak tour made the trip lovely. My absolute favorite part about the entire trip was the RIB excursion. It was surreal!! And the guide; he couldn’t have been better. I was a bit tentative about the zip line trip, but it was the most exhilarating one minute I’ve ever spent.
All in all the trip exceeded our expectations!

Heike, our cologne tour guide, went out of her way to specialize the tour for our interests. Martin taught us so much and we're inviting to learn from. We had a wonderful trip to the UK and are so grateful to Tetiana for all of her hard work in planning such a memorable experience! We truly appreciated her support throughout the planning process, as well as her communication during our trip whenever questions arose. Tetiana was always responsive, helpful, and attentive. We were traveling with my mother and my son, and she took great care to accommodate everyone’s needs. All the hotels she chose were very well located so that was very helpful since we had no car.
One of our main goals for the trip was to reconnect with our family heritage in Wales, and our time there was incredibly meaningful. We loved exploring the beautiful landscapes and learning so much about Welsh history, culture, and language. John Pritchard of Celticos was an absolutely amazing guide, and we are so thankful for the wonderful day we spent with him.
We also immensely enjoyed our day touring the Scottish Highlands with Niall. He was another incredible guide and made our time there truly memorable. He made so many stops at points of interest and was so kind and helpful.

This hotel feels a little more like a hostel and we were a little worried when we first checked in. The first room they put my son and I in there wasn't even room to walk with the suitcases. They did move us to a slightly bigger room and we were comfortable enough. My mom had a room at the end of a hall that was much bigger. In short, the rooms are very basic. All that being said, I get why we stayed there. The location was walkable from the train station and it was situated near many good restaurants and places of interest. The staff was VERY helpful, kind, and accommodating. Overall it was a good experience once we learned more about Inverness being the main jumping off point to the Highlands with lots of tourists. I saw nicer places but they were far from all of the action. We had no car so this was a pretty good option.

It's basic but I feel like the staff strives to make everyone happy and comfortable. It was the only place I saw in 2 weeks that had a little gym.

The AC wasn't working in my mom's room and that made it pretty uncomfortable. They ran out of fans to hand out which was also a bummer. They said that they could offer a partial refund and I passed the manager's name on to our travel specialist but as far as I know we received no discount.

The best part about this hotel is its location. We were able to walk to many restaurants and nearby sights. Overall I'm glad we stayed here. Maybe there are other nicer hotels in Cardiff but I didn't see anything that looked better.

We loved this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and the decor was so cute! It was walkable to the town and had spectacular views. The fish and chips were hands down the best we had during the entire 2 weeks in the UK. The breakfast was also probably the best one we had. The only reason I'm not giving 4 stars is that we had to wait for our room for a couple of hours even though we arrived at the correct time for checking in.

Inverness Half-Day Highlands Bucket List Tour

This was our last day so we were a little tired. I think that if you are very interested in Scottish history and the battles, that Culloden would be a very important tour. I liked the mysterious Clava Cairns the best, though it was a very short part of our tour. I was happy to see Loch Ness, but we only experienced it as a drive by on the road and we only saw the Urquart castle from the distance. I felt a little misled as the title of the tour implied that the castle was very important but a decision was made to go to Cawdor Castle instead. It ended up being very interesting and had spectacular gardens that we enjoyed very much.

We loved Amanda and had a fun but short tour with her! After driving all day from Cardiff to Conwy, we appreciated that Amanda was very flexible with us needing to start the tour a little late. She was incredibly accommodating and kind and a really delightful person to spend time with. We enjoyed our tour and learning about the cute town of Conwy. She really brought the history to life with her amazing storytelling!

Balmoral tour from Inverness

Absolutely amazing day with Niall! This was definitely the highlight of our trip to the Highlands mainly because of Niall's knowledge, enthusiasm, and kindness! He made it a very special and memorable day for us all. He made lots of extra arrangements so that my elderly mother could enjoy this experience, as well. The gardens of Balmoral were so breathtaking. We have to chuckle a little bit that with a basic entrance ticket you really don't get to see much of the castle, just a display room. The special part of the visit is to see the awesome gardens. We enjoyed a nice lunch in the cute town of Ballater and made some stops at special places of interest on the way back. Niall is a true Highlands Man and he has so much to share about his family and the history of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with him and learning from him!

Our driver was very nice but this was a little bit less of a personable tour than others. It was cool to see the Kelpies and we enjoyed the tour of Stirling castle by one of the guides there. I was expecting to actually see Loch Lomond but only saw a tiny beach and a small dock that we weren't allowed to enter, so I wouldn' t say by any stretch that this is a tour of Loch Lomond. It was just a quick stopover for a snack, I guess.

Everything was perfect! We were happy with every tour scheduled by Siena. She listened to me when I gave her the initial information of what we like to do and gave us the perfect amount of scheduled activities and free time. Unfortunately I only got a few names of the lovely people we had contact with but I will happily mention them when possible.

The Acropolis was so cool but very busy which is to be expected. I'm unsure if it's better to do it in the morning versus the late afternoon but it was very beautiful before sunset. Our guide was very sick and probably should have called in sick that day but did a great job in spite of it. Going later in the evening did put us in a great location for a rooftop to watch the sunset and it did not disappoint. Loved the "Olive Grove to Vineyards" tour and our driver Vasilias (i unfortunately deleted his contact info so I'm sure I'm misspelling his name) was exceptional! He is from the area so he had lots of personal info and history on the area plus he was great to converse with. The Markellos olive mill was a fun experience the facility is top notch and amazingly beautiful and to get a personal tour with the 4th (?) generation owner was so fun, you could feel the passion he has for the business. The wine tour was also beautiful. It was a busy weekend for them but they still gave us lots of personal attention and we loved the wine so much it came home with us.

