Hi! My name is Katie Eberling, and I am a Support Specialist here at kimkim! I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. I fully embrace the Colorado lifestyle from skiing in the winter to hiking mountain trails in the summer. My passion for travel began in my junior year of college, when I spent four months living in Florence, Italy. Now that I’ve explored much of Europe, I hope to embark on my next adventure in South America, specifically Peru and Argentina, and then on to Japan! I am excited to be part of a team that shares the same passion for travel while helping travelers who are also seeking meaningful, memorable experiences.

How did you get involved in travel?

"When I was completing my undergrad, I had the urge to travel abroad, as I had never explored much outside the United States. I chose Florence, Italy, as my home base for a 4-month study abroad program. During my stay, I traveled to over 12 different cities in 9 countries. Immersing myself in various cultures all across Europe and Africa allowed me to experience diverse approaches to community, communication, and problem-solving, all of which continue to influence how I engage with people today. Now, the itch to go back has never been stronger! "
