I've always loved getting away in the hills and have been doing it for a job in the Scottish Highlands since 1999. My other huge passion is wandering about the mountains in Norway.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"Isle of Skye, Lomond, Ben Nevis, Glencoe, Orkney, Torridon, Mull, Islay, Barra, the Uists, Lewis and Harris, Shetland."
How did you get involved in travel?
"Ran student outdoor trips at University (1990-92)- then started a mountaineering and caving club for my mates (1995) , then decided to do it full time a few years later (1999)."
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"Snow camping in a laavuu about 3 meters from a ski lift at the ace ski resort of Stranda in Norway. "