The "Taste of Sifnos" tour was top notch! Ronia, our guide, was great and she made us feel like a local. Every location she took us felt so personal and it was so fun to spend time with her, we felt like we were spending a day in her life. She gave each of us some local products, some from each location that made it such a nice touch. Our hike through the villages was extraordinary! Beautiful views the entire hike and just the right amount of challenge for a vacation hike and our guide was so informative. Again, I'm unsure of his name, but the knowledge of history is astounding. This may be an unpopular opinion but Sifnos was my favorite island. I loved the slow pace and our hotel was perfect with perfect views and the owners of that hotel were so kind.

Milos was fun and the hotel location was perfect for lots of walking and it was easy to access the bus and taxis to get to other villages. Our hike with Mike was so cool and the various terrain we encountered didn't even appear real! Mike was also so knowledgeable to the history of the area and he is passionate to the preservation of the land. He had such a great personality and he made us feel like personal friends. Sarakiniko Beach is CRAZY! It felt like another world. Our catamaran trip was fun and took us to so many different locations., it's a great way to see parts of the island and to watch the sunset from the water. The crew was great and they fed us SO MUCH GREAT FOOD! I don't know if it's worth noting but we were the oldest couple on the boat but we still had a great time.

Naxos was great and perfect location to the beach and many restaurants. The "Mythology Sunset Walk" in Naxos was fun and we were joined by a group of fun couples. Our guide, Angelikki (again, unsure of the spelling) was a delight and I believe she said this was her first year of doing the tour but you'd never know. It was fun to walk through the village and do the wine tasting, we covered a lot of ground! Ending at the Temple of Apollo makes for a beautiful ending to the walk and also put us in a great location to eat at a great restaurant. The "Private Countryside Walk" with our guide was extraordinary. We, unfortunately, also forgot his name but it was so fun to do a leisurely walk through the villages and it also felt like we were on a walk with a close friend. We did another olive tasting which was completely different from our tasting in Athens and it was fun to see how they orginally processed olives in the original mill; it was a very labor intensive process!! Our guide had an expansive knowledge of the culinary world so he was fun to talk to in regards to greek wine and the food we ate. Random fact; our guide is an animal lover and on our walk he had kibble for the cats and fed many of them on our walk which I enjoyed immensely.

Everything went great! Our hotels were beautiful and every one felt like it was in the perfect location. Even the last hotel in Athens where we stayed for less than 24 hours was great. They knew were checking out at 3:30am the next morning and packed a breakfast for us! Who does that?!! It was such a kind and personal touch. The addition of the app is a game changer!!! We used kimkim for Italy last year and communication was great but it was nice to be able to look ahead and plan and it was so easy to access our tickets for the ferry and to know who to look for when we had drivers. We will 100% be using kimkim again and I have recommended you to anyone who listen!! Thank you Siena (and Grant) for a perfect trip.

This trip was superb in every respect: Berat was incredibly patient and helpful when we did the planning . Nothing seemed too much trouble. Our guide, Volkan (who was with us for 8 days), was amazingly knowledgeable about the layers of history of the places we visited and he also gave us insights into Turkye today. He also knew just the places to stop for coffee and cake or a scenic lunch break! He was sensitive to our needs and tailored the trip accordingly. Murat and Hulya were great support people providing attention to detail and making sure every aspect of our trip went smoothly. A highlight was when Volkan recognised that Andrew might struggle with the steep roads in Sirince and he arranged for us to shift accommodation to a wonderful alternative. We appreciated that so much. I cant recommend Berat and her team highly enough!

We took the cable car up to the top which was an adventure in itself . In the Hellenistic and Roman period Pergamon was a major centre with a far -reaching kingdom and we learned so much from Volkan. The theatre is incredibly steep and could house 10000 people. Going through a 'subway' to enter it be careful not to bump your head . Because it was extremely hot we didn't spend as much time as we would have liked.

This was our first day with Volkan as our guide. He expertly took us to the various locations rescheduling flexibly as it was terribly hot and we waned to avoid big crowds. His knowledge throughout our trip astounded us! We enjoyed all the sites that day : Hippodrome , Grand Bazaar , The Sultans Palace, Hagia Sophia and finally the Basilica Cisterns which was definitely a highlight.

The entire planning process was very quick and painless. Lisa listened to my requests and concerns, answered my questions, and created a trip that was perfect for me. She even stayed in contact and kept me updated throughout my trip, which I greatly appreciated.

I typically plan all our vacations but in this instance i needed the help of a local expert due to the last minute nature of our trip. Maria was excellent and jumping in and providing options on accommodations, activities and the logistics. She had to work around the first few days we spent in Copenhagen at a wedding but it was not an issue for Maria. She helped us plan day trips from Copenhagen as well as visit two other cities in Denmark. Everything went as planned and when i had questions along the way, there was a WhatsApp support to get questions addressed or resolved as they arose.

Our trip was amazing. Easy transfers, communication. Guides were awesome. Excursions were great!
2nd time using Kim Kim. Would definitely use them again.

The entire trip to was phenomenal. We may never get back to Norway so wanted to make it memorable. We told Mathia from the KimKim team what we were looking for and he created an amazing itinerary. There is no way I could have done this on my own (trust me, I tried). The one on one guides were fantastic, the hotels were great, and having everything taken care of in advance takes a lot of headache out of travelling.

When we did have one issue with our ride leaving without us, Mathia was quick to respond and another ride was there within 20 minutes.
