What places and activities do you specialize in?
"I'm a specialist in Nature, Eco-lodges, Boutique hotels, Glamping, Birding, Cultural and Luxury experiences in Colombia."
How did you get involved in travel?
"Hola! I’m Andrea, and I got involved in travel to share my beloved home country with curious travelers.
I grew up in a town in Bogotá surrounded by mountains. My nickname growing up was “Colombianita”—or little Colombian girl—because I’ve always been so passionate about the bounty of beauty in my country.
I have spent a few years crisscrossing Colombia, checking off my bucket list. My goal is to create vibrant experiences that immerse you in Colombia’s enchantment—like learning to make traditional dishes with a local chef, touring ancient villages with an archeologist, or walking in the footsteps of novelist and Nobel winner Gabriel Garcia Marquez.
I’ve always known how special Colombia is—now the world is waking up to its magic. Allow me to share that magic with you, for an unforgettable holiday experience all seen through a local’s eyes."
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"One of my favorite places in the world is Flores in Indonesia. It is a little town where everybody gets excited about having a conversation with you; everybody takes care of you and helps you with every detail. The love and kindness that you breathe are real, and you can feel it. Plus, I cannot forget the picture of the fantastic views and magical landscapes. Every time I think back on my time in Flores, it seems like a dream."

My trip to a new foreign land was an amazing experience..... · Colombia - Apr 6 - Apr 12, 2021
My trip to a new foreign land was an amazing experience. The food, the culture, the architecture, the people and the weather were something I will always cherish and remember. Our trip was not conventional by any means. It had many changes to travelers and destinations. But through all of these, I was able to coordinate everything through Andrea and our local guides. We were here for my friend's birthday and she told me it was the birthday of a lifetime. We experienced so many beautiful... read more
Fabulous time in Cartagena! · Colombia - Feb 4 - Feb 12, 2020
Andrea helped us put together a fabulous trip! The big component that we were concerned about was transportation, and all of our transfers were on time and completely seamless. Andrea responded in a timely manner and was very flexible in making adjustments to our trip beforehand, and while we were in Cartagena. I’m so glad that she recommended Punta Faro because it was exactly what we were looking for and was a tropical paradise. We will definitely use kimkim again to help plan the logistics and get recommendations for future trips!
Cant say enough good things about this servic... · Colombia - Jan 4 - Jan 10, 2020
Cant say enough good things about this service or our interactions with Andrea. This was the first time we traveled with our adult children as a Christmas present. Lots of different personalities and interests. Andrea took time to interview me. Asked lots of questions and helped design a week with something for everyone.
We spent time in Cartagena and the Rosario Islands. Our accommodations were lovely and all our excursions well planned with terrific guides.
Thank you for all you did

12 days in Colombia · Colombia - Aug 7 - Aug 19, 2019
We just had a great trip to Colombia. We were there for 13 days. It was our first time with Kimkim. Usually we planned our trip completety on our own but this time, we tried Kimkim because we decided to go on a trip not a long time before leaving and we were very busy to do all the research we usually do. The planning of the trip went really well. Andrea listen to our interests and respected our limited budget. She answered quickly to all our questions and suggested some great improvements.... read more

Thank you for putting a terrific wonderful outstanding vacation for us. It was one to remember forever.
The team was amazing. From a birthday cake for our son, to cold water bottles delivered unexpectedly in the middle of a hot Santa Marta tour, even loaning me money until I found an atm, the team is exceptional. The best. I highly recommend them.
