The Arenal Manoa hotel near at Arenal/ LaFortuna was a delightful hidden gem. The grounds and facilities were immaculate and we felt like we were in a tropical paradise. All of our guides and drivers were on time and did a great job of driving in a very mountainous country with narrow roads. Our guide to our visit to the cloud forest was very informative. We booked an optional night tour through our hotel. It was also excellent. You might consider adding that to your itineraries.
