"Tibet is a special destination. For overseas traveler to come, all need Tibet Travel Permit which we will apply for from Tibet Tourism Bureau. Sometimes, it is very urgent. Such as in last October, clients will fly to Lhasa tomorrow and we get their permit this afternoon. So we need fly to clients' entering Tibet city and deliver permit to them. It is very nervous and urgent. "
