"Growing up in Costa Rica, I was surrounded by stunning landscapes, vibrant cultures, and endless adventures waiting to be explored. From a young age, I developed a deep appreciation for my country's beauty and diversity.

Beautiful setting. The buildings with the rooms are scattered over the huge property. You have to take a shuttle to get around. The shuttles were fairly prompt. Nice room with a view. They have trails through the rainforest ($20) and other amenities that we did not get a chance to use. We would have liked to stay here for a few more days!

We were disappointed about having to forgo the waterfall visit, and kimkim’s response further added to the disappointment. We contacted Yuliana multiple times; all we received were empty words that our “concerns are being taken very seriously,” but that “there’s nothing we can do.” Kimkim could have helped us with rescheduling or provided a refund, but instead we received “sorry, not sorry” responses.
The bottom line: Yuliana is great at booking four-star accommodations (which I can do myself as well), but not helpful at all when issues arise—especially issues caused by her faulty scheduling.

However, there is a difference in quality at least in the number of people on other tours where we had smaller groups). I wish I could’ve understood the pricing of Kim Kim a bit more. That was my only slight irritation. But, I did feel like the overall experience was well worth it, and I would like to book a trip through them elsewhere in the future. The itineraries, tour options, ease, and helping us do everything without a hitch was well worth it to me!

It was neat to paddle up the estuary. It wasn’t very easy to see much wildlife, so I wouldn’t choose this activity if that’s your main goal. However, it was nice to get on the water and experience it at that level. Much better than going on a boat, in my opinion.

The hot water spas were so nice to relax in after a long day of excursions. The swim up bar was great and the hotel itself is beautiful. The scenery is relaxing in the. Many of the natural plants surrounded you and being able to wake up and see the grew volcano was just paradise at the cicadas sang like a heartbeat of the jungle.

Sebastián and Carlitos were excellent guides on the zip lining. It was a fantastic experience. They knew their job and kept us safe and having a great time. All excursions were pre-planned by Kimkim and all tour guides showed up when we needed them. All were polite and knowledgeable. Also really enjoyed the White water experience with Jairo. Without a doubt, I would do it again!! Thank you for your careful planning and follow through.

Our hotel was on the Clift side and the view was stunning through the patio doors and surrounding glass wall. Very private. Shuffles took us anywhere on the property and we quick. We went up to the hummingbird area and were fascinated as the birds we buzzing around and eating less than 18 inches from us. Office staff were polite and helpful and room service was spot on every day. Thank you for this wonderful experience! Loved it!!
