I am a true Slovenian, not just by birth certificate or nationality, but also by being helplessly in love with this charming country. Since a little girl, I dreamed of adventures in nature and exploring the world, so I traveled around New Zealand (twice) and explored around Europe, moreover neighboring countries. And each time I couldn't wait to come back to enjoy being spoiled by exceptionally beautiful nature, places pervaded with history and an immense variety of experiences packed in a pocket-size country.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"Places: Slovenia, Italy - Friuli - Venezia Giulia, Croatia - Istria. Activities: active family vacations, walking & hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, canyoning, and other water sports, adventure vacations and more. "
How did you get involved in travel?
"I started as sport teacher with a passion for outdoors, which lead me to becoming a canyoning guide and instructor. Canyons are full of mysterious, exciting and beautiful moments, where curiosity satisfies and imagination flies. Since then I am pledged to always explore and travel. "

Katja was great, every step of the way. Our accomodations were beyond our expectations. Our rental car was a beautiful new hi- bred , with GPS. The downloaded step by step instructions and directions were spot on. Thank you Katja for helping to make our Mother/Daughter a trip to be remembered forever.
