I’m from Venezuela but I’ve been living in the world for the last 17 years and nowhere has captured my heart like the Dominican Republic. Here every sunrise is a new canvas of possibilities: hidden waterfalls in the mountains to beaches that go on forever. Today I’ll be your guide through this country I love, introducing you to our passionate local artists, merengue dancers and warm hearted communities that will turn every journey into a story you’ll never forget. Let’s create your next adventure together—simple, inspiring and full of the magic only the Dominican Republic can offer.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"All Dominican Republic! From secret mountain trails in the Cordillera Central to secluded beaches where the water sparkles like liquid sapphire; from tasting farm fresh coffee in Jarabacoa to dancing barefoot at a local merengue night in Santiago. I create experiences off the beaten path—no crowds, no noise—yet comfortable. Whether you want heart pounding adventure like zip lining through tropical canopies or laid back relaxation in a beachfront villa, I’ll mix culture, nature and pure Caribbean fun into the perfect trip for you."
How did you get involved in travel?
"I’ve been an explorer since I was a kid—my dad was a businessman who never missed an opportunity to take the whole family along on his work trips. From Caracas boardrooms to Andean villages, I learned early that every flight and every layover held a story to be told. But it wasn’t until I spent a couple of years living the nomad life across South America and Europe that travel became more than a hobby—it became my vocation. The thrill of haggling in a Buenos Aires market, the hum of a Barcelona café at dawn, the late night conversations under Andean stars—all of it hooked me on new horizons and I’m still hooked today."
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"After one of the biggest downpours I’ve ever seen in Jayaco I found myself all geared up to paraglide. The air was thick and heavy with the smell of wet earth and promise. As we launched off the cliff I felt the wind grab the wing and lift me up—up into a sky still wiping away dark clouds. Suddenly the sun broke through and beneath me arced the most beautiful rainbow I’ve ever seen. For those few peaceful minutes I flew right across its bow, suspended between storm and sun, with the Cibao Valley laid out below me. It was pure magic—proof that the best adventures come when you chase the storm."
