I have loved traveling since childhood. I was first trained in the tourism industry by one of the biggest companies in America. I Graduated from university with a specialty in tourism. I am now a customer service expert and teacher in the tourism industry. I love what I do.

What places and activities do you specialize in?

"I specialize in the whole Ecuador. I have had the great opportunity to visit every single region in my country while studying tourism. Now I specialize in planning adventure tours and in giving the best experience of a lifetime to my clients. "

How did you get involved in travel?

"My first travel job was with Xanterra Parks & Resorts in Arizona. I found a job there and fell in love with tourism and customer service. After that, I returned to Ecuador to complete my university degree with an emphasis on tourism."

Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.

"I had the opportunity to switch job positions every three weeks while working in Grand Canyon National Park. This enabled me to learn about all areas of work within the park, and eventually gave me the skills and insight necessary to earn a management position. "
