Hanane Hajjia
I was born in Tounate, in the mountains where wild beauty nests, and raised in Fes, one of the pillars of the golden triangle and a place not to miss when heading to Morocco. I developed a love of travel at a young age. I studied sociolinguistics, and pursued my further studies abroad in international relations. Through my studies and travels, I fell in love with travel and communication and believe strongly that both can build peace and tolerance.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"We at Experience Morocco pride ourselves on having a deep knowledge of the whole of Morocco. I specialize in creating bespoke itineraries that give guests unique and authentic experiences of Moroccan culture, history, and daily life. Whether you are looking to visit a specific city or learn about a specific part of Moroccan culture, I can tailor an itinerary to match your interests and passions."
How did you get involved in travel?
"At a younger age, my dad used to tell me stories about his trips to different places and unique sites. His stories stimulated my interest in traveling and discovering different cultures. In a way, it bridges cultural gaps and builds understanding. For this reason, I joined Experience Morocco, an organization that serves tolerance and cross cultural communication through travel industry. "
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"I had the opportunity to travel to the mountains of Morocco, to an area called bouadel in tounate region. It was a unique scene that takes your breath away."
