I manage Wide Eyed Tours as the Director of Operations and have the privilege to work with a team of 35 enthusiastic and dedicated people. The joy and satisfaction of seeing our travellers fall in love with Vietnam and Cambodia is tremendously rewarding. If they can see and love this region as much as I do, then it is mission accomplished for me.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"Vietnam - Adventure activities such as motorbikes, jeeps, abseiling, trekking & cycling. Family fun active holidays, romantic getaways, war history, caves, mountains and private An Bang Beach villas.
Cambodia - Beach breaks, local homestays, temple tours and remote regions.
Authentic experiences are our speciality and we customise holidays to excite and inspire our travellers."
How did you get involved in travel?
"Travelling has been a lifelong passion as a hobby and when there was a dramatic change in my personal circumstances I transformed my life and became a full time tour leader in SE Asia, specialising in Vietnam and Cambodia. I did that passionately for 6 years before being recruited to Wide Eyed Tours as their first western staff member. Now 7 years has passed and I love it more every day."

"A journey to Iran a couple of years ago filled me with awe of its breathtaking beauty and friendly, welcoming people. Every interaction with the Iranians made a lasting impression and none more than meeting a woman who invited us to sit on her mat for a family picnic in the tiny remote town of Niasar. She was stunning and excited about marrying her handsome betrothed and wanted to share her joy with me. Her mother & mother-in-law were excited too and insisted she finish her studies before having children. The warmth and tactile affection they showed me was unforgettable."
