I run this adventure and nature small business as an incoming Tour Operator based in Vila Nova de Milfontes, all year round. This is the place where I live.
I´m a guide in many adventure activities with more than 15 years of professional experience. Expert in several adventure areas, like abseiling, canoeing, hiking, mountain biking among many others related to nature interaction.
I gave up teaching to dedicate all positive energy to my business promoting the local economy and environmental attitudes, contributing actively for a sustainable active tourism.
These goals make me feel with a continuing will of contributing for all the process to make things right and to protect future generations from our present actions.
I Love what I do and my loyalty and commitment to this land is 100% (my family on it of course ;)).

What places and activities do you specialize in?
"Our expertise is only in the SW part of Portugal in the Regions of Alentejo and Algarve (Rota Vicentina).
Hiking, especially the self-guided walk along the popular Rota Vicentina, taking the fishermen´s trail or the historical route or just combining both. Cycling, especially using touring bikes exploring the countryside and also the coastal parts of this area located inside the natural park.
This is what Î love to do."
How did you get involved in travel?
"My parents took me many times to make wild camping when was still allowed in Portugal and those experiences are still fresh in my memories, they capture almost all I love on this planet.
Being an outdoor "man" (activities instructor), this was a natural connection meeting people from all over the planet and sharing experiences in a daily routine. I felt this was the perfect recipe for my future, the possible to capture my own clients and to be responsible for providing them the best experience was the challenge that still makes happy. Like a helpful "godfather"."
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"Living in nature all year round, on my holidays I love to go abroad and visit nice cities and sometimes Portuguese Islands. Copenhagen in Dannamak was quite an inspiration for me because everything was made with a goal, almost plastic free, with a huge culture of using a bike to daily tasks, happy people everywhere. I´ve been in many places, before but this was the place I still miss. But I can't forget the stunning Azores Islands, so pristine and green, uauuuuuu... is the word that defines it better."
