Ireland Walk Hike Bike
Ireland Walk Hike Bike was set up with one purpose in mind – to show you the real Ireland that we know and love. Having watched many visitors “flash” through Ireland – founder Linda Woods decided back in 1994 to find a better way to see the country. “My aim was to slow people down, so they really get their feet into the soul of the country, meet the locals & discover what makes Ireland & the Irish tick………” and 24 years later – this is exactly what Ireland Walk Hike Bike is still doing today….
Whatever holiday you want – walk, hike, bike, more active than that or less active than that – we will be delighted to chat with you, work out your ideas & plan your holiday with you to ensure you have a really memorable trip to Ireland.
Linda, Maurice & their team of personally chosen Travel Advisors are always on hand to answer any inquiries you may have to ensure you have a super holiday in Ireland……..we look forward to hearing from you.
Ireland Walk Hike Bike was started in 1994 by Linda Woods. The realization of a dream – we want to show people “the real Ireland” the way it should be seen – slowly, intimately and knowledgeable.
24 years later, our terrific office personnel and great guides all share the same philosophy – “to take people into those hidden parts of Ireland that few know about and give people a real “taste and flavor” of Ireland the way we know it”.
With the many changes & challenges that everyone all over the world has to face daily, all of us here in Ireland Walk Hike Bike remain committed to sharing our love and fascination for Ireland – its’ history, culture, diversity & humor.
We invite you to contact one of our friendly staff to start your holiday plans rolling. All are delighted to assist you in any way to ensure the smooth running of your holiday, to give information to you that will help make YOUR holiday easy and a relaxing, rewarding experience. Maurice, Linda and their team of professional guides and office personnel are ready to introduce you to an Ireland that few see – but all dream of.

Ireland 2019, Ireland - Jun 1 - Jun 9, 2019
Dean was great to work with and it was nice to have things set up and prepaid along the way (car, B&Bs, etc). Also good suggestions on places to stop, sites to see. One place not to miss is Skellig Michael, especially on a clear day, but reserve well ahead!
Hazel trip 2019, Ireland - Jun 7 - Jun 14, 2019
My granddaughter and I had a wonderful trip!
Petrina arranged everything beautifully and was responsive to all my questions and doubts.
My only complaint was the weather. I doubt she could do anything about it, though.
Ireland is beautiful. The people, the scenery and the food were lovely.
Thank you for all your help.
Ireland 2019, Ireland - Jun 1 - Jun 9, 2019
I thought overall this was a well planned trip. Every day was different and it felt that there were different themes. We didn't drive long between locations. What made it so successful is that we had a framework and a structure, but allowed us the flexibility to change our plans during the course of the day. Weather is Ireland is always unpredictable. We had a challenging start but the weather came through nicely at the tail end of our trip.
On the first day, driving up to Galway made... read more
Ireland hiking 5/19, Ireland - May 5 - May 12, 2019
There were 10 of us hiking together during the first week of May in 2019. The KimKim team made our planning requests easy to book and were able to adjust the trip and tailor it to our needs. We would without a doubt use KimKim for any of our future travel plans. The response I received from all our friends after the hike was how everything from transportation, lodging, communication, and the hiking went without a hitch. We have never been on a trip where everyone from Maurice to the drivers... read more

Ireland sept 2018, Ireland - Sep 16 - Sep 22, 2018
We had a wonderful time on our trip - we enjoyed the specific stops they suggested especially in Connamora. We had one logistical lodging issue and they were available by phone within 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon to help figure it out. They resolved it right away and the rest of the trip went by without a hitch. It was a very special week getting to visit ireland, having the logistics taken care of and wonderful information to help figure out what we wanted to do each day. We had a great time!
Whiskey cycling trip, Ireland - Sep 30 - Oct 7, 2018
Hi! Fantastic trip, can’t say enough about Maurice; very courteous, responded very quickly to any concerns or questions. Excellent trip organizer. Only negative comment is that the written road directions provided need to be updated. For example., “ turn RIGHT leaving the Skibbereen heritage center parking lot” We’ll it’s actually a LEFT turn. So this happened on a few occasions where the GPS and written directions were in conflict. Who to believe? This added a challenging dimension to the... read more

I loved this company that I found through Kimkim - Ireland Walk Hike Bike.
I sent my dates, what I was going to do, and they arranged everything for me! They were so helpful for me as an independent traveler, and flexible with what I wanted to do, and available if I needed help. I was able to plan the travel between the cities I was visiting on my own (Belfast and Dublin), and they helped me figure out the hikes and transportation on the Dingle Penninsula. I was in wonderful bed and... read more

To fill my eyes with beauty., Ireland - Jul 6 - Jul 11, 2018
My trip to Ireland was pretty much perfect. I could tell it was designed by someone local - the depth of knowledge - the nuances - would not have been possible otherwise.
The places I went and the things I did were tailored to my tastes and preferences, and the people I worked with were trustworthy, punctual and organized. It was a week without a hitch.
Shannon to aran and the burren, Ireland - Jun 1 - Jun 2, 2018
My experience exceeded my expectations due to my guide Linda's exceptional knowledge of the areas I requested travel to (the Aran Islands, and the Burren), her keenness of listening to determine how she could fulfil my hopes for my 2 day trips, and her going the extra mile to link up with a local expert and resident who grew up in the Burren and gave us a personalized walk and commentary on an untrafficked section of the National Park. Besides being out of doors on the ferry to Aran and past... read more
