Born in a Berber family, I grew up in a splendid village at the heart of the Atlas Mountains with a great love for the outdoors. After my university studies, i decided to work as a mountain guide leading groups around the country in the Sahara desert and the Atlas mountains. Working as a tour guide was my dream job as it gives me the chance to meet different people from different countries, to make connections between local inhabitants and the travellers.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"We run tours in the following areas; Atlas mountains, Sahara deserts, imperial cities.
We specialise in Hiking trips, 4WD tours, luxury travels, Mountain biking, Family holidays, cultural tours, culinary trips."
How did you get involved in travel?
"Having grown up in the Atlas Mountains, my passion for adventure travel was kindled at an early age. I began my career in tourism industry since 2006, leading groups in the Atlas mountains and Sahara, then i started working as product manager for several local Tour operators before I decided to found OT. Voyages. Being a travel agent is inspiring others to explore new places, discover a new culture, and meet different and wonderful people."

"Climbing the Mont M'Goun (4068m) in the Atlas mountains. My first ascent, an unforgottable experience!
When i was 14, i joined a hiking group in my area in the Atlas mountains, after hosting them for several days in my village, we started hiking towards the giant M'goun mountain range. from our base camp at 2905, we started an early ascent to the M'goun peak, which, as a child, i always considered as the highest mountain in the world.
The ascent took 10 hours and was really challenging considering my age, and i ended up laying on a mule back on the way to the main camp. However, the views from the summit were amazing, everyone was happy to be on the top of this giant windy summit. In the afternoon, we were invited by a family of Berber nomads for a mint tea in their tent, which was an unforgottable moment for all the group members. We spent the afternoon playing with their kids and learning about their way of life and traditions, the family joined us for diner in our camp, and we shared family-like moments playing local Berber music and dancing under the starry sky of the Atlas mountains.
As a child, this experience made me fall in love with the high mountains and the great outdoors. "

5 days in morocco - 4 unique itineraries, Morocco - May 26 - May 31, 2019
From our local area specialist, Abdellah, to our driver to our constant guide, Abderrahim, to our local guides in both Fez and Marrakech, our trip could not have been ANY better. A great example of this was, as soon as I notified Abdellah, of some concerns I was reading of our Sahara Desert accommodations (while ON the trip), he immediately investigated and decided to make changes, which were WONDERFUL (I had not wanted to say anything just off reviews, but glad I did, and he agreed, that... read more

Abdellah arranged an amazing few days for us - from the red city to the mountains to the ocean, giving us a little taste of everything.
The service was excellent from making the booking, the pickup at the airport, and the various tours. And Abdellah constantly checked in with the driver and tour guides to make sure we were having a good experience.
Karim, the driver is a thoughtful young man, who took really good care of us and answered all our questions. He is a really good driver.

Trip to morocco, Morocco - May 25 - May 31, 2019
We had a wonderful week in Morocco. Abdel helped me figure out an itinerary that touched on all we wanted to see. Said was a wonderful driver and guide. We saw many amazing sights including ancient kasbahs, . Our night in the desert was memorable and much nicer than we expected for “camping”. Our riads were centrally located so it was easy to get out and walk the old cities. Fantastic trip!
Trip to morocco, Morocco - Apr 29 - May 13, 2019
Memories for a lifetime! We had a wonderful time with Hassan our Marrakech guide, Lamah, Abraham, Mohammed our Imlil hiking guides and especially our driver Hassan who spent 2 weeks with us. Hassan found answers to all our questions and provided great insight to Berber life. We spent 1 day at the beginning and end in Marrakech, 2 days hiking the Atlas Mountains, Ouarzazate, Rose and Dades Valley. We were disappointed we missed the Rose festival but the timing just didn’t work out. The... read more

This is the second trip we’ve arranged through kimkim, and it was again excellent. Abdullah was very patient with juggling 3 different groups with a variety of itineraries, interests, and length of travel times so that we could travel together when possible.
We especially enjoyed our time hiking in the Atlas Mountains and exploring the area around Aït Ben haddou. The drivers/guides got us everywhere comfortably and safely. They were available to answer questions but allowed us to absorb our... read more

Imperial cities of morocco - 7 days , Morocco - Mar 29 - Apr 5, 2019
The kimkim team handled a rather last minute booking for a private tour efficiently, and met my requests effectively.
The tour was splendid! Accompanied throughout by excellent driver Karim, I visited the four Imperial cities, plus Essaouira, Volubilis, Casablanca, Chefchaouen, and Amizmiz. Each place offered a new delight, and experience, and, for me, that made them all memorable. The mixture of history, different cultures, arts, and crafts, and scenery, made a kaleidoscopic impression, as... read more

We had an amazing trip to Morroco. We are really pleased with the services provided by kimkim. They were fast and reliable before the trip and during the trip. The cities proposed and the accommodations were great. There is a special mention to all the people who helped us have an amazing trip.

Hiking morocco's mount toubkal , Morocco - Nov 9 - Nov 11, 2018
We booked Amizmis valley 3 dazs tour and it was verg nice. Great walk through the day, perfect nature, nice people all around. The only thing that was not perfect was accommodation in first house. When they say "simple accommodation" nowdays people think about bed and shower without aditional fascilities. It was without bed, but that was probably our fault for not reading it carefully. At the other house was much better because of the family that has been so nice to us. Fatima and her family... read more
5 days in morocco: 4 itinerary options, Morocco - Dec 30 - Jan 5, 2019
Our driver, Driss, was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about him, however, since we did not use kimkim to book our accomodation, there were a few issues getting to our hostels. I sent our flight and accommodation itinerary for the entire trip to kimkim prior to our arrival but our driver was not given any of this information. I listed check in and out dates, addresses and phone numbers, so I assumed that directions to locations would be figured out in advance. Again, I do not... read more
Family trip to marrakesh, Morocco - Nov 15 - Nov 22, 2018
2 great day trips in Morocco
1- Seti Fatma and the 5 waterfalls, rather energetic climb to the top went from 1500 at base to around 2000m , took 2 hours, with an extra guide that was NOT included in the price. Fantastic experience, followed by a lunch in a riverside cafe restaurant.
2: Agafay desert - amazing experience with a truly personalized tour, we were all surprised how 'desert like' the scenery being so near Marrakesh. Alot of it 'off road' , stopped for tea in a Berber tent. great trip
