We appreciate your comments regarding the driving routes. As your itinerary was highly customised, we didn't specifically highlight the link to the more detailed route notes that accompanied your trip documents. Those notes provide additional context, navigation guidance, and explanations for each suggested route, and we believe they would have helped avoid much of the confusion you experienced. We'll certainly take this feedback on board and make sure future guests on customised driving itineraries are directed to these notes more clearly.

We also apologise for the errors you identified in a small number of the route documents, including the incorrect rental car return information and the start or end points on two routes. Those were genuine oversights on our part, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention so we can correct them.

While our company began with walking and cycling holidays, we also design bespoke self-drive tours throughout Ireland, combining scenic routes with unique experiences tailored to each guest's interests. We're pleased that some of the recommendations, particularly Inis Mór and Achill Island, became memorable highlights of your trip.
