I have been involved in the travel industry for several years in France and Italy.
Having lived, studied & worked in France and Italy I’ve been able to build a very extensive knowledge of the culture, people, gastronomy & regions in both countries. And more importantly, how to show them to others!
Travel is one of greatest means by which to educate oneself. And in meeting new cultures and people, I guarantee you’ll walk away richer. So, for me to help facilitate this education is an absolute pleasure.

" I specialize in both France and Italy. I lived and worked in Paris for 2 years.
My specialization in France involves:

How did you get involved in travel?
"My first job within travel was along the Amalfi Coast, in Positnao. Here I was working for a local sustainable walking tour group. We developed walking tours of the coast where we foraged for wild herbs and plants, followed by a cooking class that incorporated what we foraged.
After I moved around Europe, conducting wine tours in Paris and developing tours in southern France, developing vacations for clients all over Italy, and working in a wine bar in Paris. "
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"My most memorable moment would be my first olive harvest in Tuscany. From meeting new people in such a unique experience, to being apart of something special and cultural. This was the launch and or the definetive realization that my future- in order to be happy and passionate- would have to involve traveling and food! "
