The Grange Boutique B & B and Motel is a beautifully preserved Victorian mansion offering accommodation in Christchurch's center. This Heritage Grade II-listed homestead was constructed in 1874 and has welcomed travelers for over 10 years under the care of its current owners, Des & Tracey Ramsay. Its central location is within 10 minutes of Christchurch's top attractions, such as the Canterbury Museum, Avon River / Ōtākaro / Ōtakaro, and Christchurch Botanic Gardens in Hagley Park.
