Lisa Sultanova
Originally from Russia and after visiting many continents and countries,
I feel so happy to be able to call Australia home. My first trip
overseas without my parents was to Bulgaria when I was 6 years old
(Summer Camp). Since that trip, I have had the travel bug firmly
attacking my mind which made me put my engineering career aside and
explore the travel industry, firstly in Russia and now again here at Global Tour Specialists. I feel truly blessed to be able to work in an industry that I
thoroughly enjoy. While traveling has always been my passion it
triggered some other interests and hobbies along the way such as Scuba
Diving. From that I had one of the scariest yet most exhilarating
experiences of my life, a shark feeding dive in Fiji, without being in a
cage. I still think back now, that I was very lucky to come home
in one piece. My other passion would have to be food, yep, I am a
“foodie”, and believe that there is close to nothing that cannot be fixed
by a nice meal paired with a very nice glass of red…
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"Anything to do with Australia, particularly the East Coast."
How did you get involved in travel?
"I have been travelling actively through my whole life, and while I was studying, my first job in tourism opened me more opportunities to explore the world and countries I have never been to. "
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"My best travel experience was and still remains Australia. After visiting many countries and continents I am very happy I can call Australia my home. I'm settled now, but will never stop exploring all the endless opportunities for travel this country has to offer."

Me and my husband chose kimkim to plan our perfect honeymoon to Australia and the itenary provided by Lisa exceeded our expectations. She listened to our ideas, interests and incorporated each and every detail into our trip. We were there in Australia for 9 days and visited Sydney, Melbourne and Cairns. The multitude of experiences we had in such a short time wouldn't have been possible without the perfect planning done by Lisa and team. I very much enjoyed the trip. I would have like to attend the Dinner in Forest with the aborigines but it wasn't an option. The only thing I didn't enjoy is the hotel in Cairns, it was a bit outdated and the bed was uncomfortable. Our Guide form Billy Tea safari was excellent and very knowledgeable.

Hi Ira,
Thank you for your lovely feedback. I am glad you enjoyed your trip and sorry to hear that hotel in Cairns didn't meet your expectations.
If you decide to come back to Down Under we will be more than happy to assist you with the trip.
Thanks,
Lisa

Accommodations in Port Douglas wasn’t as good as expected. Staff was not as attentive and room location was not as good as others. Also hotel told us we would be charged for new towels to take to beach unless we laundered dirty ones. Also we asked for later 11am checkout and was told no. However when we left at 11:15 the room was still not occupied or staff cleaning it. Would have preferred a better hotel in the area.

Hi Thomas,
Thank you for your review. And I am very sorry to hear about your stay in Port Douglas. We have had only positive feedback about the hotel previously, and that's why we recommended it to you. But will definitely re-look at this property and will consider your feedback for any future bookings.
I hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip.
Cheers,
Lisa
