Krysten Bray
A Canadian raised in South Carolina, Krysten studied Linguistics at the University of Chicago before joining the Peace Corps. She spent two years in a rural Moroccan village as a Youth Development volunteer, working in girls’ empowerment, developing the business of a women’s embroidery cooperative, and doing an inordinate amount of arts and crafts. Now on the Experience Morocco sales team, Krysten loves sharing her adopted country with clients and is thoroughly enjoying having access to Netflix and cheese again.

How did you get involved in travel?
"After finishing my two years of Peace Corps service, I wasn't ready to leave Morocco quite yet. So, I joined Experience Morocco to both share my passion for Morocco and it's culture with the rest of the world while giving back to my adopted country for it's amazing hospitality. "

"My favorite experiences are always off-the-beaten track. With Experience Morocco, I recently discovered a little known village of artisans right outside of Marrakech. From pottery, to leather, to textiles, to tilework, every kind of product in the souks of Marrakech could be made in this one little town. It was an incredible experience to meet the rural artisans, tour their workshops, and get up close to their intricate crafts. "
